Author's Note: It's always been my head cannon that William and Henry kept spare fursuits around in case Fredbear and Springbonnie ever broke down.
A chuckle echoes between Jeremy and Star as they walk up to their friends to begin executing their plan.
"Hello, Luis, Vanessa, and Cara," Star says with a smile as she waves to them.
"Star, we all got your email, is everything alright?" Vanessa asks, looking at Star.
"It's fine, don't worry about it," Star replies with a smile.
Luis says with concern, "You sure, because you sent us an email that made us all worry."
"I'm sure, and there's nothing to worry about," Star assures Luis.
"The email you sent sounded very urgent," Cara points out to Star.
"Let me see this email you're talking about," Star says as she growls under her breath.
She sees the email as Luis moves over to show her what it contains.
The email states: Dear Luis, Vanessa, and Cara, whatever you do, don't trust anything Jeremy and I say.
After reading the email, Star thinks, 'Hum, it seems Star is smarter than I thought'.
"I was just playing with you guys!" Star says to them, trying to reassure them that everything is fine.
"Usually you don't pull pranks like this," Vanessa points out to Star.
"You're right, but I wanted to try something new," Star says convincingly.
"It was my idea," Jeremy admits, taking responsibility for the joke.
"I guess that makes sense, Jeremy pulls stuff like this all the time," Luis says, believing Jeremy.
"Well, I must admit, you guys got us good," Cara says, agreeing with Luis.
"See, I told you there was nothing to be concerned about," Star says, smiling at them.
"Yeah, you're right, we were being silly," Vanessa agrees with Star.
"The boss needs more testers for the game," Star tells them.
"That sounds good," Vanessa says as she listens to Star.
"How come the boss isn't here?" asks Luis, noticing the boss is nowhere to be found.
"We told him to take a break and let us take care of the testing," Jeremy replies.
"You guys were very nice to give the boss a break," Cara says, noticing how nice it was.
"Yeah, the boss does a lot for us, so we thought a break would be nice," Star smiles.
"That makes sense," Vanessa says again, agreeing with Star.
"The difficult part is deciding who goes first," Star says, bringing it up.
"What makes that such a difficult decision?" Luis asks, wondering how it could possibly be so difficult.
"Well, you're all our friends, and choosing between all of you will be difficult," Star responds.
"Yes, you do have a good point," Cara replies, concurring with Star.
"You make a good point," Cara says, agreeing with Star.
"Wait, I know how we can determine who goes first!" Star says, trying to think of something.
"We'll interview everyone!" Star says, sharing her idea.
"How will that help you decide who goes first?" Vanessa wonders.
"Well, you see, it would help us decide which of you would be best suited for the job," Star responds, smirking slightly.
"What exactly do you mean by 'perfect for the job?'" Luis wonders what Star means by this.
"Of course, all of you are qualified for the job, but this will help, believe me," Star responds, glancing at Luis.
"But who are you going to interview first?" Vanessa inquires, wondering who they will interview first.
"Hum, let's see, eeny, meeny, miny, moe," Star says as she points to Cara.
"Does this imply that I'll go first?" Cara wonders if this means she'll go first.
"Yes, Cara, just give us a few minutes to get your interview ready," Star says, confirming that Cara will go first.
"Um, alright," Cara nods, agreeing to let them prepare for the interview first.
Star walks into another room with Jeremy, chuckling slightly.
"I'm not sure how this helps the plan, old pal," Jeremy says, looking at Star.
"Oh, Glitchbear, don't you get it, we're seeing which one of them can be the most useful to us," Star explains to Jeremy.
"Oh, I see, but you know I'm not good at public speaking, old pal," Jeremy says nervously.
"I know, but you just let me do all the talking, okay?" Star asks Jeremy to persuade him to let her do all of the talking.
"Oh yeah, good idea," Jeremy agrees.
So Jeremy and Star get everything in the room set up.
"Oh yeah, old pal, I was wondering if we should rename our hosts now that we have them?" Jeremy asks bringing this up.
"What would we call ourselves then, old pal?" " Star inquires in response to his query.
"Perhaps Startrap and Jerbear?" Jeremy inquires, recommending these names to her.
"Those do have nice rings to them," Star remarks, enjoying the sound of the names.
"Can we then use them?" Jeremy inquires, hoping for a positive response.
"Fine, we can use them; now let's get these interviews going," Star agrees with Jeremy.
"All right, let's get started!" " Jeremy says happily, twirling around a little.
"I swear, you're a silly bear at times," Star admits, chuckling slightly.
"I know, but isn't that what makes me so great?" Jeremy asks, wondering if being silly makes him great.
"Yes, old buddy, now let's get to work," Star responds to his question.
Jeremy nods, agreeing with her, and they invite Cara into the room.
"Tell us what you do, Cara," Star asks, looking her in the eyes.
"As a beta tester, I help test games," Cara explains to Jeremy and Star.
"Okay, so what do you do with that information?" Star asks, wondering if she does anything useful with it.
"Any bugs or issues like that, I report to the team, and they do their best to fix them," Cara responds.
"Alright, no more questions, you're free to go," Star says as she motions for Cara to leave.
Star mutters something under her breath as Cara gets up and leaves.
"Old buddy, bring Luis in next," Star says, motioning for Jeremy to do so.
Jeremy nods, and he brings Luis into the room with him.
"Well, Luis, what do you do around here?" Star asks inquiringly.
"I work in the shipping department," Luis replies as he explains his job.
"What is your position in the shipping department?" Star asks, wondering what he does in the shipping department.
"What I do is pack things in packages for the company," Luis replies.
"Well, I see, you can leave now," Star gestures to Luis to do so.
After getting up from the chair, Luis walks out of the room.
"Now, bring Vanessa in," Star instructs Jeremy to do.
Jeremy nods, and with that, he brings Vanessa into the room next.
"Vanessa, what's your job around here?" Star asks curiously.
"I work in the IT department," Vanessa says, explaining what she does for a living.
"I see, and what are your responsibilities in the IT department?" Star inquires, curious as to what she does in the IT department.
"I work with computers and stuff like that," Vanessa responds, explaining her role in the IT department.
"I see, well, that was some pretty useful information," Star says as she thanks Vanessa.
Star then requests that Vanessa leave and gets up from her chair.
"I think we found the person who will be most useful to us, old buddy," Star says, evilly smirking as she looks at Jeremy.
Star begins to laugh an evil glitchy laugh as Jeremy attempts to evil laugh with her.
"Alright, you really need to work on your evil laugh, old buddy," Star says, rolling her eyes at Jeremy.
"Sorry, old pal, I'm still new to this whole evil plotting and murder plotting stuff," Jeremy says, looking down at the ground.
"I know, old pal, but don't worry, I'll be right here to guide you," Star says as she pats Jeremy on the back.
"Thank you, old pal," Jeremy says, smiling at Star.
"No problem, now let's go get the VR headset ready," Star says, explaining what they need to do next to Jeremy.
Jeremy nods and prepares to follow her when he collapses to the ground, clutching his head.
"Are you okay, old pal?" Star inquires as she rushes over to Jeremy.
Jeremy does not respond, instead clutching his head in pain as a memory plays in his head.
The memory begins with him and another person in fursuits on stage.
"Good evening, and welcome to Fredbear's family dinner!" The person in the bunny fursuit greets everyone.
The children below the stage applaud as the bunny man welcomes them to the restaurant.
"My name is Spring Bunny, and this is my good friend, Spring Freddy!" The bunny man says as he introduces himself and his friend to the children.
The person in the bear fursuit next to him waves and chuckles as he does a twirl.
"He and I will be performing for you today because Springbonnie and Fredbear require repairs," Spring Bunny informs the children.
The kids cheer as they can't wait for both of them to perform.
"William, are you certain that these suits are safe to use?" Spring Freddy asks, whispering to Spring Bunny.
"Yes, I'm sure, don't worry about it, old sport," Spring Bunny says as he nudges Spring Freddy.
"In any case, get ready for the best performance of your lives!" Spring Bunny says, smiling at the children.
As both of them begin to perform, the children applaud, and everything appears to be going well.
Because of how hot it is inside the suit, the person inside Spring Freddy begins to sweat, and this is when things go wrong.
Something inside the suit goes off, and Spring Freddy collapses to the ground in agony.
All of the children scream and cry as they see Spring Freddy in pain.
"Oh my gosh, old sport!" Spring Bunny says as he closes the curtain and announces the end of the show.
Spring Bunny then runs over to Spring Freddy and assists him in stopping the springlock failure by pulling a crank on the suit.
"Please, old sport, stay with me!" Spring Bunny screams, begging Spring Freddy to stay with him.
"William, I knew you'd screw this up somehow," Spring Freddy says weakly.
"I'm sorry, sportsy, but please stay with me!" Spring Bunny yells as he sticks close to Spring Freddy.
Spring Freddy tells Spring Bunny to go get help at the end of the memory.
Jeremy groans as he rises from the ground to tell Star everything.
"I'm afraid that occurred a long time ago, old pal," Star informs Jeremy.
"I'm guessing you don't want to discuss it?" Jeremy inquires, casting a glance at Star.
Star shakes her head no and moves her gaze away from Jeremy.
'If his memories are returning, this could be bad,' Star thinks, wondering what she should do with Jeremy if the rest of his memories return.
"Don't worry, old pal, I forgive you, I know you didn't mean to do it," Jeremy says with a smile to Star.
"You're right, old buddy, now let's get back to work," Star says, motioning for them to return to the plan.
Jeremy nods in agreement as he assists her in preparing the headset, and they call Vanessa into the room.
They put the headset on Vanessa, allowing the virus to infect her.
'I will worry about Glitchbear's memories returning later, but for the time being, everything is going as planned!' Star thinks, laughing.
