This story starts out as just a gender reversal, but starts to change into its own story. Some of the chapters are short.

One night, she takes one wrong turn and it changes her life, forever. Now, she finds herself in 19th century Paris, France. She has a hefty secret, one that could be her downfall, and how do you hide such a stupefying secret, when all around you are abhorrent stagehands and intrusive ballerinas?

It is the dawning of the Phantom's opera, Don Juan Triumphant. A young audience member records her tale.

"Wait, you're in high school?" Raoul exclaimed, eyes wide in disbelief. "Dude! You look like you're our age!" Erik gave them a side glance. "And what age is that exactly?" "We're twelve." Christine answered with a shrug. Erik mentally groaned. He got rescued by a pair of sixth graders. Great, just great. Such a blow to his ego. High School AU. Asexual Erik.
