Picking up where the season premiere left off, Alex is rescued by Ferrel's men and Bill. At the cell, Alex is recovering from his brainwashing.
"Go!" ordered Hammond.
Agumon and Gabumon along with Takuya and Koji leave.
"Later." said Agumon.
"How's Alex?" asked Shoutmon.
"Good." answered Hammond. "He was kidnapped and worked for Pennywise. Now, he's feeling better."
Raya shows up.
"Welcome, Alex." said Raya.
Raya greets Alex only to turn against him. He then loses consciousness and have his worm removed.
"He's a Jaffa, not a human." said Raya.
"I know, Raya." said Shoutmon. "He's a Jaffa."
At the briefing room, Ferrel's men, Hammond and Raya figure out how to completely recover Alex.
"We know that Alex is a Jaffa, and a former terrorist." said Hammond. "Ferrel befriended him and now he's such a pain."
"I think that Alex was brainwashed by Pennywise." said Meicoomon who was summoned by Ferrel.
At the infirmary surrounded by candles, Dr. Laura is mending Alex.
"Temperature is rising and he's out cold." said Dr. Laura. "Meicoomon, how do you know that Alex is a Jaffa?"
"Pennywise brainwashed Alex before we befriended him." said Meicoomon.
Alex wakes up, tied up to the hospital bed. The confrontation is stopped by Raya, one of Alex's fellow comrades.
"You're the Shofa, Raya." said Alex.
"Remember, Alex!" cried Raya.
The first flashback depicts Raya working for Pennywise.
"You have done well." said Pennywise.
"My father is a farmer and an employee of McDonald's." said Alex.
The flashback ends when Alex is screaming.
"What happened, Alex?" asked Raya.
"He received a X-shaped abdomen since he was a child, which is the result of Pennywise brainwashing him." said Meicoomon.
"Leave him be." said Dr. Laura. "He needs time to recover from the brainwashing."
"Miss May, we might as well leave while Alex recovers." ordered Ferrel.
Miss May, Ferrel and Raya leave the infirmary surrounded by candles.
"This is how we deal with killers." said Raya. "He will return to the crew once he recovers."
Miss May walks to the room. At the same room, Meicoomon keeps an eye on Alex. Jack looks at Alex, who is now in a coma. The second flashback depicts Alex wakes up from bed when Pennywise's guards walk past the other allies.
"Wake up, it's me!" whispered the ally.
"Derek, what took you so long?" asked Alex.
"I'm here to get you out of here." said Derek.
Derek and Alex get out of the room to seek sanctuary. The second flashback ends.
"You're dreaming." said Meicoomon.
"Tell us about Milano." said Jack.
"He works for Pennywise." said Alex.
"Look, Pennywise is dead." said Jack.
"I know that already." said Alex.
Alex wakes up, but not before he is sedated. The third flashback depicts Alex fighting with his eyes covered. Alex engages in a friendly fight with Raya. Raya then points the staff at Alex.
"Do you believe in violence?" asked Raya.
"No, I don't." said Alex. "Shoutmon never believes in violence."
"You have no idea." said Raya. "Come on."
The third flashback ends. Alex is sedated.
"If you remember Alex's heart, then you can deal with problems." said Jack. "Your words, not mine."
"Lies!" said Alex.
The fourth flashback depicts an argument between Alex and his wife. The fourth flashback ends. Miss May checks up on Alex.
"Still unconscious." said Meicoomon.
"Well, let him sleep." said Dr. Laura.
Ferrel and his men walk away. Miss May takes over in the infirmary.
"Miss May, I don't have time left." said Alex.
"For what?" asked Miss May.
"For living in the normal life." said Alex.
The fifth flashback depicts Alex talking to Milano.
"The battle didn't do well." said Milano.
"We have no choice but to abort the mission." said Alex.
Raya and Alex visit Pennywise.
"The lord of Japan wants to see you now." said Raya.
"They want you executed. What have you done?" said Pennywise.
"I killed one person." said Raya.
"You may leave now." said Pennywise.
Milano is arrested and taken to the outskirts of Dolby, a bloodstained temple.
"I die well in the name of Pennywise." said Milano.
Alex points the gun at Milano and then the knife to release him. Milano walks to the temple to find a corpse. Alex returns to the ship.
"My lord, it's done." said Alex who is holding a worm.
"You have promised, friend." said Pennywise.
The fifth flashback ends. Miss May is mending Alex.
"Alex will be taken to the institution as soon as he wakes up." said Hammond.
"Oh, right." said Meicoomon.
The sixth flashback begins when he wakes up.
"Pennywise orders me to burn the house to the ground." said Alex.
"Why?" asked Alex's wife.
"Because it is my duty." said Alex.
At the snowy field, Raya engages in a fight with Alex. Milano warns the others.
"It's Pennywise, he's the one." said Milano.
"Why do you say that?" asked Raya.
"Because Pennywise is responsible for the crimes." said Milano. "In the name of the Jaffa, I will accompany you."
At the cell, Alex and Raya sees Ferrel's men.
"Free him." ordered Raya.
The sixth flashback ends. Alex suffers from cardiac arrest.
"He's suffering from cardiac arrest, we need to resuscitate him now!" cried Dr. Laura. "Stand back everyone."
"Hang in there, buddy." said Shoutmon.
The flashback begins similar to the pilot episode.
"Stand back, everyone!" cried Dr. Laura.
Dr. Laura revives Alex. As Dr. Laura revives Alex, the flashback continues. Alex wakes up.
"He's awake." said Shoutmon.
"Well done guys." said Hammond.
"He's fully recovered." said Shoutmon.
"I grant permission to return to the SG1." said Alex.
"Permission granted." said Hammond.
Alex is fully recovered. The mission was a success.
