At the tomb of Tao, Ferrel and his men are exploring the pyramids. Jack is looking for an entrance to Tao. Miss May found a used Marlboro cigarette. Later at the briefing room, Ferrel and his men along with Hammond are discussing the exploration of Tao.

"When we explored Tao, we found a cigarette that was used." said Ferrel.

"We know that already." said Shoutmon.

"So, if we went to the gate…" said Alex incompletely.

"If we go to the gate now, then we can find something inside of Tao." said Jack.

"That will expose the organization." said Ferrel.

At the lab, Ferrel and Miss May go to Jack. They talk about the cigarette that was found inside Tao. Jack receives a call from the Koreans. Later at the briefing room, Ferrel's men are greeted by the Koreans, who were responsible for putting used cigarettes on the ground inside Tao. They watch a video about Tao. It depicts a pyramid with numbers.

"Two years ago, the Koreans found the gate along with Salamon, who is a Rookie level Digimon." said Sam.

"The Japanese killers…" said Jack incompletely.

"Gentlemen, please refrain from discussing about killers unless it's a mission. We have a go with the Koreans." said Hammond.

At the embarkation room, Ferrel and his men as well as three of the Koreans are entering Tao. Miss May and Alex go inside the gate first and the Koreans second.

"Ferrel, let's suit up and move." said Hammond.

Inside Tao, Ferrel and his men along with the Koreans wait for the signal that will go inside the pyramids. Jack presses buttons. The door to Tao opens.

"You're a genius, Jack." said Shoutmon.

"Let's go inside and get some treasure." said Alex.

Ferrel's men along with the Koreans explore the depths of Tao.

"Alex and Shoutmon, use the chance to get the treasure while we split up." said Ferrel.

"Understood, sir." said Shoutmon.

As they split up, they found a corpse.

"They must be here." said the Korean.

"The corpse was decomposed before we got here." said Jack.

As they continue to explore Tao, they found bombs and an another corpse.

"They must be inside Tao." said Shoutmon.

"The purgers must have killed them." said Jack.

As the Koreans step on the platform, Ferrel's men rush to the exit only to be trapped inside and one of the Koreans get killed while fleeing. At the same spot, Ferrel and his men figure out how to exit Tao. Ferrel and the Koreans find the third corpse, which is the second decomposed person. The scorpion bursts from the corpse. Still at the spot, Ferrel and his men still figure out how to get back to outside of Tao.

"We might use explosives to get out of here." said the Korean.

"This will do the trick." said Jack.

"Here's the deal, we will explore without touching buttons." said Ferrel.

"What happens if we touch the buttons?" asked Jack.

"The traps will go off." said Ferrel. "We will summon Palmon and Terriermon for the exploration."

At the corridor, they found a corpse with a bursted wound. Palmon hears the scorpion.

"Split up." said Palmon.

Miss May and Palmon split up. At the tomb, Ferrel and Alex found treasure. He hears gunshots. It was Miss May and Palmon. Terriermon is suffering from fear after being attacked by the scorpion.

"We have a problem, Terriermon couldn't attack after he was stung by a scorpion." said Ferrel. "I'll summon Meicoomon myself."

Ferrel summons Meicoomon to help Terriermon reduce his fears. Palmon, Miss May and Alex found blood.

"Guys, we found some blood." said Alex.

The Koreans hear the scorpion.

"Wait here." said the Korean.

The Korean searches throughout the corridor. Sam and Pete search through the another corridor.

"Listen, the only way out is through Tao's corridors." said Sam.

"Let's find a way out." said Pete.

As Palmon, Shoutmon, Alex and Miss May explore the corridors, they encounter a dead squirrel.

"They must be there. It was not the purgers. It was a scorpion." said Alex.

Ferrel and the Korean enter the another room to find a bomb.

"Ferrel, this is Alex." said Alex. "We found a dead squirrel inside Tao."

Ferrel points the gun at the Korea.

"Drop it." ordered Ferrel.

The Korean then turns against Ferrel. The other Korean finds the defective weapon. Jack's translation ends when Palmon comforts Terriermon and Miss May and Alex pointing the guns at him. The gunpoint ends as one of the Koreans attacks Ferrel and the other comrade. Before Ferrel could summon Impmon, he is atttacked by the other Korean shooting him in the leg with a gun. Alex finds the crystals, similar to the one found in the ship. The Korean gives the eye to the other guy. Ferrel and the other Korean flee Tao with the help of Impmon, who is summoned without the use of his DigiVice. At the exit of Tao, Ferrel and his men, along with Sam and Pete exit the place before the place was blown up. The mission is a success at the briefing room.

"We know that we were trapped with a scorpion. Terriermon was scared after he was stung by a scorpion." said Meicoomon.

"I know." said Hammond.

"This is why Tao was blown up. Because there are booby traps inside." said Ferrel.
