The episode opens when a man smokes a cigarette. The truck shows up. It has several men who are kidnapped to turn people into slaves. The man opens the back door where several men are inside. As the other man smokes a cigarette, he is killed by shooting him in the chest before the men gun several kidnapped men down. Meanwhile, Miss May and Palmon are done shopping for batteries for her DigiVice. As Palmon and Miss May are about to go inside the car, they are kidnapped. At the briefing room, Ferrel's men summon Meicoomon for Miss May's whereabouts.
"They are kidnapped and will do the same to these people earlier." said Meicoomon.
"Listen, Miss May and Palmon are kidnapped by the Mafia Squad sometime this afternoon." said Hammond.
Miss May wakes up with Palmon, tied to a chair. They are panicking. The doctor shows up.
"You were in a coma for over a week." said the doctor. "We need to do a test."
The doctor sedates Miss May. At the junkyard, an old man named Gen is digging through the stuff. Ferrel and Meicoomon go to the same spot.
"My name is Ferrel. I would like to ask you several questions." said Ferrel. "My ally was kidnapped this afternoon."
"I saw her get kidnapped. She must be in the institution." said Gen.
"Meicoomon knows how to get to Miss May. Thanks." said Ferrel.
"Right." said Gen.
"I'll text you regarding about the location." said Ferrel.
At the computer lab, Jack and Ferrel are locating Miss May. At the corridor, Miss May and Palmon are transported to the cell where several people are institutionalized. Just before the doors close, Miss May drops herself from bed and lands on the ground. She is dizzy due to the sedatives. At the spot, a man appears.
"Hi, Ferrel." said the man.
"Wait, how do you know that?!" asked Ferrel. "I'm here to find Miss May and Palmon. She has her DigiVice when she was kidnapped."
"I'll give you the location." said the man. "And it's rude to greet like that."
"Sorry, sir." said Ferrel. "Meicoomon will find a way."
At the briefing room, Hammond and Jack call the Pentagon regarding Miss May's kidnapping. At the Pentagon, Ferrel goes to the office to talk to the other man named Kurt.
"I was here to find trace of Miss May. She was kidnapped by several of these people." said Meicoomon. "When I find Miss May, then this will be over."
"Well, there's no use in having a fit." said Ferrel.
Kurt opens the folder. Still at the hospital, Miss May wakes up surrounded by cameras. She tries to break free with her knife. At the briefing room, Alex and Shoutmon see the video depicting Miss May getting kidnapped.
"This must be Miss May and Palmon." said Hammond. "Palmon was summoned prior to shopping."
At the office building at night, a woman named Karen is working. The man shows up, pointing the gun at her.
"Hands up, do not move!" cried the man.
The woman raises her hands at gunpoint.
"You!" cried the woman.
"I'm not here to kill you. I'm here to find evidence." said the man. "The evidence regarding her kidnapping."
At the garage, Ferrel shows up with Meicoomon. Still at the hospital, Miss May continues to break free. The action stops after she hears the door.
"Hello, I see that you are weak." said the doctor. "You are the host of the Symbiote."
"Is that why I was kidnapped?" asked Miss May. "What about Palmon? Is she alright?"
"Yes. She is in the cell." said the doctor.
"And Biyomon as well?" asked Miss May.
"That too." said the doctor.
At the highway, Meicoomon is playing with a Rubik's cube with Impmon. Ferrel is driving to the location of Miss May. Later at the hospital, the man and Ferrel infiltrate the office. He turns on the computer. The password screen pops up.
"Sh*t! I need a password." said the man.
At the briefing room, Sam and Pete along with Dr. Laura are sent to discuss how to get Miss May back.
"We know that Miss May has been kidnapped." said Sam.
"Well, I'll contact the authorities. Jack, Alex, Shoutmon, let's suit up. Sam and Pete, you'll summon Veemon and Gatomon once you get to the hospital." said Hammond.
At the hospital, Miss May manages to escape the bed and rescue Palmon. Afterwards, they go to the exit only to discover that the door is locked. Two guards point the guns at Miss May, Palmon and Biyomon. They are then sent back to bed. Palmon and Biyomon are cuffed.
"Let me go!" said Palmon, struggling to get out of the handcuffs.
"I'm an ally of Ferrel and you are under arrest." said Miss May.
The man who found Miss May, which is a paraplegic person, is suffering from cancer is being tied up to a bed. Outside, Ferrel, Meicoomon and Impmon join the S.W.A.T. to rescue Miss May, Palmon and Biyomon. Sam and Pete do the same. The man awakens as a slave. Jack goes to the receptionist only to make him angry. The receptionist was shot by Jack. Jack summons Gaomon and Lalamon to get to the corridor. Ferrel and Meicoomon defeat the guard on one side and Pete and Gatomon do the same to the other side.
"Any sign of Miss May?" asked Gatomon.
"No. And she is being cuffed. We need to get to her without being spotted." said Meicoomon.
At the room, Miss May is about to be euthanized. Just as she is injected, Ferrel comes to the rescue.
"Hands up!" cried Ferrel.
The doctors raise their hands. They are then arrested for their crimes against Miss May.
"Get Palmon and Biyomon. Tell them to get Max." ordered Ferrel.
Miss May and Ferrel go to the corridor to rescue Palmon and Biyomon who were taken to the cell. Ferrel and Meicoomon find a basement with bloodstains. Alex and Shoutmon go to the next point of the facility. Jack finds several corpses. Meicoomon finds trace of the man who escaped captivity. Ferrel uses a flashlight to find a man who is now a slave only to get shot in the back, injuring him. Meanwhile, Miss May, Palmon and Biyomon find Ferrel.
"We need an ambulance now." said Miss May. "Palmon, Biyomon, go on ahead."
Later, Ferrel is sent to the infirmary. The mission is over, despite the fact that the man who was once a paraplegic person got away.
