Chapter One: Falling in with Ranma
Lys woke up in a hospital bed. She sat up and looked around to see a room of white brightened only by a vase full of flowers. On a closer inspection of the flowers she found a card with the words: 'From Ryoga' written on it. Lys lifted her left arm to pick out a flower and groaned with pain. That was when she noticed she had a cast on her arm.well not really a cast but a lot of gauze wrapped around it. Lys was startled as the door opened and a girl walked in. She had short hair and was wearing a striped outfit.
"Hello" said the girl, "My name's Akane Tendo and you must be Lys."
"Yah, how did you know?" replied Lys
"Ryoga knew I was a candy striper here and asked me to look in on you."
"Where is here?" asked Lys
"The Tokyo National Hospital of course!"
"Ryoga as in the Ryoga who gave me the flowers?"
"Yes, He said he found you on the ground after you fell and brought you here."
"Well that explains a lot."
