Okay...I got a new review, and this is more than enough for me to continue this fic and things pick up where the last chapter left off. And this chapter shows that the Majorians are not giving up, and are still determined to capture Fuyuki and use him as a "bargaining chip" to force the Keronians to surrender to them. Though Leo Major and Hydrant failed in their attempts and slowly realized that Fuyuki is not easy to capture and believed that he may have a secret weapon of Keronian origin.

The theme for this chapter will have some...oriental flavor given the title of this chapter...and a new Majorian villain for this new arc…

Ch. 12: Kani to Kōn

Later, back at the spaceship, Leo Minor arrived and saw Hydrant is sporting several bandages all over his body, and even Leo Minor is taken aback by this as he couldn't believe that their targeted Pekopon managed to defeat one of their stronger soldiers, and vowed to avenge the Majorian's honor and is set to prepare his rematch against Fuyuki, but then a scouter came back and showed his superior officers the video recording of Hydrant's fight against Den-O, and there Leo Major is aghast at seeing Den-O's Rod Form. Even Leo Minor is surprised to see this.

"What the...?"

"Is it me or has that Pekopon gotten a new weapon...?"

"Damn!"

"..."

"This is unacceptable!"

"Calm down, sir..."

"I'm going to kill that Pekopon brat!"

"Wait...calm down!"

Losing his composure, Leo Major brought out his weapon and is set out to find Fuyuki, yet Leo Minor told his superior that it is okay, as he get to observe him and believe that the fishing rod that the possessed held was the cause, he stated that once Fuyuki is disarmed, capturing him won't be a problem, and there he is told that he has contacted another Majorian "special mercenary" and is due to arrive in an hour.

"Leo Minor! Are you sure that I should just sit and wait here?"

"For now...and trust me, sir...we have everything under control..."

"Don't lie to me! You saw that video just now! How did that Pekopon gain anew weapon?"

"..."

"Then let me go after that Pekopon!"

"No need..."

"But...!"

"The mercenary I summoned will do the job..."

Within an our, another "special mercenary" arrived and there he introduces himself as "Can-Zer", who has a combined resemblance of a humanoid version of the constellation Cancer, and , and is armed with rather huge pincers. Leo Minor thanked him for answering his call and told him he has a "special assignment" which the mercenary nodded and asks when this new assignment will take place.

While the Majorian troopers appeared surprised at Can-Zer's rather menacing appearance, Leo Major wasn't about to let himself intimidated and attempts to use his position to make the mercenary back out, but Leo Minor urged his comrade not to get in the way.

"Alright, you...listen up...I'm in charge and..."

"Leo Major...please..."

"But Leo Minor...I..."

"Please leave this to him..."

"But..."

"Trust me..."

"Grr...fine, then..."

"Thank you..."

Leo Major reluctantly abides and there Leo Minor began talking to Can-Zer, and there he is told of his upcoming target, which showed the video footages of Fuyuki Hinata, and though Can-Zer appeared to mock the teen human, he was told not to underestimate him when shown of the footages of Fuyuki's supposed "Pekopon weapon", unaware that this is due to Fuyuki making a "contract" with the Imagimons Momotaromon and Urataromon, as well as some help from the Den-Liner crew.

"That's him? Fuyuki Hinata?"

"Yes..."

"Such a weakling..."

"But he somehow gained a Pekopon weapon and..."

"That won't be a problem..."

"Really?"

"I will handle him...and his weapon is no match for my abilities..."

"Good to hear..."

After some lengthy discussion, Can-Zer leaves and prepares to head for Earth, with Leo Minor confident that the new mercenary will win this battle though he is unaware that his plans may not work as he is totally unaware of the Imagimon's power as well as about the Den-Liner crew.

A few days later, it was weekend, and the Hintata's are out on a luncheon meeting as Aki Hinata came and treats her children at a Chinese restaurant as her way of celebrating her promotion of her work, in which her rank was upgraded and she is now an executive, and Natsumi is happy for her mom, though Fuyuki's thoughts were elsewhere due to the recent events, and hoped that the Majorians wouldn't come out at this moment as he doesn't want to drag his sister and mom in to this new mess, while Aki and Natsumi are talking.

"Really, mom?"

"Yes, Natsumi...I've been promoted...and thanks to my ideas...I even got a raise..."

"Wow, that's great!"

"So how are things at school?"

"Fine..."

"Huh?"

"Except Fuyuki got a ton of bad luck..."

"Really...?"

As Fuyuki is sipping a drink, he shivered and something happened, as his hair suddenly had a blue streak and his face had a rather romantic look, and began to hold Aki's hand, and began flirting her much to Natsumi's surprise, as she finally get to see how Fuyuki got in to trouble in the first place and now she is getting irritated at his sudden behavior.

"Ah...madam..."

"Huh?"

"What a rare sight..."

"Fuyuki...?"

"Roses are red, violets are blue, The center of my world begins and ends with you."

"Eh?"

"Roses are red, violets are blue, It's you and me together...a lifetime of love, just for two."

"My...Fuyuki, you're such a charmer..."

While Aki giggled thinking that Fuyuki is trying to do a comedy act, Natsumi grabbed a pitcher and smashed it on Fuyuki's head, knocking him out, while at the same time, Momotaromon secretly appeared and pulled Urataromon away from Fuyuki, un-possessing the teen and drags him back at the Den-Liner as Aki tries to wake up Fuyuki, as the teen remained knocked out, amid the surprised looks from other customers.

At the Den-Liner, Momotaromon and Hana are berating Urataromon for his actions and told him not to use Fuyuki's body just to flirt with everyone, which Urataromon apologized, as he was struck by Aki's beauty, though Hana told him she is Fuyuki's mom, and the blue Imagimon lowered his head in shame as the other berated him and he promised to behave.

"You idiot!"

"Moron!"

"Um..."

"What's the big idea?"

"You're trying to hit on Fuyuki's mom?"

"I just couldn't help it...she's so attractive..."

"No more flirting! Get it!"

"Or I'll use my sword on you!"

"My apologies..."

Back at the restaurant, Fuyuki woke up and there he is being berated by Natsumi for his "behavior" and there he realized that Urataromon possessed him and sighed, yet Aki urged her children to stop bickering and she called for the waiter so she can check the menu and order lunch, which a waiter responded and showed her the menu, in which she glanced at it and ordered a crab and corn soup along with oriental rice, which the two Hinata teens agreed to, and the waiter went back to the kitchen to relay the order to the cook.

"Waiter!"

"Yes, ma'am?"

"I'd like to order a crab and corn soup...with some oriental rice..."

"Yes..yes...anything else?"

"Fuyuki...Natsumi...?"

"Fine with me!"

"Me too!"

"Very well, sir...ma'am...your order will be taken..."

However, Can-Zer has already arrived na d tracked down Fuyuki, and seeing the position he is in, he got an idea on how to capture him as he secretly went to the kitchen area to begin his plans of apprehending the target and make his assignment a success, seeing that Fuyuki is so "vulnerable" and that he did not see him carrying the "perceived weapons" his superiors showed on the video footage.
