Limda and Shocket were surprised and confused, arriving in a city that looked like Halfworld and New York had a baby plus their duckoon daughter, Sora was in a baby carrier on Shocket's back curious, unaware they were in another dimension in the multiverse, and was makimg both females wonder what the heck was going on.
"Welcome to Half-World City?" Shocket read off a sign.
"Wow, this is pretty cool, we couldlive here." Limda told Shocket, seeing the female raccoon lookimg scared putting a wing on her shoulder to assure her.
"This isn't our world Ducky, we live in New York, sith your dad and my dad helps pay tne rent!" Shocket yelled.
They then saw a cloaked figure beckon them to follow her, and followed her to an apartment, which looked familiar...
"Shocket you okay, you were talkijg in your sleep?" Limda asked, shakimg the female kit awake, as she had heard the female kit talking in her slumber seeing Shocket rubbing sleep from her eyes with a paw.
"I had the weirdest dream, Ducky, we were in a city like the one we live in, but it was called Halfworld City, plus we had a kid then somebody in a hooded cloak beckpned us to a familiar apartment." Shocket replied to her.
Limda was giving her a weird look, guessing that she had needed something to eat, seeing Howard leaving for work makijg them exchange a look guessing that he was probably going to hang out with Rocket, but just tellimg them that he was going to work, so was leaving them alome, for the night seeing Shocket yawning, going to the fridge, getting Dr Pepper knowing thiswas her soulmate's favourite sIda.
"Thanks Ducky, as I am thirsty." Shocket said.
"It's okay besides it's humid." Linda told her.
It was summer in New York and when it was this time of year, the city got very humid, making the people drink water alomg with ice-cream makimg Linda guess the heat had gotten to Shockets's braiin, why she had a strange dream, getting an idea, grabbing her tent opening the fridge seeing Shocket love the cold aid, since fur and summer didn't mix compared to the Winter.
"Sweet, camping in the kitchen, I hope your dad doesn't mind." Shocket said.
"If it keeps you cool, then he'll be okay." Linda said.
When Howard got back, he was surprised, finding both females asleep guessing they were keeping cool, plus had eaten ice-cream makijg him smirk, taking off his shirt, because he was feelimg sweaty, goimg to his room to rest hoping they were okay and knew Rocket was happy that Shocket was doing okay, despite the summer heatwave.
The next morning, both Linda and Shocket were awake, well Linda was awake but Shocket wasstill sleepy, knowing that coffee might help wake up makimg Howard understand, making breakfast, hearing Linda ask if she had any more dreams hearing Howard askimg what she meant, makimg Shocket quiet.
