Jack is on Step #9 which means he must make amends to those he's hurt & Sharon is 1st on his list, his damn list as he calls it. Initially reluctant, Sharon agrees to have the discussion w/ Jack in order to close the door on her past & be able to move forward in getting closer w/ Andy.
