Thomas Billington's parents had kept a dark secret from their son, something they kept five years before he was born. But, one day, it was no longer a secret from a news report of a ghost of a 20-year-old boy running from one end of the hallways of Sodor High and disappearing on the other side. After dealing with some thoughts, Thomas does something to upset STH. Now, he's run off and won't come back to Sodor. Will someone take responsibility to help him return or will the number one of the railway not return? (Warning, this has language, violence, sex thoughts, sex scenes, and blood)

Until Edward arrives and decides to tell them a story from the North Western Railway's earliest days.

Based on the story of the same name by Charles Dickens. When the engines are telling scary stories, Henry recounts a tale of him meeting an old signalman. Is this signalman more than he seems? Rated T just to be safe!

Something creepy is out on the railway at night, and Henry and Rebecca are in for the fright of their lives.

Merlin the Experimental Engine pays a visit to the Island of Sodor, reuniting with Thomas and showing everyone his famous 'Invisibility' powers. Everyone thinks he's great fun, even if it's only pretend. Merlin even tries passing on his ability to another engine, teaching Emily how to turn invisible. But Percy seems to think that Merlin really is invisible.
