Based on 1991 movie. An ambassador arrives from another kingdom to visit Adam, who is now king. The spell has long since been broken, but its memory is still fresh in the minds of the servants, as the forest workers demonstrate by preparing a delicacy known as "wounded beast" in the ambassador's honor. (Proof you shouldn't watch nature documentaries when hungry?)

Belle and the Beast visit Paris, and Belle learns more about her mother and her past. When they return to the castle, Belle gets an unexpected sickness. The sickness affects her because she might lose her life, but it also affects Beast because he is in love with her. Can Beast save Belle before she dies and before the last petal falls? Will Belle fall in love with Beast?

Both longing for something they think they can never have. Part Two, an accident leads to the most important confession of all.

Inspired by ladivina's oneshot "Anything", this is my take on Beast's regret for what his decision to release Belle means for his servants. Kind of an alternate ending, and not a happy one. You have been warned.
