The cool water rushed over my body and it was helping since my body was on fire earlier from the rush of feelings I had experienced earlier today.

Everyone was crowding the children and I asking if we were okay. I heard someone yell for the police while frantic mother's checked on the two boys in my arms.

"Higen! Magojiro!" I heard a woman pushing through the small crowd of parents. She was Asian and had radiant skin and long black hair and an innocent face. I shouldn't have assumed they were related strictly because the three were Asian, but the horror and complete worry on her face told me she was there mother. I set them down immediately and the lady pushed through to the front and embraced her boys immediately before looking at each one of them and asking them if they were okay.

The police were arriving to add further attention to the scene. I didn't want to stay any longer, but they wanted a statement after telling everyone to get their kids inside. The kid's mother thanked me and introduced herself to me. Taka was her name. She told me her sons were new to the school and was always worried about them. I guess now those worries have grown. After giving the information to the police, I just wanted to hurry home and get out everyone's way.

I didn't feel a need to tell Nathan what happened today. He was busy with work and no one was in danger so it was best to just continue on with the day. I had never saved a before, so I can imagine that I'm just jittery about the entire experience. But no one was hurt, everyone was fine and the police will either do something or not. I didn't really see what happened to the car after it passed us by. I stepped out of the shower and just looked myself over in the mirror. On my right shoulder blade were three medium size ravens that looped over my shoulder into a conspiracy of ravens that got smaller as they went across my back and ended at the bottom of the left side of my back just above my left butt cheek. I got it right out of high school. Sure it hurt like hell, but then again I was hurting a lot back then. The events of earlier played over in my mind for a bit and I just started to nod. I was glad those two kids were safe. I'd like to think I would get some kind of good karma coming my way in the end.

I slid on a plane white tank and some black shorts and sat on the couch and prepared to take some new feet pictures for my "fans". Before I could start my little photo shoot, there was a firm knock at the front door. I paused and looked in the direction of the door wondering who could be here. I wasn't expecting any guests that much was for sure. I got up and headed over to the door. I hated that there was no peephole for me to look out of. So I gently cracked the door to see two Asian men standing there. One was a tan man with a signature look of anger on his face. He had short black hair that connected to his side burns and formed a neatly trimmed beard. The other one however caught my attention immediately.

He too had rough looking features, his lips pursed in a thin line. His eyes were a deep brown with a neatly trimmed mustache, goatee and beard. His dark hair was perfectly combed back. Both men were black suits. But I got really bad vibes off them as well.

"Helena Munroe?" the long haired man asked. I slowly closed the door a bit as if to hide the living room from view.

"Yes?" I asked. Already I felt a deep regret for being truthful. The man nodded.

"My name is Ujio. I work for Moritsugu Katsumoto." he said collectively. The CEO of A.I. Tech and gang leader, Moritsugu Katsumoto? My stomach was churning immediately as this meant these two men were also gang members, but they didn't know I knew that. I nodded slowly, my hand gripping the door knob to keep from shaking.

"How do I know you're telling the truth?" I asked. Ujio's face did not falter.

"You saved two children today at Blue Hill Elementary from being run down by a reckless driver today. Those two kids are Mr. Katsumoto's nephews and he would like to personally invite you to his company down town to thank you and we are to escort you." he said and I immediately gave an uncomfortable smile and shook my head.

"Oh I couldn't possibly intrude on the CEO. I'm just glad the two boys are safe. I hope they aren't too shaken up from earlier." I replied. Ujio gave a half smirk and nodded.

"The boys are fine. But Mr. Katsumoto would… heavily insist that you meet with him today." he said and I stared between the two men and bit the side of my cheek. What were my options? They know where I live which is not a good sign and it was evident they did not plan to let me deny this request and I nodded.

"Alright give me five minutes to get decent." I replied. Ujio gave a curt nod in response.

"Of course." he said. I nodded and closed the door doing my best to quietly lock the door. I moved to my room quickly and paced for fifteen seconds. Shit, shit, shit! What do I do? Do I tell Nathan?

Yes, he needs to know they were here. I started to move through my phone preparing to text him before I paused. But wait. Why get him involved? These men don't know that I know who they are and neither does Katsumoto. He could just literally want to thank me for saving his family. Getting Nathan involved would just send him over the edge in his campaign to bring him down. I needed to be smart about this. They have no reason to hurt me and they don't know about Nathan being a cop. I changed closed into a nice green maxi dress with some nice beige sandals. It was hot out so I saw no need to cover up. I grabbed my purse and sat my phone inside. I made sure my curls were nice and intact. I recently cut my hair short in a nice pixie cut and wanted to make sure they looked good.

I was meeting a CEO…and a very dangerous gang leader. I grabbed my keys and approached the front door. The men were standing on the bottom steps of the stairs and I turned to lock the door trying to be casual about it. Once I did, I noticed Ujio was looking downward at me before looking up at me. From the angle he was looking at he was either looking at my back or my ass. God please let it be my back. As I stepped down the stairs they moved over to a very nice and shiny black Lexus car.

Ujio opened the back door on the passenger's side before raising his hand for me to get in. I did so and then he moved to sit in the passenger's side. The other man got into the driver's side and we began to move. The car drove smoothly and the leather seats were very comfortable. However, my heart was still racing hard in my chest. As the images outside changed from cozy neighborhood to busy city, I knew everything was becoming more and more real the closer we got the buildings that touched the sky it seemed. I needed to be smart and stop acting so nervous. I was sure these men could tell and I needed to do what was needed to get out of here safely so I never have to be around these guys again.

The Lexus drove into a parking garage and stopped at a gate. The security in the booth just looked at the two men and then opened the gate. We drove up to the third level and parked. Ujio got out and I unbuckled myself as my door was now opening. I stepped out and looked around to see many parked cars here. That settled my stomach a little bit seeing them here rather than be in a secluded area. Ujio led us toward an elevator and once inside, I was standing behind the two men just keeping my head down to the ground. I glanced at their back sides to see if I could see any outlining of guns, but I couldn't.

The doors slid open and the two men exited and now were walking down a polished white hallway with multiple conference rooms on either side. Some were filled with business people and other rooms were empty. The middle of the floor had a reception area where another Asian woman sat. She had shiny combed hair in a perfect bun and wore a white and polka dotted blouse. Ujio spoke to her in a different language and as the two spoke I looked at the back of his head. His hair was pulled back and seemed to be tucked underneath his jacket. It made me wonder how long it really was. He finally turned to me, his eyes seemingly different now. They were not as professional as when he was at my home, but more calm and relaxed.

"Wait here." he said in a professional tone and the two men left through a pair of sliding doors that opened once Ujio used a key card. Now I was just left standing here in this large hallway.

"Ma'am, can I get you anything?" the petite girl asked and I looked at her and smiled politely, shaking my head.

"No, thank you." I replied and within seconds the doors of which the two men disappeared through opened and out came a tall, bald man with a clean shaven face. He wore a black suit with a red shirt beneath it. His shoes made noises with each step. He looked at me with a big smile, his arms spread out.

"Ah you must be Helena Munroe!" he said joyously. On instinct I smiled and nodded.

"Yes sir." I replied and he smiled holding his hand out for me to shake.

"It is an honor to meet the woman who saved my two nephews. I'm Moritsugu Katsumoto, but you can call me Katsumoto." he said. I continued to smile and nod.

"It's an honor to meet the CEO of Ztech." I replied. Now I found myself gushing. He continued to smile.

"Please the honor is mine. Please take a short walk with me to my office. I would love to have a brief conversation with you." he said placing one hand on the small of my back and holding his other arm out toward the same hall he came from. I only nodded and followed him down the hall.
