Knuckles flexes his knuckles over Thanos, still in echidna form, and Kevin, not in boat form. Knuckles menacingly threatens, "I saw the corpse floating in the sea, you're not fooling anyone, Thanos. Now, reveal yourself! I've seen many an echidna die, but never an Eternal. I mean, it's not that I'm worried I could possibly miss out on such a bloodshed. After all, RoboBlart over here has a success rate of 100%, and I have faith in him to preserve his high standard of duty. Any last words, you filthy fuckin' chucklers?"

Kevin looks at Thanos, then directly at Knuckles, and announces, "Knuckles, we need that emerald. Trust us, it's not what it seems."

Knuckles activates Blart's kill switch. The robot rises, and his eyes glow crimson. He quips in a monotone robot accent, "security never sleeps." Blart then turns his legs into a segway and immediately rams into Thanos, but Thanos, now in Thanos form, holds him in place with his bare hands before swoop-kicking his segway. Kevin accesses the situation and dashes right towards the Master Emerald which lies atop a podium in the center of the palace, but Knuckles catches up to him and socks him in the face. Knuckles pulls out a miniature retractable spear and points it at Kevin's neck.

While holding Kevin in place with one hand, Knuckles slits his opponent's neck ever so lightly with his pointy fist then licks every drip off his hands. He stares intensely at Kevin and gulps. He screams, "When I see blood drop, I don't look at my victim and say, 'it's not what it seems.' Your actions ring louder than any negotiations that could be performed after the fact. I don't care what you say, that emerald cannot be trusted in any liar's hands…"

Kevin turns his hands into dual sledgehammers and smashes Knuckles in the legs, squashing them into a single condensed limb stick. The echidna drops to the ground, screaming bloody murder, all the while Kevin makes a mad dash to the emerald. However, RoboBlart, while on the floor, notices Knuckles and deploys heat seeking missiles out of his right arm. The missiles hone in on Kevin and explode, leaving behind a big sticky mess of glue that binds him to the floor. Immediately afterwards, Blart does a sick backflip then swings his elbow over Thanos' neck, slicing an exposed blood vessel. Thanos starts bleeding out of his mouth while Blart stands still with his right arm out. Blart commands, "stand still." He shoots more glue at Thanos, then he charges his arm. The robot's body starts shaking, as it can barely contain its combustion power. A single screw drops loose off his arm, and its faceplate cracks. Yet, the robot doesn't mind. He asks Thanos, "any last words now? Wait, never mind, nobody can hear them now." The glue starts rising from both Thanos and Kevins' feet, slowly swallowing both in a cocoon.

Thanos lets the blood drool out his body while attempting to hold onto a poker face. The glue starts hardening around the Titan's feet. He kicks aggressively in an attempt to smash it apart, but alas, the glue catches up to his head and encases his body whole. RoboBlart then releases his charged laser shot, blasting Thanos' brains over the floor. The rest of the titan's carcass drops onto the ground, splashing over a blood pool. RoboBlart then segways over to a fainted Knuckles. He injects a syringe into his chest which kickstarts his heart. After a few seconds, Knuckles regains consciousness and attempts to stand up with his meat stick leg, but fails. On the floor, he looks at Blart, puts his hand over his shoulder, and brofists him. Knuckles remarks, "congratulations, you've completed your mission." However, RoboBlart's eyes dilate, for he hears the sound of pouring water nearby. The two look behind them and notice coagulating blood growing over their heads. Blart shoots lasers, but his defenses prove naught- the blood keeps form and traps the two inside a crimson sphere.

The two hear a crude voice inside the sphere but cannot pin its location down. From within the sphere, lines of blood push towards the duo, morphing into a crude face resembling that of the Mad Titan himself. The entity speaks in a rupturous demeanor, threatening, "you really don't understand who you're fucking with. I'm Thanos. I don't need my head to live. Your best lines of defense are useless to me." Outside the sphere, lanky strands of blood morph into hands and hone in on Thanos' gauntlets. The spherical titan resumes, "if I don't have that emerald, then Steven Universe will reign supreme over all lands. Sure, Angel Island can fall, but that's nothing in comparison to the scale of destruction you close-minded animals would inadvertently cause if otherwise. So, do you have what it takes to sacrifice your kind for the greater good?"

Knuckles spits out, "no… Not in the hands of a murderer like you…"

The bloody arms secure Thanos' gauntlets off his hands. Suddenly a shimmering light engulfs the interior of the Thanos Bloodsphere, blinding RoboBlart and Knuckles. The blood starts retracting back into Thanos' body, stitching up his veins and organs. Suddenly, Thanos, in all his glory, rises from the dead, fully healed thanks to the gauntlet. The two heroes, stunned by an unholy light, drop to the floor, eyes burning in the damp recesses of the Palace. In this glorious moment, Thanos smashes through the hardened glue binding him to the ground and stomps towards the Master Emerald, which is as big as him. He then uses the Infinitrix Gauntlet to turn into Four Arms. Then, he grabs the giant emerald and compresses it down to the size of a small gem. Thanos looks at the Master Emerald and slams it onto his Left Infinity Gauntlet, which is now imbued with the power of 5 gems, and chuckles over the bodies of Knuckles and RoboBlart, who both are unconscious. He spits on Knuckles' face and goomba-stomps RoboBlart, but alas, the island starts shaking. He looks around- the lava reef rises to the surface of the Hidden Palace. He quickly runs over to Kevin and tears him free from his glue casket and hastily summons a portal. Thanos pushes Kevin through, then he follows suit.
