Perry discovers that Ferb is being bullied by two of Phineas's new friends, but Ferb refuses to tell Phineas because he doesn't want to upset him. Perry, however, starts to worry about Ferb when the situation keeps getting worse.

Monogram feels that he doesn't spend enough time with Perry, so he invites him to take a trip with him so they can bond more. Unfortunately, the whole trip results in chaos. And water. And fire.

Perry finally manages to locate the boys in one of Dennis's hideouts, but his troubles are far from over when Dennis's late assistant, Wizard, figures out how to possess Perry for short periods of time. Dennis the rogue has devised a new way to scare the agents into joining him: By kidnapping them and releasing them, helpless, into Danville Wood to be forced into surrender by his new partner Wizard. Okay guys, I'm re-doing this. XD This is where I'm posting one shots I think of. By one shots, I mean full 1-2 chapter mini-stories. They may or may not be referenced in my main series. Hope you guys like them!

There were a hundred and four days of summer vacation, then school came along just to end it...Phineas and Ferb are going back to school! Can they survive their anti-fun principal and the trials of education? Meanwhile Candace faces off against the queen bee-who has a crush on Jeremy! And Perry must venture into new ground to defeat Doofenshmirtz. Written in script format.

This is a rewrite of the P&F episode, "The Klimpaloon Ultimatum." While trying to save Klimpaloon from the twisted entrepreneur Mr. Random, Isabella's life force gets taken away. And what is her life force? Pure and unadulterated cutonium! Phineas and the gang have to get the Cutonium out of the wrong hands and save Isabella before it's to late for her!

Phineas is spoilt for choice. He can sit down under the tree and wait hours upon hours for Ferb to finish his video chat, or he can go to a baseball game with Isabella. Not much of a choice really - he grabs a baseball cap and rides on over to the stadium. Only, this game was never about two teams. More like two people. A one-of-a-kind twist on a national pastime.

Having used up the rest of his extra money on paying for a security agent to help Perry continue visiting his pups, Perry is unable to help Phineas and Ferb fund their projects. The boys enter him in a beauty contest in hopes of winning funds, but when Perry changes up his appearance a bit to boost their chances, Phineas is upset with the change.

Perry gets a problem with his stomach and has to go into surgery. While he is asleep, he somehow manages to connect with a village of ghosts where he finds his old friend Terrence the turkey.

Perry discovers that his least favorite toy, Carlos the Caring Clown, is getting his own theme park. And if that weren't bad enough, Carlos's creator intends to use all of Danville for its location, and Perry must stop him before he recreates Danville in his own clownish image. (NOTE: SOME THINGS MAY NOT MAKE SENSE IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE OTHER STORIES IN MY SERIES)

Perry is very happy to be able to finally communicate with the boys, but when Dennis the rabbit starts causing trouble again, Perry is unable to keep the boys uninvolved. (T for slight violence- was unsure if it would be acceptable for younger than 13)

Perry is only slightly excited about the holidays until Phineas's mindwipe wears off, and he remembers the second dimension. Perry is finally able to secretly communicate with the boys.

When Monogram is in a bad mood, Perry feels personally responsible, so he quits his job at the agency.

Perry, who despises parties, decides to throw one to celebrate his anniversary at the agency to make Monogram happy. But the party is cut short when Dennis the rabbit escapes from prison to kidnap his son Palmer and attempt to turn him into a rogue.

Pinky tries to help Perry relax because he is overstressed with work and the fact that he is unable to care for his son. However, Perry is not exactly happy with Pinky's attempts, and does his best to let him know.

While the O.W.C.A plans for its big Halloween party, Perry is forced to watch his young son Palmer, who has a knack for getting him into trouble. (Terribly sorry about the i's around the italics- again, getting used to this site, will fix soon)

Phineas and Ferb meet for the first time.

It's been three years. Three long years since Phineas Flynn was home. Now his journey's ending, but doubts are filling his mind. Can you even come home after that long and expect people to still love you? That's what he wants to know.
