On New Year's Eve, the Flynn-Fletchers throw a party. After that the gang set a huge fireworks display on top of City Hall and shoot them off at the late night parade, where Jeremy and the Incidentals are playing on a float. Perry, annoyed at not being able to go to the O.W.C.A.'s party, fights Doofenshmirtz, who wants there to be no new year.

Much to Candace's chagrin, her brothers agree to help Jenny & Django take care of a group of squirrels. Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz tends to a sick Vanessa.

15-year-old Ferb gets a visit from Candace's fiance, Ambrose Petersen, who has a new sidekick. If you don't know about Candace and Ambrose, you should read "Christmas Story" and "Unplanned" first.

Doofy is lonely but is visually impaired but Perry decides to become his carer and adopt him but he will end up helping Perry too as his kids are teens

Ferb knows that Isabella likes Phineas, and that Phineas will probably like her back. If he ever finds out about it. Ferb has feelings for Isabella, too. But when she tells Phineas how she feels, things change. It won't ever be...will it?
