Hey everyone sorry for the wait on this chapter.School is insane as most of you will probably know. I had several essays and quizzes due so I took a small break from writing. On to the comment of Johnny not condoning Miguel hitting a girl, let's travel back to the first season where he was encouraging Miguel to fight Aiesha when she wanted to join Cobra kai. No I don't believe he would actually condone Miguel hitting a girl unless it was for self defense which it was. She hit him too. Now Dontatme420 I agree with you Daniel has every right to be angry. My dad was furious when my ex hit me and my cousins beat him to a pulp. The fact is that Amanda is trying to calm him down before he does something irrational like try to beat up Miguel. Amanda is in no way ok with her daughter being beaten up the way she was but she does want all the facts so she can make an informed decision about how to proceed as any mom would. Summer was finally over but with the start of school everything was so much more tense. The meeting with Sam's parents went about as well as could be expected. Luckily Sam's mom was much more level headed than her dad so I was able to tell them what happened from my point of view. I even told them what led to the break up in the first place. Mr.Larusso called me a liar but with Robby now firmly on my side and backing me up, plus the guilty look Sam had on her face they had to believe what I said. I did get in trouble with Sensei for hitting her and a lecture about not hitting girls, but after he just shrugged and said that she should learn not to antagonize people. It sounds cruel but I kinda agree, he's always telling us not to be pussies and he went really hard on Aiesha until she rose to be one of the top students. After the meeting with the LaRussos' things between Cobra Kai and Miyagi Do escalated. There were small skirmishes that Miguel swore it meant something big was about to go down. Little did he know he was completely right.

"Hey babe! I'm so excited you're going to be going to school here. This year is going to be amazing with you by my side." Miguel said while wrapping his arm around Tory's waist and guiding her and the rest of the Cobras towards the entrance of the school. Just as he got to the door of the school he heard a voice he hadn't heard in two years since he left Los Angeles.

"What about us Miggy? You going to show us around?" The Spanish lilted voice spoke from behind me. I whirled around to see my cousins Amina and Amaya. I sped towards the two redheads and hugged them tight. We didn't let go till I heard Tory ask who they were.

"Tory, Cobras I want you guys to meet my cousins Amina and Amaya." Looking at the girls I introduced them to everyone. "What are you guys doing here? Not that I'm not glad to see you but this is a huge surprise. Also where's Armando?" I asked them.

"We just arrived two days ago. We wanted to surprise you on the first day of school, also look to your right." I did and I noticed my blackhaired cousin. I reached over and gave him a man hug.

"Well now that everyone is here, let's go. We don't want to be late for class." I reached Tory and rewrapped my arm around her waist and we started walking again. Once we made it inside though is when the problems started. Sam was at her locker and started making snide comments to Demetri,

which were loud enough to be heard, but still ignored. That is until she walked right up to my cousins and told them that we were bad news and should stay away unless they wanted us to hurt them too. The girls just laughed at her.

"Why would we stay away from Miguel? He's our cousin, our familia. He would never hurt us, plus everyone here has been completely polite to us since we got here." Amaya said. She was the speaker for the siblings. Sam apparently didn't like that and scoffed and turned towards me and Tory to glare at us before flicking her hair and attempting to walk away.

"That's right princess, just keep walking. No one cares about what you have to say." Tory called out. I just shook my head and told her to ignore her. Sam however wasn't going to let the comment go and turned around and slapped Tory across the face. Tory leapt forward and the two were instantly fighting. Robby and I went to pull them apart just as the rest of Miyagi Do came around the corner. An all out fight broke out and my cousins seemed to just stand there and watch. I think I even saw Armando step in front of the girls to keep them from getting involved. I knew they would want to. They were born fighters.

It was down to Tory, Sam, Robby and I. Robby was holding Tory back so she wouldn't get in trouble and I was facing Sam who was sitting on the floor. I offered Sam a hand up to show mercy like Sensei said but she did something that surprised me. She shoved me away hard and then kicked me in the stomach. What I didn't know was that Amaya had come up behind me, so when I was kicked backwards I flew right into her and she ended up going over the railing and falling from the second story.(A.N. Think Robby and Miguel's confrontation at the school fight but instead of Robby it's Sam.)

"Amaya!" Amina screamed while running down the stairs while screaming for someone to call 911. I followed along with Robby and Tory. Amaya was unconscious and Amina was kneeling over her begging for her to wake up. When the paramedics finally showed up the teachers had everyone herded into the gym. The only ones still there were my cousins, Tory, Robby and I along with the principal who was demanding to know what started all of this.

"It's all LaRusso's fault. She started the fight by telling the twins they should stay away from us and that we would hurt them. When her words didn't work she sent us all dirty looks and I told her to keep walking away and none of us cared what she had to say. She then turned around and slapped me. The big fight started when LaRusso's friends saw Robby and Miguel pulling us apart. They just started coming after us and we were defending ourselves. When everything was calming down Miguel reached down to help LaRusso up and she shoved him and then kicked him in the stomach. He flew back into Amaya who had come up behind him to see if he was ok and she went over the railing before any of us could do anything." Tory was sobbing by the end of the explanation and Miguel knew it was because she thought it was her fault. He didn't blame her though and neither would Amaya.

"Where is Miss.LaRusso? Counselor Blatt please find her and bring her to my office along with anyone else involved in the fight. I will get started on calling parents. Miss.Nichols, who can we call on your behalf? I know the situation with your mother and I believe the less stress for her the better." I

told him he could call my mom and that she would be willing to speak on Tory's behalf. Tory looked grateful and thanked Principal Lopez. My mom arrived 15 minutes later along with the LaRusso parents who seemed to have gotten there at the same time.

"What did you punks do to my daughter this time? It seems like you kids are always starting trouble for my students.Well this time none of you will_!" Mr.Larusso started before he was cut off by principal Lopez.

"Children if you wouldn't mind stepping out so that Counselor Blatt and I can speak to Mrs.Diaz and Mr and Mrs LaRusso?" We all nodded and left the office.

Dan PO : " Mr.LaRusso I know you're upset but that is no way to speak to a group of kids. Especially ones that are not your own. Now, it seems that what happened today was started by your daughter. She told a couple new students that they should stay away from Mr.Diaz and his friends, not knowing that the new students in question were actually his cousins. She then got upset when Miss.Nichols asked her to leave so she slapped her. From the multiple witness accounts it was your daughter who started it so i'm sorry to say that we will not be able to allow your daughter to continue on going to school here. Samantha LaRusso is hereby expelled." Daniel was in shock. He was not expecting to hear what the principal had just said.

"This is insane! There is no way our daughter would do what she's being accused of! I can't believe this is even happening." He yelled, frustrated beyond belief. Everything was falling apart and he didn't know what to do. Amanda had this look on her face when she turned to me.

"No more karate. This has gone too far now. An innocent girl who just moved here is now in the hospital because of the war that you and Johnny started. I honestly can't believe I didn't see something like this happening sooner. I mean this is what I was scared would happen because you couldn't move on from the past and Johnny's ego wouldn't allow him to back down from a challenge." She ranted. I'm sure she would have gone on longer if Miguel's mother and a woman with red hair didn't burst through the door.

"What happened? How is it that on the first day of school a fight breaks out and then my sister is sent flying off the second floor balcony? I want the person responsible expelled and arrested. I wouldn't be surprised if our father already knew and is on his way." She was furious and I refrained from saying anything.

"Ms.Perez, I am truly appalled by the situation and I promise that this is the first time something like this has happened at our school. I have already expelled the student responsible and notified the authorities. It seems that a student was trying to "warn" your sisters away from your cousin Mr.Diaz and his friends and then after that student was told of the relationship they were asked to leave but instead of going peacefully they slapped the person who asked them to leave and the fight started from there. That is all I can give since it's now an open investigation. Anything else I'm sure the kids

will tell you." The look on the woman's face was like ice. There was no emotion which set her apart from Miguel's mother who was sobbing. Amanda walked up to the women and started to apologize on Sam;s behalf, and said that we would pay for all the medical expenses. Her face then turned to one of fury as she yelled saying that they better because we'll be lucky if Sam doesn't end up with a life sentence which they would be pushing for. The redhead then grabbed Carmen Diaz and stormed out the door.

"I'm sorry Amanda… Daniel. This isn't what I want to do but if I let this go I'm going to be sending a message saying that the student's can get away with fighting and hurting each other." We told him we understood and left to go find Sam. She was nowhere to be found and Amanda and I were freaking out. Amanda and I looked at each other and I could tell that we were both thinking the same thing, "What has Sam gotten herself into."
