I'm going to tell you Beauty & the Beast, but I'm going to show it to you through a prism, so that you'll never see Disney's cartoon version in quite the same way ever again.

(CONTENT WARNING: NOT SUITABLE FOR AGES UNDER 18) Very different from the Disney movie. This story is based on darker themes. A woman has holes in her past & something strange in her future. What happens when she has no choice but to remember a face that was thought to be long gone from her life?

A spoof of Beauty and the Beast. Belle is a ditz. Belle's father works in a not-so-reputable career. Gaston is eight, and Belle is eighteen. The Beast is a woman. Interested? I certainly was when my friend asked me to write this.

It's a poem about the beast and the movie from a different point of view, but someone whose seen the beast through it all.

Eighteen years haved passed over the castle, Belle and Vincent's son is soon to go to Italy, but the Enchantress' daughter knows of the horrible fate to come if he is not protected, leaving, she escapes a horrible fate herself, but greater danger comes.

The enchanted castle was entertaining its first guest in years, and Belle was being treated to the dinner show of a lifetime. Meanwhile, on the roof of the castle...
