Scrooge and the gang find themselves in yet another ancient temple. But this new adventure takes a deadly turn when Louie is accidentally poisoned during their exploration, turning a day of treasure-hunting into a race against the clock to find the hidden antidote. Will they be able to save the youngest triplet or will this be the end of adventuring for the Duck family?

In this AU universe, the triplets were separated when they were very young, and now live separate lives. Dewey with Donald Duck, Louie with Scrooge McDuck, and Huey living at an orphanage. But without even knowing, all three of them are trying to find each other again, in their own way. This story was written before the events of the finale, so some events do not match up with it.

When Webby and Lena accidentally switch journals during a sleepover, they each end up reading something that was probably personal. They, of course, handle the situation with grace and maturity and no shenanigans at all.

Webby really liked holding Lena's hand, and not just because of the magic powers. In fact, she was a little disappointed that all the times she'd held that hand had been during some life-threatening moment. She didn't want to hold Lena's hand because she had to, but because she wanted to—because it was soft, and warm, and her own hand fit perfectly inside it.
