During his teenage years, Dewey Duck goes to St. Canard to attend high school there. Everything is going fine, until one night, Dewey accidentally gets superpowers. With his powers, Dewey becomes a superhero by the name of Dynamic Duck while under the tutelage of St. Canard's resident crime fighter, Darkwing Duck. It's hard at first, but that won't stop Dewey from being a hero.
