After being released from the HYDRA base that she had been kept in, and experimented on, since she was a child Skye gets brought to The Playground where Jemma seems to be the only one willing to give her a chance. (A/N; After seeing Age of Ultron (twice) I really wanted to write something with Skye as the Scarlet Witch. I have changed it slightly from the movie but still, spoilers)

(Takes place in 2x06- Skye returns to Ward.) Ward is wanted in his brothers custody, something Skye is very much willing to do. Though, she can't do it without giving him a final goodbye first.

When Ward is tortured to the point of death by Hydra, Skye is the only one to forget the past and help him. As she nurses him back to health, she recalls the second chance she was given by SHIELD, and decides that perhaps the world is short on mercy. Very AU.

May is off exploring a new chance at love with her ex, Andrew. But when Coulson shows up at her door, her vacation is rudely interrupted, as is any illusion she tries to maintain that she has no romantic feelings for Phil. Despite their complicated situation and emotional defenses, can May and Coulson find a way to be honest with each other? Philinda!

Jemma is the daughter of a wealthy Baron who has recently come into some financial trouble and needs the money from his daughter's dowry to keep the estate running. Her suitor? Grant Ward, Duke of Lancaster, and not a very particular kindly man. Jemma, however, has the heart for another and is experiencing something a little bit more wild than pre-wedding jitters.

The rules of SHIELD are rigid and are there to keep people alive, but Skye never did like rules. And she's willing to go out of the way to make Leopold Fitz the exception to them. INACTIVE - marked complete for the sake of people who might think I'll ever update this.
