It wasn't supposed to be like this. This wasn't how their first Christmas together was supposed to end. Warning this is a very sad Christmas fic.

The temple has been reduced to rubble and with it, the lives of the agents. Resurfacing from the ashes, the agents find themselves with more predicaments than ever before. New people found and old friends lost threaten the dynamic of the team forever. Set after the mid-series finale, just a little something to keep us sane until March 3rd.

When Coulson's team needs Ward to save the day, the team is forced to trust Ward. But secretly Skye finds out she is still in love with Ward, but he has to go out on a mission that might cost him his life. It's up to Grant Douglas Ward to decide if he wants to be redeemed or fall back into the shadows which Coulson pulled him from.

Christmas fun ensues, including mistletoe, Frozen and some surprises. Mushy, slightly cracky. Nice and Christmassy and lovely. SkyeWard, FitzSimmons, Philinda.
