Surgeon of Death

Hey everyone. This has just been floating around in my head since for some reason, One Piece has turned up in my YouTube suggestions and I recalled Law's powerset. I don't watch it, and I don't feel like I will ever watch/read it since there are over 900 episodes/1000 chapters, but the Ope Ope no Mi is such a cool power and is my favorite Devil Fruit with probably my favorite character and design (it's mainly the hat) using it. While I am not a doctor nor will I ever be one, I do want to explore the idea behind the powers that it provides. We have area manipulation, telekinesis, harmless amputation, substitution, electrical manipulation, and more. And that is not touching the actual medical abilities that the fruit provides. So, I kind of wanted to explore it when Izuku gets those powers. It is a little bit cracky seeing as I definitely didn't write Shigaraki in character. I do not own One Piece or My Hero Academia.

Chapter Begin

"Papa! You have a phone call!" A six-year-old, white haired girl with a small horn growing out of her forehead called out as she barged into an office, carrying a cell phone that was currently ringing. A tall man with dark green, almost black hair, covered with a white spotted northern style hat with a large bill in the front looked up from his paperwork. He was dressed in a green hoodie with black sleeves rolled up to his elbows and a stylized Jolly Roger and spotted jeans. The rolled-up sleeves drew attention to his tribal tattoos that featured his Jolly Roger and the small cross-shaped tattoos on the back of his hands. Most notably, he had the letters for DEATH tattooed on the back of each of his fingers. Sitting right next to him was a large nodachi with a fur-coated hand guard.

"Who's it from?" Her father asked, getting up from his seat.

"It's from Aunt Chiyo!" She chirped happily.

"Well then, let's see what she wants," he said, taking the phone from his daughter. A grumbling noise came from his stomach. "And then we can go get some food. I think I've been working a bit too long. What do you say to that?" He asked with a large smile.

"Yay! I want apples," Eri cheered. Her father laughed as he patted her head.

"Alright. Why don't you get cleaned up and wake Bepo up while I talk to your aunt?" he prompted.

"Ok, Papa!" Eri said, running out of the room. Once the door closed, the man answered the call but held the phone away from his ear. "

"ABOUT TIME YOU ANSWERED ME!" An elderly, female voice blasted through the air. "I don't know why you have this thing if you won't keep it on you!" Her voice became incomprehensible as she ranted about his failure at communication for ten minutes. "How you are able to be such a good role model for Eri is beyond me." She finally finished.

"Are you done?" The man asked, bringing the phone to his ear.

"Yeah, I'm done," Chiyo muttered.

"Good. You know my policy. I don't keep my phone on my person due to the nature of my work. Now Chiyo, care to explain the reason for your call?" The man calmly asked.

"It's always business with you. Why can't you ever consider that I am calling to have a nice chat?" Chiyo grumbled.

"Because you don't ever call unless you have a favor to ask for. If you came to me physically, then I would be making you tea and cookies. Now, why have you called? I'm finally free enough so I can work on some overdue paperwork and spend more time with Eri," the man demanded.

"Alright, Izuku. The UA barrier was destroyed by someone today under the guise of the reporters who always crowd at this time," Chiyu said.

"Damn vultures," Izuku grunted.

"Quite. We don't know why they did it, but as you may know, All Might is working here this year," Chiyu began to explain.

"You think that whoever did this may be targeting UA and All Might," Izuku concluded.

"Correct, and tomorrow class 1-A has a field trip to the USJ for rescue training. All Might is supposed to help out, but you know how he is. I would feel much better if you were there to make sure nothing bad happens to them. Maybe with you there, you will be able to keep them from doing anything stupid, should the need arise," Chiyo said.

"Very well. I still owe you, so when should I get there, and will you be able to watch Eri?"

"That won't be a problem. Come by around 7:30 so I can inform the other teachers," Chiyo said.

"Is there anything else that I should know?"

"Yes. There are a few troublesome students who don't know when to stop. One unleashed a lethal attack on a student during training. He's lucky it was against a student with a really strong defensive quirk, otherwise he would be looking at jail time. Another refuses to use half of his quirk despite it counteracting almost all of his weaknesses," Chiyo said.

"Got it. The class is full of idiots," Izuku said, before a knock was at the door.

"Captain, I wanted to let you know that I have finished preparing the food if you are done with your phone call," a somewhat scratchy voice said from behind the door.

"Thanks, Bepo. I'll be out in a moment," Izuku called out.

"Don't let me keep you any longer, dearie. I've kept you long enough. Go spend some time with your daughter," Chiyo said.

"Thanks, Chiyo. I'll see you tomorrow," Izuku said, shutting off his phone. He exhaled deeply, before walking out of the room. He found Eri sitting next to a humanoid bear wearing an orange jumpsuit who was setting down a large plate of sushi and a bowl of rice. The bear then took a seat and started to sloppily eat.

"Hi, Papa!" Eri said through a mouthful of apple slices. "What did Aunt Chiyo want?"

"Eri, you know you are not supposed to talk with your mouth full, and Bepo, stop eating like a slob. I know you have better manners than that," Izuku scolded them.

"I'm sorry," both Eri and Bepo said, lowering their heads. Izuku chuckled, lightly placing his hands on his two charges' heads.

"Just don't do it again. It is poor manners, and you can choke on your food if you aren't careful," Izuku smiled as the two relaxed under his touch.

"Okay papa!" Eri said, eating at a much slower pace. Bepo resumed eating as well, making sure to do so at a polite pace. Izuku took a seat and started to pile on some food to his and Eri's plate, getting a pout from the small girl.

"Now, you can't eat only apples, or you won't grow up to be a big girl," Izuku chided. "You'll need the energy, too. You'll be staying with Aunt Chiyo tomorrow."

"Really?" Eri said.

"Yep. Apparently, she needs me to keep an eye on some of the students for some of their classes while they go on a field trip," Izuku said. "While I do that, I need you to be a good girl and help your aunt."

"Ok, Papa," Eri said. "Do you think Aunt Chiyo is going to teach me how to heal people?"

"I'm certain if you asked, she would be glad. Chiyo is always complaining about there never being enough people who care about helping people with injuries," Izuku said. "Bepo, you will be coming with me."

"Aye aye, Captain," Bepo saluted.

XXxxxxXX

"Aunt Chiyo!" A white rocket shouted, embracing the short woman. Izuku and Bepo followed behind the girl.

"Eri, how is my little angel?" Chiyo asked, returning the hug.

"I've been having a lot of fun with Papa and Bepo," Eri said happily.

"I'm glad. Izuku, Nezu has given the go ahead so there will be no problems on the hands of the faculty. In about 10 minutes, 13 will take you to where class 1-A will be training today. They have rescue training at the USJ, so they should also be covering basic first aid," Chiyo said. "13 should be waiting to take you to the USJ. It is quite a trip, and she has some things that she needs to prepare, so you need to head out now."

"Alright," Izuku said, before kneeling down to Eri. "Be good for your Aunt Chiyo, okay?"

"Aye aye, Papa!" Eri said, raising her right hand up.

"That's my girl," Izuku said, messing up her hair slightly. "Bepo, it's time to go!"

"Aye aye, captain!" Bepo saluted, before jumping in the air. He shrunk in size until he was the size of a small stuffed animal. With a soft thud, Bepo landed on Izuku's hat.

"I'm off," Izuku said.

"See you, Papa!" Eri waved.

"Good luck, Trafalgar Izuku," Chiyo whispered, before she felt a tugging at her sleeve. "Is there something you want?"

"Aunt Chiyo, can you teach me?" Eri asked.

"I'm afraid that I won't be much help to you. I'm not a combat hero, and it is much too early for you to start training to be a hero," Chiyo said, only for the girl to shake her head.

"I don't want to be a hero," Eri said firmly. At her aunt's dumbfounded expression, she further explained. "I want to be a doctor! Like you and Papa! I want to help people like Papa does. I want to stop other people from hurting. Papa tries to help me learn, but he is always called back to work when we get started." A wide smile formed on Chiyo's face.

"Hahahaha!" Chiyo's laughter filled the room.

"Aunt Chiyo! It's not funny!" Eri pouted with tears forming in her eye.

"There, there, Eri. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings," Chiyo said, pulling the girl into a hug. "I'm sorry if my laughter sounded harsh, but you are more like your father than you realize."

"Wha?" Eri asked through teary eyes.

"When your father was your age, he came up and said almost the exact same thing to both me and his father," Chiyo whispered.

"Really?"

"Really. He was so dedicated to helping people in whatever way he could. At the time, he didn't know the full extent of his quirk, so he turned to medicine and surgery. He was determined to help as many people as he could. Time has tempered his enthusiasm, but perhaps seeing you learning will remind him why he became a doctor," Chiyo said.

"Here we are," the space-themed hero proudly stated, gesturing towards the new ground. They were standing at the entrance to what looked like a theme park with a fountain in the center. Around the fountains were paths that lead to various obstacles from a fake mountain to a ship over a lake with a massive water slide. "This is the Unforeseen Simulation Joint."

"This is quite the place," Izuku said, placing Bepo onto the ground. Bepo yawned before he grew back to his full size and walked over to the gate of the park. A snot bubble came from his nose as he rested against the back. "What are you planning on starting with?"

"We'll primarily be working in the landslide and ruins zone, as those are the disasters that the average student will be facing," 13 said.

"What about fire?" Izuku asked.

"We usually wait until students have some background knowledge on dealing with rubble. Fire presents new obstacles that require more caution. Even experienced students are likely to make mistakes in the Conflagration Zone," 13 explained.

"Smart," Izuku said, through a yawn. "When do you think the students will get here?"

"I think they will be here in an hour or two. I had to leave early because I needed to double check a few settings before we can get started," she reasoned.

"Alright. I'm just here for medical support, so I'll be taking a nap while I wait," Izuku said, walking over to Bepo.

"Not a problem," 13 said. "I'll either wake you up when they get here." Izuku gave a wave before he leaned against Bepo's stomach. His sword was laid over his shoulder.

"I wish that I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat," 13 sighed, before getting to work.

XXxxxxXX

"Who the fuck is that?" A rude voice jostled Izuku out of his rest. Rather, it was Bepo jumping up that woke up the man.

"I'll protect you, captain!" Bepo screamed, taking a fighting stance.

"Woah, a talking bear!" An excited girl squealed.

"He can fight, too! That's so manly!" An excited boy shouted.

"How can it talk?" A male voice asked.

"Sorry," Bepo grumbled, bowing his head.

"He's shy about it!" Several voices exclaimed.

"Bepo, calm down," Izuku said, placing a hand on Bepo's shoulder.

"Sorry, captain. When I heard the screaming, I thought it would be someone trying to attack us again," Bepo said. Izuku got up, seeing 19 students in various hero costumes standing with a poorly dressed man in a scarf.

"It's alright. We're here to help the students learn about first aid, not fight them," Izuku said. He turned to the space-themed hero. "13, I believe it is time for introductions." 13 straightened up.

"Right. This is Trafalgar Izuku, probably the greatest medic and surgeon in the world. He will be teaching you how to properly apply field medicine for some common wounds that civilians get during your rescue training," 13 explained. Excited chatter flitted through the

"As expected of UA, they go above and beyond to train the next generation of heros," a tall boy in armor proclaimed.

"Yeah, that is not why I am here," Izuku said, leaning on his sword. "Before we begin, let me ask you something, if you had to choose between saving a civilian or defeating a villain, which would you choose? You there, name and answer me." Izuku pointed to a grenade themed boy.

"I'm Bakugo Katsuki, the person who will be…"

"Yeah, I don't need your life story. Answer my question or leave," Izuku shut him down. "Now, would you defeat the villain or save the civilian?"

"Obviously, I would defeat the fucking villain! If the civilian gets hurt, it's the fucker's own fault for getting in my way!" The blond-haired boy screamed.

"Despite his crass way of putting this, who here agrees with him?" Izuku asked. Only a few students raised their hands, including a student with white and red hair split down the middle. "I see. Well, let me tell you that both are important, and there is no real right answer to every situation. There will be times when it is more important to prioritize catching a villain, but it will be rare. You'll go over this in more detail but protecting and ensuring the safety of anyone will normally be a hero's number one priority."

"But what about catching villains?" A pink haired and skinned girl asked.

"That is a good question, and it should still be a priority. I'll leave the details to your teachers because I honestly have no real experience dealing with hostages. I'm a doctor and a surgeon, not a hero," Izuku said.

"Right, and that is why you are here," 13 interjected, drawing everyone's attention away from the doctor. "As we already discussed, your quirks can be used to cause great harm to anyone. However, as heroes, it is your responsibility to protect others first. The best way to do this is through rescue training and learning first aid. That is why Trafalgar is here."

"We've wasted enough time. Let's begin the lesson," the hobo growled.

"Yes, Aizawa-sensei," some of the students droned out.

"Right. Follow me. We'll be starting with the Ruins Zone. I've already got everything prepared," 13 said, practical skipping ahead. Izuku, Aizawa, and the students followed. Before they could get past the entrance, a dark cloud formed in the center of the USJ.

"Everyone get back!" Aizawa demanded.

"Are we starting already?" one of the students asked.

"Those are real villains," Izuku said, gripping his sword. Out of the cloud, dozens of figures exited. The most noticeable of the group was a tall, skinny male who had hands all over his body, a well-dressed man that seemed to be made up entirely of dark smoke, and a massive, black skinned creature with an exposed brain and a beak. "Bepo, you are with me!"

"Aye, aye captain!" The bear saluted.

"Where's All Might?" The hand villain screamed out. "He's supposed to be here, today, isn't he? I have some friends who really want to meet him!" He started to scratch his neck.

"He's not here," Izuku said, walking ahead of his group. All eyes turned to the man and bear. "There was a change of plans, you see. UA decided that they needed someone who would be better able to teach them how to treat any injuries in the field. How unlucky." At this position, Izuku stood a couple dozen meters away from the students and was within a few seconds sprinting distance from the villains.

"Iida, I need you to start running to UA, right now! We need all hands on deck!" Aizawa commanded.

"But sir, I can't just leave you here by yourself!" The tall, blue haired boy robotically refused.

"This isn't the time for debates. This is a coordinated strike, so odds are they have blocked off communications. You're the fastest person out of all of us, so we need you to go. We'll leave when we get the chance," Aizawa said.

"Yes, sensei!" Iida said.

"Wait!" A spiky ponytailed girl interjected.

"What is it, Yaoyorozu?" Aizawa said.

"If communications are being blocked, odds are the people responsible are only able to do so for a certain radius around the USJ," Yaoyorozu pointed out.

"An excellent point," 13 said, pulling out a phone. "Take my phone with you. It's specially made to not break should anything happen to you. The password is starburst, all lowercase. Nezu is one of the first contacts. Tell him we have a code 2319, and he'll understand."

"Yes, sensei!" Iida said, running out the door.

"What about Trafalgar-sensei? Aren't we going to help him? He's not a hero," a perpetually blushing girl asked.

"Your right. Trafalgar Izuku is not a hero, but that doesn't mean he can't fight. Trafalgar is known throughout all the medical, hero and villain circles, as the Surgeon of Death," Aizawa stated, ushering the students towards the exit while he started talking.

"Why something so gruesome?" Yuga asked.

"Because his mastery over all fields of medicine have saved countless people from the brink of death, but if you get on his bad side, then you become the living dead. He's a true doctor, so he will treat anyone, civilian, hero or villain," Aizawa said.

"And he will be teaching us," Tokoyami asked with shining eyes.

XXxxxxXX

"Maybe if we kill you and the students, All Might will come!" The villain screeched. "All you NPCs attack!" The villains all started to rush towards Izuku, brandishing weapons, flexing limbs, or preparing quirks. Before they could do much, Bepo leapt into the middle of them, striking them unconscious with precise strikes.

"You stay away from my captain!" Bepo growled out, taking a fighting stance over a pile of defeated villains.

"When I said, how unlucky, I meant how unlucky it was that you decided to fight me," Izuku said, holding his left hand in front of him. "Room!" He intoned. From his body, a blue bubble began to rapidly expand until it covered all the villains and the students.

"What the hell is this supposed to do!" A villain laughed mockingly.

"You may act all high and mighty, but your quirk does jack shit! The bear is a bigger threat than you!" Another villain laughed, launching several dozen bullets from his fingers.

"Shambles!" Izuku intoned. Suddenly, in his place was one of the bulkier villains with armor covering his body. The bullets impacted his body, causing dents in his armor, but doing no real harm as they fell to the ground. "Shambles!" Before anyone could locate where Izuku went, he was back in his original place, sword drawn. He kept swiping his sword through empty air, but somehow it caused body parts to separate.

"What just happened?" One of the villains asked, taking a step back.

"Who cares! There are dozens of us, but only one of him!" Another villain shouted, rallying them behind her. Before she could say or do anything else, she suddenly felt like she was floating." She looked down and saw her upper body was separated from her legs at the waist. A swishing sound could be heard, and she saw all her allies' limbs, torsos and head be separated into floating body parts. Within seconds, the hoard of over a hundred villains was reduced to a cloud of body parts. Inside of it, Bepo was leaping through the disassembled body parts, making his way to the villains that managed to escape Izuku's attention.

"Takt!" Izuku began waving his arms in the air. Following the man's motion, the body parts started to be shuffled all over the space, arms and legs being attached incorrectly to bodies or heads, though no sounds of pain came from the villains.

"Kurogiri! Scatter the students before he takes out all the minions!" The leader screamed. In a cloud of mist, Kurogiri vanished out of Izuku's sight. He turned to see Kurogiri appear near the students with Aizawa falling. Thinking quickly, he flicked one of the dented bullets into the air.

XXxxxxXX

"Woah. He's destroying them," Kirishima breathed out.

"What kind of quirk let's you do that?" A purple, short boy dressed in what appeared to be a metal diaper asked, pointing at the growing pile of body parts floating in the air.

"Shouldn't we be worried that he is cutting off people's body parts?" Kaminari asked.

"Yeah, and what's with the blue bubble around us?" Jiro asked.

"Don't worry about his actions. His quirk lets him create what he calls a Room, where he is able to control pretty much anything that happens in it," Aizawa explained. His eyes kept shifting between the fight and his students. "It is part of the reason why he is considered the world's greatest surgeon because he can perform any risky surgery without risk, practically anywhere."

"I'm more impressed with the bear. Bepo, I think his name was," Ojiro stated. His most distinguished feature was the large tail. "I wonder if he would be able to help me with my forms."

"Yeah, he is pretty manly!" Kirishima exclaimed.

"All the villains are focused on or incapacitated by Trafalgar. Now is our chance. It's time to go. 13 and I will watch your backs," Aizawa said.

"Aizawa-sensei, behind you!" Mina suddenly shouted. Aizawa started to turn around, only to be blind-sided by an electric shock.

"Apologies for interrupting your training exercise. We are the League of Villains," Kurogiri said politely, discarding a once-use tranquilizer. "I would appreciate it if you don't struggle too much." The mist began to expand.

"Get behind me!" 13 said, opening up the tips of her fingers. Several students scrambled away from the villain. Ochako managed to grab Aizawa, causing him to float of the ground. A black hole started to suck up the mist.

"Fucking DIE!" Bakugo screamed, rushing towards Kurogiri, explosions blasting from his palms.

"No! Get back!" 13 cried out, shutting off her quirk. Before Bakugo could try to hit Kurogiri, Kurogiri vanished. A small sound rang through the plaza as a piece of metal fell to the ground.

"What the fuck just happened!" Bakugo demanded. "Where did the warp-fucker go?"

"We can worry about that later," 13 growled out, grabbing the boy by his collar. "Right now, we need to get out of here while we have the chance. And Bakugo, we'll be having words about your actions."

"Yes, sensei," Bakugo grumbled, as he was dragged out of the building with his classmates.

XXxxxxXX

"Scan!" Izuku grunted as Kurogiri appeared in the place the bullet was. His sword started to glow before he swiped it in front of his body.

"So you can teleport things. How annoying," Kurogiri said, sending his mist towards Izuku.

"There!" He shot his hand forward. "Mes!" His hand hit Kurogiri's body, right inside his metal collar. A cube was ejected from the mist man's body, causing Kurogiri to stumble backwards.

"What did you do to me?" Kurogiri asked, feeling his body where he got hit. Izuku bent downwards and picked up one of the bullets.

"Shambles," he mumbled. In a moment, he held the cube in his hand. "I removed your heart."

"How is that possible?" Kurogiri grunted out in pain as Izuku squeezed his heart.

"Let's just say that it is my quirk and leave it at that. Now, here is what you are going to do. You are going to go back to your master, take him and any villains that I haven't dealt with, and never show your face in front of me again. Do that and I will return your heart to you. Fail to do that, and you die here," Izuku offered. Kurogiri nodded once before he teleported back to the lanky man.

XXxxxxXX

"Tomura Shigaraki," Kurogiri wheezed out.

"I heard everything. What is up with this guy? He has to be cheating," Shigaraki growled out, furiously scratching his neck.

"What do you plan to do?" Kurogiri asked.

"Do as he says," Tomura said, after a moment of contemplation. "Unfortunately, you are too important to let go, otherwise I would have killed you myself."

"Give me about ten minutes, and I should have almost everyone rounded up," Kurogiri said.

"Go ahead and drop them in prison for all I care. They were just expendable summons anyways," Shigaraki groaned. Kurogiri bowed, before departing. "How are you able to do all this? Did you hack the system? Are you some kind of secret boss? I've never heard of a hero like you! You're just some heroic scum who gets himself off hurting others!" His posture became erratic as he ground out those words.

"Your first mistake was assuming that I was a hero. I'm a doctor, so I try to prevent harm, not cause it. Course given the fact that you are perfectly willing to lead an ambush on school children, I don't believe you for a second when you speak about the morals of heroes fighting villains," Izuku countered nonchalantly.

"You got me there," Shigaraki shrugged.

"Your second mistake was getting in the way of teaching these kids some valuable skills that will save lives," Izuku growled out.

"And I'm guessing I made a third mistake, too," Shigaraki said.

"I keep hearing you say things about video games, so I guess you did. You see, I'm the White Mage, and you don't fuck with the White Mage!" Izuku declared. Tomura was silent before he started laughing.

"I like you, White Mage! You got good tastes! Let's make a deal," Tomura said.

"Oh? I'm getting tired of taking out your mooks, so I'll hear you out. " Izuku grunted, shouldering his sword.

"Face my Nomu here. If you win, we'll leave peacefully, and I'll even have Kurogiri send the minions to jail," Shigaraki proposed.

"And if I lose?" Izuku said.

"Then you will probably be dead. Nomu was made to defeat All Might after all. If you somehow manage to survive this, well, the league could use a competent healer, White Mage," Shigaraki grinned.

"You know what, sure. If this ends this farce, then let's do this. Just know that I am a doctor first and foremost. If by some chance, you manage to defeat me, I will continue to treat anyone who is hurt. Be they hero, villain or some random person on the street," Izuku declared, motioning Bepo.

"Very well. Nomu, take him down," Shigaraki commanded. Nomu shot forward at blinding speeds, appearing right in front of Izuku. It raised its fists to slam down into Izuku before it just stopped, hunched over.

"Nomu, why did you stop?" Shigaraki demanded.

"It might be because of this," Izuku said, casually walking around the body of the Nomu. Floating above his hand was the Nomu's head. Shigaraki started to rapidly twitch before he slumped over.

"Team Four Star was right," Shigaraki grumbled. "I give up. Kurogiri!"

"Yes, Tomura!" Kurogiri answered, appearing next to the man.

"I give up! The White Mage is too powerful! He even took out Nomu! Shigaraki screamed before slumping over. "Just take me home."

"Very well. I have all the low-level criminals in one of our old warehouses, awaiting orders. What do you want to do with them?" Kurogiri said.

"Give the White Mage the address. They were worthless, and I don't have a need for minions," Shigaraki grumbled.

"Alright," Kurogiri said, reaching inside his vest and pulling out a piece of paper and pen. He scribbled something on it and put the pen away. Before either of the villains could blink, the paper was replaced with Kurogiri's heart container.

"Just put it back in before you leave. You'll be fine then," Izuku called out, waving the paper carelessly. Kurogiri scrambled to do that, breathing easy when it sank into his body. Suddenly, the door burst open.

"HAVE NO FEAR! I AM HERE!" All Might shouted, posing dramatically at the entrance.

"Of course, All Might shows up now! This entire quest has been a failure. Let's just go, Kurogiri," Shigaraki complained.

"Very well," Kurogiri said. A portal opened, and the two villains left.

"You're late," Izuku stated, leaning against your sheathed sword.

XXxxxxXX

"Papa!" A white blur squealed as it slammed into Izuku's lower body. Izuku stumbled slightly, making certain to not drop the sleeping Bepo on his hat. "You're late!"

"I'm sorry, Eri! Papa had some work come up," Izuku happily stated, picking the girl up. "Did you have fun with Aunt Chiyo?"

"Yep," Eri smiled widely. "I learned a lot from Aunt Chiyo! She taught me how to check someone's temperature, and I met this pretty lady with blue hair." A yawn escaped the girl as she laid her head against her father's shoulder.

"Let's go home," Izuku said. "You've had a long day and need sleep."

"But I'm not tired, Papa," Eri said, closing her eyes.

"Sure you aren't," Izuku said, placing a kiss on Eri's forehead as soft snores came from the horned girl. "Thank you for watching her, Chiyo."

"It was no trouble at all," Chiyo smiled at the girl. "Eri really took her role as my assistant. She managed to calm Hado enough so I could take care of her. I might need to steal her in the future."

"I'm sure she would love that," Izuku softly said.

Chapter End

You might have noticed that Izuku was pretty overpowered in this one-shot and that is for several reasons. One, Izuku is a doctor. He cannot afford to hesitate. Second, he is experienced as a fighter to protect himself and Eri. Third, his ability has no real combative counters in the world of My Hero Academia since Haki does not exist. I mean, regeneration doesn't actually activate due to the fact that anything Izuku does in the Room does no actual damage. Finally, he has Eri to consider and that kills most of his mercy when fighting. His only weakness is stamina, but he has about a little less stamina than Nejire, so he doesn't really have that big of a weakness.

I decided 17 was a good age for Izuku to reference the age where Luffy started his journey. It led to a much different childhood, especially when Izuku's ability was discovered as being more than making a blue sphere. The biggest change is that Inko died of an incurable disease, inspiring Izuku to be a doctor. He was taken in by Trafalgar Law who helped him to learn how to be a doctor to the point that Izuku earned his qualifications at the age of 15. As a result, Izuku took the name Trafalgar as his family name in respect for his guardian.

Shigaraki. In this case, I figured that I had Izuku dismantle Shigaraki's plan so much that he just gave up, especially when Izuku literally spoke in Shigaraki's language. I added DBZ Abridged because it just seemed like something Shigaraki would know about.

Finally, I have different one shots ideas on my profile. Comment or PM what you would like to see, and I may write it if enough people tell me. Keep in mind that college has started up for me, so I don't have as much time as I normally do. I also left several easter eggs throughout the story. Find them, and I'm probably going to be more likely to listen to them. Though, I have been watching a lot of villain Izuku animatics lately, so it is more likely I will be doing the ID Invaded idea I have. Or I'll go back to my Digimon story. Or I'll add a continuation to this One-Shot and make it a Two-Shot. I don't know.
