Hey guys! I'm back with a new chapter! I was going to wait until tomorrow to write this one, but I changed my mind.

"Wow, it's really hot out here!" Jasmine said. The three finally made it to Desert World and the heat immediately hit her. She watched as Mario and Luigi rolled up their sleeves and fan themselves with their hats. As they walked, they saw a fire ball coming towards them.

"Whoa!" Mario cried as he moved out of the way. Another one came towards Luigi and Jasmine, but they jumped over it.

"Where did that come from?" Jasmine asked. They walked to get a closer look and saw two Fire Bros standing on top of some blocks.

"It's coming from them." Luigi said. He reached into his pocket and handed Mario and Jasmine ice flowers. Luigi threw an ice ball at the first Fire Bro, trapping him into an ice cube. Before he could break free, Luigi jumped on top of the ice cube and ground-pounded it, defeating the Fire Bro. Mario threw an ice ball at the other Fire Bro, picked up the ice cube, and threw it against a nearby wall, immediately defeating him.

A group of Goombas were resting on the ground. They noticed the three walking towards them. The Goombas ran towards them, but they threw ice balls at all of them. Mario and Luigi ground-pounded some of the ice cubes while Jasmine picked up some ice cubes and threw them. Pretty soon the enemies near them were defeated and they continued walking. While they walked, they saw a Toad House.

A Toad greeted them as they entered the house. Jasmine sat down next to the door as Mario and Luigi went over to the Toad.

"At least it's cooler in here." She thought. While the Bros were getting more power-ups, Jasmine started to get lost in her thoughts.

"I really do like it here, but they're right. I can't stay here. I need to go back home to my own world." Jasmine cleaned her glasses and looked over at Mario and Luigi. She continued to think as she put her glasses back on her face.

"I'm really gonna miss these guys when I leave. At least Mario said I can visit them. I wonder how though..."

"Jasmine?" She looked up after hearing Mario's voice and saw the Bros in front of her. Jasmine shook her head and smiled.

"Sorry, I was daydreaming." She said as she rubbed the back of her head.

"We got some more items." Luigi replied.

"Ready to go?" Mario asked. Jasmine nodded. They waved goodbye to the Toad and left.

"Ugh! Where are they?" Ludwig said as he continued flying. He finally made it to Desert World and looked around for the three. He looked back down at the tracking device.

"Hmm. It looks like they're close." Ludwig looked around the area. His eyes landed on a yellow Toad House. He saw three people walking away from the Toad House.

"There they are!" Ludwig smiled evilly and flew down towards them.

The three were walking away from the Toad House when they heard the sound of laughter getting closer.

"Who is that?" Mario asked. They turned around and looked up.

"Ludwig Von Koopa..." Jasmine whispered.

"Hello." Ludwig said.

"What are you doing here?" Mario asked.

"I'm here to take her back to the castle." Ludwig said, pointing to Jasmine. He hopped out of his Clown Car and started walking towards her. Jasmine backed away slowly. She then saw something bright out of the corner of her eye. Jasmine turned around and saw Mario. He used a fire flower and threw a fire ball at the oldest Koopaling. Luigi ran towards Ludwig and jumped on his head. Before Ludwig could get up again, Mario threw two more fire balls at him.

Ludwig slowly stood up and reached inside of his shell. He took out his wand and shot a big blue energy blast at Mario. Mario didn't move out of the way in time and was hit, falling to the ground.

"Mario!" Luigi yelled as he ran towards his brother. Before Luigi could reach him, Ludwig shot another blue energy blast at Luigi, making him fall also.

"No!" Jasmine ran over to Mario and shook his arm.

"C'mon Mario! Get up!" Before she could check on Luigi, she heard Ludwig's laugh again. Jasmine looked up and saw Ludwig approaching her.

"Stay away from me!" Jasmine cried. She tried to run away, but Ludwig grabbed her.

"Hey! Put me down!" She screamed. Ludwig ignored her and put her inside of his Clown Car. He hopped inside and flew away with her.

"MARIO! LUIGI!" Jasmine screamed as she stared back at them on the ground.

"When are they gonna be here?" Daisy asked.

"I don't know. I'm sure they'll be here soon." Peach replied. As the two princesses sat in their cell, they heard someone opening the door. They also heard an unfamiliar voice yelling.

"Who is that?" Peach asked. The voice was getting closer and closer. They soon saw Kamek enter the room. Then they noticed Ludwig enter the room with a girl in his arms. Kamek unlocked the door to the cell and opened it. Ludwig threw her inside with the princesses and closed the door. Jasmine glared at them as Kamek locked the door again.

"Let us out Ludwig!" She said angrily. Ludwig rolled his eyes and started to leave the room along with Kamek.

"Um, who are you?" Peach asked.

"Oh, I'm Jasmine. I was helping Mario and Luigi rescue you guys until that annoying Koopa kidnapped me." Jasmine said. Ludwig, after hearing Jasmine, turned around and glared at her. Jasmine smirked and watched him leave.

"How did you end up helping Mario and Luigi?" Daisy asked.

"Hehe. It's a long story." Jasmine replied.

Edit 6/29/22: I'm gonna read through the next chapter now to see if anything needs to be fixed.

That's it for now! I don't think I'll have time to write tomorrow, but if I do I'll work on the next chapter.
