Every Monday, I post a short, Splatoon-related thing. This week, a reluctant Agent 8 gets dragged back into Cap'n Cuttlefish's schemes.

A year on from the events of Octo Valley, Callie is still struggling with her forced servitude to Octavio. How she chooses to go about dealing with this, however, is perhaps a little suspect. It is certainly something Marie shouldn't know about...so what happens when she does?

Gelert was different: unlike the Inklings all around him, he had never wanted to live inside the ring of hostels that framed Inkopolis square. But sometimes you have to make the best of things. The sniper didn't say much. Unlike the chatterers of the city, though, he didn't have to. When you're that good, people tend to listen - even to an adult. But why? What is he playing at?

A simple chatroom between Marie and Agent Four is suddenly transformed into a battle zone between cousins as Callie convinces Agent Four to go on a date with Marie. Feeling she has no say at the end of it all, Marie agrees. But how will it all turn out? Can this date between "platoon mates" avoid becoming the next trending headline in Inkopolis News?

As the Final Fest begins to wind down, Three and Eight reflect on their memories, how they met, how their relationship as friends had grown with each passing Splatfest, and how these special Inkopolis celebrations had come to mean so much to both of them. By the end of the night, they will have one more reason to remember Splatfests for how joyful they always were. (Female 3 & 8)

It has been not a lot of time since the events of the Anime Arc. Life in Inkopolis is returning to normal, and Splatfest is around the corner. But for an Inkling-turned-Human in the middle of it all, the pain's not over yet. Late at night, hurting, stumbling, she needs someone to tell her everything's going to be okay. Good thing her neighbor is just as much a night owl as she is.

A young man heads to the city to locate his missing friend, and he discovers that she's been lying to him about what she does. The eyes of the city's law enforcement follow his every step, and now he must decide for himself what is right and wrong. Just like that, the newly christened "Agent 4" stumbles into a world of security threats, covert ops, and conflicting responsibilities.

Following the events of Silenced Darkness, the group returns for another turn of events. With Kira in search of the second half of the prophecy, she must journey to the darkest corners of the metro and even off to the coast of an island to fulfill the prophecy. Chili, Akari, Misery, and Mint also have some mishaps with her.

The first step one takes to moving on is always the hardest; filled with turmoil and pain. Each step afterwards is surprisingly easier, in comparison. Part 2 of 'The Heart of Matters' series.

In the wake of Octavio's second capture, Callie stays behind to seize a leadership position in the Canyon. Back in Inkopolis, Captain Cuttlefish and Agent 3 discover something fishy beneath Mount Nantai. And Eight, a disgraced Octarian soldier, finds herself caught in a power struggle far above her pay grade. Whether she likes it or not, her worldview is about to get an expansion.

Marina needs to clear her head after the Final Fest, but Pearl comes to find her. A cute little drabble that I made in honor of the Final Fest.

A recent discovery during a mining operation has brought hope and curiosity to the Octarian government, especially to Octavio himself. But what would happen if the Inklings and the Splatoon were to find out about this discovery and the history behind it? Getting a sequel.

Three years since the adventures of Agent 4 and 2 years after the octolings became known to the inklings. They have all been getting along and, now, Inkopolis Hub is more of a diverse place for Inklings and Octolings to co-exist together. Turfing is still their pride and joy but, now, new agents must rise to put an end to a new threat that could put a risk at this co-existence.

Jenny decided to finally get revenge on Mia after wanting her so long. She decided to kidnap her friend so she can get 3 and 4 to get their lives taken. (One shot)
