After the restructuring of the White Collar department all field agents, including Neal are ordered to attend compulsory sessions with the FBI's in-house therapist, causing Peter and Neal to reassess how they work. Whoops, I accidentally deleted chapter 4 and lost it and so had to rewrite. Hope the mix up hasn't been too disruptive to anyone reading.

I know there are so many other tags to "In the wind" out there but I decided to share my version of Neal's thoughts in that last scene, too.
