"I c-can't do this," she said through her sobs. She was sniffling and partially collapsed into him. "I can't do this a-a-anymore, Chaton." He slowly lowered the two of them to a position where he could more comfortably hold his girlfriend. He was willing to just hold her for as long as she needed him to, it was clear that she was struggling, but he didn't know why.
