Ginny's POV

"Wait, what do you mean?"

Colin glanced at Harry and Hermione, "You guys may wanna sit down," They sat, "Alright, here goes nothing," He pulled out a sheet of parchment, read it over quickly, and then asked me, "Did you have a cut on your leg, near your ankle?"

"A week ago, yeah, but it healed over,"

"Well, something bad must have gotten in it, because you've developed a serious infection in your leg,"

"Can you heal it with magic?"

"This is out of our range. We will do everything we can, but I can't promise anything,"

"What happens if you can't clear it?"

"I don't quite know yet. I'll have to ask James,"

"Can I go home for the night and come back tomorrow?

"Even better. We can give you the medicine, you can take it at home, and unless something serious happens, you can stay at home,"

Fifteen minutes later, I was on my way home with a prescription for potions. It didn't taste the best, but it was better than some of the other potions I've tasted through the years. I didn't want to Apparate, so we took brooms. Harry had a look of worry on his face the entire way, so I rode beside him and asked, "Harry, what's wrong?"

"Nothing,"

"Something's wrong. Tell me,"

"How are you going to explain this to the kids?"

"I told Albus that I pulled a muscle, so I'm just gonna say that it didn't heal as well,"

"What about James?"

"We'll explain that soon, when things are calmed down,"

"You know why I love you, Ginny?"

"Because I'm attractive?"

"Of course. And also because you handle situations well,"

"Let's just say Mom's parenting worked," Harry laughed.

"You know, our kids better be Quidditch players,"

"Or they could focus of schoolwork instead,"

"How about this? They play Quidditch for their house, and focus on school as well,"

I laughed, "Or they could choose their own path,"

"That sounds good,"

Colin had been able to heal the bone, so I was able to walk. Only condition was Harry and I couldn't go on runs, which I didn't mind. We had been doing daily runs right after Lily turned 2, so we ran for about 5 years. I was going to take James and get him an owl to contact us during the Hogwarts term when we got home.

15 minutes later, we were home, and I called James into my room.

"What's up, Mum?"

"We're going to Diagon Alley for a surprise,"

"What about the others?"

"Dad finished his work at the Ministry, so he's staying, as well as Uncle Ron and Aunt Hermione are coming with Rose and Hugo,"

"Alright, when are we leaving?"

"We can go now, if you'd like,"

"Sure,"

We went to Diagon Alley, where we went to get him an owl.

"Where are we going, Mum?"

"Owl shop,"

"Are you getting me an owl?!"

"Yes. What kind do you want?"

"One that Dad had,"

"So a snowy owl,"

"Yeah," We entered the shop, and James immediately found one he liked. A store assistant then came up to me and asked, "Are you Ginny Potter?"

"Yes,"

"Married to Harry Potter?"

"Yeah,"

"Harry had a snowy owl, right?"

"Yes, not to be rude, but why are you asking me this?"

"That owl your son is looking at is Hedwig's nephew,"

"Really?"

"Yeah. Would you like to purchase him?"

"How much is he?"

"A bargain for 5 galleons. Perfect health,"

"Let me speak to my son first," I went over to James and told him what I what I found out, "James? Do you remember me showing you pictures of Dad's owl, Hedwig?"

"Yeah,"

"This one is Hedwig's nephew. I think we should buy him, how about you?"

"Let's buy him. It'll make Dad happy," I went back to the assistant and said, "We'll take him," We paid for the owl, got him some treats, food, bowls and a cage, and went back home.

"-so that's what happened during our seventh year of Hogwarts," Harry was telling the kids about the seventh year of Hogwarts he had with Ron and Hermione. I hope he left out most of it. I tapped him and showed him the owl we got. He kissed me and said, "It's perfect. It looks a lot like Hedwig,"

"I'm glad you think so, because this is Hedwig's nephew,"

"She has a nephew? What's his name?"

"We don't know. James and I agreed that you should name him,"

"No, it's James's pet, I want him to name his owl,"

"He really wants you to name the owl. He said it'd make him really happy,"

"The thing is, I don't know what to name him,"

"Come on, think,"

"Give me a few days to think,"

"You have until James's birthday, plenty of time,"

"Speaking of which, we should probably head to Sirius's house soon,"

"Who would look after the kids?"

"Bill and Charlie'll watch them,"

"Charlie's in Romania. Apparently one of the dragons are injured and will only let Charlie come near,"

"Bill?"

"He should be free. I'll drop the kids off in a moment," I went to talk to Ron and Hermione for a moment, "Guys, we gotta go soon. Bill can watch the kids. Hermione, have you told Ron?"

"Uh, no. Forgot somehow,"

"Tell me what?"

"You'll see. Hint hint, relative of Harry,"

We dropped the kids of at the Burrow in Bill's care with instructions, "James knows the routine, he'll be an angel. The others don't, so I need you to pay more attention to them. You know what to do, we'll be back at about 9:30ish. Of course, we'll also pay you, does-"

"Ginny, I know what to do, and no, I don't want to be paid. I'll be fine, don't worry. Now, go meet up with him,"

We left, and Apparated to Sirius's house. James wasn't there, so we waited. We didn't have to wait long, though. James walked in looking kinda tired, "Sorry, guys. My shift ended up longer than expected. Going over a bit of information from a previous conference,"

"No problem, James," We all sat down, and Ron started to ask questions right away.

"Who are you? If you are Harry's brother, why have we never met you? Why didn't you take care of Harry and raise him? Where do you live? Why-" I elbowed Ron, "Ow! What was that for!?"

"Shut up, Ronald!" James laughed," It's alright Ronald. I am Harry's brother, but you have never met me because I never tried to meet you. I couldn't take care of Harry because Dumbledore had already dropped him off at the Dursley's. I live close by to St. Mungo's, but I plan to move in here. I've met with Cornelius Fudge, and I will most likely get the house. Now, when will I get to meet my nieces and nephews?"

"We haven't explained it to them yet. I took James to Diagon Alley to get an owl,"

"What have you named it?"

"Harry hasn't thought of a name. Do you have any suggestions?"

"How about Leopold? Leo or Lee for short,"

"That's great! What do you think, Harry?" He gave me a thumbs up. We continued talking, until I got a letter from Bill. I read it out loud, "Come quick, it's Lily and Albus. Something's wrong, but they won't tell me,"
