Chapter 6: Ninjas vs Soldiers, the side quest of the Witch of Mischief Magilou.
Land of Fang, Tiron, Underground cavern
In the underground of Tiron there are Numerous tunnels. In these tunnels there are a large number of Rock ninjas 50 to be exact, were mining for what looked to be black ore using rock golems.
One of them was a heavy set Jonin wherein a standard bandana headband, he had black hire and a big round nose. another rock ninja walked up to him.
"Captain! We have just got a report from our men on the surface, they said that fiends have appeared and started rampaging. It's a mess up their and our guys are getting hit really hard and have already lost 10 men."
"What?! What's the Military doing?" The captain asked.
"They're preparing to mobilise but we're not sure if there going to help our man up top." The ninja said. "We also have gotten word that multiple intruders have entered the city some confirmed to be black spider ninjas and a small group of 4. What do we do Captain?"
"Dammit! This is happening way too fast!" The captain cursed before turning to address the others. "Everyone! Stop what your doing we're going backup top to help our comrades! Prepare for the fight of your lives!"
"Leaving so soon." A voice from behind them said. They turned around to see a man of tall height Wearing silver armour with red lines with his helmet having what looked to be horns of an ox. Around his waist look to be a very small sword but with a decent size hilt. "I was hoping you guys could help us find something down here."
"That armor?! It can't be?!" The Rock ninja captain looked horrified before noticing that some of his men were about to attack the person who just showed up. "No! Don't engage! That is-"
Before he could warn them it was already to late as the mysterious knight unleashed his crushing spiritual pressure that immobilised most of the rock ninjas even forcing some of the golems to their knees. He then pulled out his short dagger like sword and stabbed the ground. When he pulled it up he had what looked to be a claymore made of stone that soon began to turn into what appear to be black steel. With one sideways swing a powerful aftershock pushed the ninjas that tried to attack him back so hard and destroyed the goloms that tried to attack him. That one attack manage to show just how powerful this one man is as he hung the sword over his shoulder.
"What the? Who the hell is that guy?!" Said a scared rock ninja said on the verge of pissing his pants.
"That is Asterius the ox, Zodiac Knight of the Court." The Rock ninja captain said managing to still stand up.
"Very perceptive of you Kitsuchi of the Sandwich Earth. I had a feeling the Tuschikage would send one of his strongest ninjas here but I didn't think he send his son-in-law. And here I was thinking this would be too easy." The Knight known as Asterius said.
"Why would the Court send you here? Or better yet, why come after us Instead of the Tiron's Military Wouldn't your people rather go after the black dragon blade?" Kitsuchi asked.
Asterius pointed his sword straight at the rock captain. "Nothing much, only to observe the events that happened here, to find a certain Item of interest that my prince and future king wants from these ruins, and finally." Asterius eyes on his helmet suddenly glowed red scaring some of the rock ninjas. "To make sure No rock ninja leave this city alive. A war is coming to the land of Earth and I'm sorry to tell all of you that you will see neither it's beginning or its end."
"We'll just see about that. Half of you form up behind me! The rest of you escape to the surface and help our comrades!" Kitsuchi order as half the ninjas split up one side going to help their captain the other running past the zodiac knight to escape to the surface with Lexaeus not even trying to stop them.
"They won't be able to get to the surface, even if they do they'll be unprepared for what awaits them." Asterius said.
"What do you mean by that?" Kitsuchi demanded angrily hardening his skin to stone.
"The time for talking is over. Prepare to meet the comrades who fell before you." The knight said before going silent only readying his blade.
With a loud battle cry the rock ninjas Charged at the Zodiac Knight ready to fight to their last breath.
Tiron up on the surface
Up on the surface Ryu, Naruto, and Tsuru were on the rooftops observing the Tiron army fighting back the fiends. Their guns were effective keeping them at a distance but every now and again one would endure the shots long enough to get close and pounce on one or two soldiers killing them before being shot dead by the others.
"Looks like the army have their hands full dealing with the fiends, but it looks like they're holding up well, I'm surprised that they're not trying to Evacuate the people to some shelter or something?" Naruto asked.
"Your right they should, but so far all they're doing is shooting at anything that moves and telling everyone to stay in their homes." Tsuru said. "Consider its daylight out these fiends are at their weakest so it's the perfect time to do an evacuation, because once it gets dark again these fiends will go back to their full strength and start responding faster. Sure they're doing well so far but it's only a matter of time before they get overwhelmed."
"They don't know that which shows just how unprepared they were for all this. They truly had no idea what power they were dealing with when they took the black dragon blade." Ryu said also watching the soldiers fight. "We should continue going by rooftop Its the best way to avoid attention while avoiding unnecessary fights we still need to find a way into the palace or at least get to the Courtyard." Ryu said looking over at the Large palace far away from their position that had a very large courtyard and a huge tower that was the palace. "At this rate we may have to go through the front door with our secret entrance now blocked off."
"Then maybe that's what we should do." Naruto said surprising both his teammates "The Emperor's palace and the military are not that far from each other, so I'll go deal with the military so that you and Tsuru can go to The Emperor's Palace and find Doku and the Dark Dragon Blade. This will split their forces in half and guarantee no back up to flank either of us from behind."
Ryu thought about that for a moment. "That idea sounds good, but If we're going to do this we should wait until Nightfall so we'll have the advantage. But if you're planning on attacking the military you should bring Ayane for back up. There's no telling what weapons they have so it's best to have at least one person watching your back." Ryu advised.
"I have no problem with that." Naruto said while sending a message to Ayane to meet up with him. She soon replied saying there was something she needed to show him.
"I think I'll go and check up on Muramasa to see if he's alright." Tsuru said. "After that I'll rejoin you at the palace."
"Muramasa maybe old but he still capable of defending himself, But it's better to be safe than sorry. So if you want to check on him to be sure then go ahead they can meet up at the palace when you're done." Ryu said getting a yes sir from his female student.
With that said the 3 ninja split up.
With Tsuru
Tsuru went to Muramasa's shop to see dozens of soldier corpses and a few fiends slowly dissipating.
She went inside to see Muramasa sitting at his desk drinking tea. "Hello there Tsuru, I was hoping you would come by." The Old Blacksmith said casually.
Tsuru just looked at him surprised. "Shame on me for underestimating the world's greatest blacksmith. I just came by to see if you were alright, but it looks like I was worried for nothing."
"Oh yes, those soldiers did come in trying to ask about you, Ryu, and Naruto, even threatened to close my shop if I didn't give them any useful information. So I kicked them out where some fiends happened to show up." Muramasa explained. "So how goes your hunt for the black dragon blade?"
"It could be better, we almost found a way in but a fight with a greater Fiend destroyed the entrance. With the only exit that we know of gone our new plan is to distract the army and sneak through the front." Tsuru said as she heard the sound of someone flushing a toilet and asked who it was.
"Just an unexpected customer." The old blacksmith said.
The person that came out was to Tsuru's surprise Magilou. "Well... this is unexpected." Magilou said.
"What are you doing here!?" Tsuru demanded Ready to attack until Muramasa held out his hand to her know there was no need to fight.
"He's right, I'm just laying low here on the count of the street are filled with trigger happy soldiers and blood thirsty demons, so I aint here to cause trouble. And also I'm here to sell something." Magilou answered.
"To sell what?" Tsuru asked although not fully letting her guard down.
Magilou with a snap of her fingers materialized a warhammer that looked very familiar very familiar.
Tsuru was surprised. "That hammer? It's Rachel's! How did you get that?!"
"I found it in what was left of the chapel that you guys destroyed." Magilou said remembering the huge Flash of light that came from the chapel.
"That belongs to an acquaintance of ours named Rachel, no way she would have left that behind." Tsuru said now worried about the fiend hunter. "Something must have happened to her. She may have even been captured. Either way I need go look for her. I'm sorry to make this visit short Muramasa, but I need to go."
"I understand, I'm quite worried about Rachel too, Especially if Vigoor has her prisoner." Old man Muramasa said surprising Tsuru. "Rachel has fiend blood in her, that means she can be used to enhance another fiend's power's, like her sister Alma."
"Then I shouldn't waste any more time." Tsuru said I'm looking to take off until she realized that she had no way of finding Rachel. Given how the city is right now she could have been tooken anywhere. Then an idea came to her as she looked at Magilou. "You! Do you know how to track certain people?"
Magilou who was listening to the conversation the whole time just smiled mischievously as always. "Yes I do, and I already know where you're going with this. So tell me why would I want to help you find you're skimpy wearing Demon Hunter friend?"
"Because you'll probably be bored sitting here waiting for things to cool down, and I'll owe you one when this is over." Tsuru said. She's aware that she's taking a big risk by owing someone from the court a favor, but If it means saving Rachel and stopping a fiend from getting stronger than that's a risk she's willing to take. Naruto and Ryu have their hands full on their end.
"Just the words I wanted to hear. You got yourself a deal." Magilou said as she focused her magic on the war hammer that turned into a small is turned into a small ball of light. "I'm going to be using a spell called "Owner retrace", which allows us to track anyone with an item that is Related to the person that's being tracked, The more value the item has to the owner the stronger the trail." Magilou said motioning towards the door ready to get started.
Tsuru just nodded as she turn to bid the old blacksmith farewell for now. "Good luck out there girls." Said Muramasa as they left.
With Ryu and Naruto, Evening
Naruto and Ryu were Sticking to the rooftops and saw the gate leading to the military based and also the road leading to the palace of the emperor. They looked down to see the army still fighting the fiends who were getting stronger as the day was coming to an end.
"I'm slightly tempted to stay and watch how this fight turns out of curiosity for how well modern day soldiers handle demons." Kurama said watching from Naruto's Inner world. Naruto sweatdrop at this.
Ryu was observing the situation and soon got an idea. "Naruto, let's do a combo attack and take out most of these fiends and create an opening for you to sneak in." Naruto replied with a nod. "Also while your in there try and find out anything involving The Rock Village. Especially with what you saw on the night of the earthquake that hit Twilight City."
"You mean the lava men that I faced. If there is something in there involving that I'll make sure to destroy it... Hey Ryu? What all do you know about the jinchuriki of the rock Village?" Naruto asked.
"The Four tails Jinchuriki is an old man named Roshi although it's well-known that he's retired, the Five tails Jinchuriki is a man named Han, a well-known powerful Shinobi with a flee on site order on his picture in the Bingo books. Lately no one has seen or heard any rumors about what he's been up to for a few years now." Ryu answered.
"So one Jinchuriki is retired and the other hasn't been seen by anyone for more than a year?" Naruto said finding this suspicious. "Hey, do you think that-"
"That's what I need you to find out." Ryu said already guessing what Naruto was thinking. "Use Your Shadow clones to wreak some Havoc and find Vigoor's science and research lab and get as much information as you can before leaving."
"Consider that mission accepted. So let's give these guys a taste of our Special Twister!" Naruto said getting ready to jump down.
"Yes." Ryu said as he and Naruto jumped down. They landed at the center as they began to Glow, Ryu red, and Naruto green.
"Ninpo: Art of Inferno!" Ryu said as he summoned fireballs.
"Ninpo: Art of Hurricane!" Naruto said as he summoned a small hurricane.
The two Ninpo attacks merge together to create a fiery tornado that destroyed not only the fiends but killed the soldiers as well as demolish the steel door leading to the military base. Once the attack subsided the whole area was scorched with the steel door destroyed and no one alive except the two Ninjas.
"Wow... I think that might have worked a bit too well." Naruto said seeing the damage that they're combined Ninpo caused.
"Well it was the first time we ever used it on actual opponents. Anyway, we should get moving before others come to investigate what happened." Ryu said as he and Naruto were going their separate ways until turning back to each other. "Good luck Naruto! Try not to overexert yourself!"
"I only promise to try. Good luck Ryu! Kick Doku's ass!" Naruto called back.
Military base, night
Naruto managed to sneak into the military base undetected and he saw tons of soldiers as well as a few Rock ninjas arguing about their next move. Naruto hid behind some crates in the corner as he he's dropped, using his enhanced hearing he could hear their conversation from a relatively safe distance.
"How could you just have us abandon our own men like that?! We could have still saved them!" A young male rock ninja yelled at his superior before getting hit and knock to the ground.
"You think I wanted to do that! We were getting swarmed out there! If we didn't retreat we all could have died, and now we barely have 30 men left. We need to preserve as much manpower as we can until we can get in contact with the captain and the others underground. So until then stop your complaining!" Is the rock ninja in charge yelled old until turning to another subordinate asking if he got in contact with they're people underground.
"I'm sorry sir but we completely lost contact with Captain Kitsuchi and the others, it looks like we're on our own."
"Dammit! It's all that cursed blades fault! Why did we have to help these guys steal that blade! What was lord Tuschikage thinking?! Now we have to deal with monsters and thanks to this barrier we can't get out!" The rock ninja leader yelled out in frustration.
"That's not all sir. I checked the security feeds from the cameras around The city and it looks like Hayabusa ninjas have infiltrated Tiron. we suspect this is retaliation for what happened to their village."
"This just keeps getting more and more complicated doesn't it! At least we know who put up the barrier." The leader said before turning to the Rock ninja he punched down. "You! Go up to the hanger and grab an assault chopper, I want you to go out there and look for those hayabusa ninjas and take them out. With any luck with them dead the barrier will go down and that will give us a chance to escape." The leader said as the rock ninja left. "I'm going to go to one of the warehouses in grab One of those large Battle suits with a drill so I can dig the captain and the others out. You're in charge till I get back."
"But sir! Vigoor's military wants us to help them suppress the demons until they can think of a plan to talliate."
"They're country they're problems, All that matters is getting our guys out of here." The captain said dismissing the idea and walking away.
"Wow now that's just cold." Naruto said before making two clones one to use mana and the other to use Chakra. "You go and take down the boss of these guys and interrogate him. I'll deal with the men out here while you take the guy going for the chopper."
"Sure/Got it." The clones said.
"Good! Time to turn this base upside down!" Naruto said as his mana clone ran out to go after the leader as he now using Ki made himself known and started attacking the soldiers and rock ninjas as the clone using chakra went to look for the guy going for the chopper.
The Chakra clone fought his way up the communication tower and ran out to the walkway where he saw the assault chopper taking off. Taking out his bow staff he started firing air bullets at it getting its attention. "Hey! Leaving so soon!"
"You Hayabusa ninja scum! This is for all the problems you've caused us!" The rock ninja piloting the chopper yelled turning his full attention to Naruto."
With the mana Naruto followed the leader into a warehouse with lots of crates in it. He then saw the leader enter a battle suit. (Think of one of the battlesuits that the purifier used in X-Men destiny.)
"Not to be that guy but that suit looks a little bit big on you." Naruto said making his presence known.
"What?! How could those idiots let a hayabusa ninja get past them! Why do I have to deal with all this incompetence!"
"Hey, that sounds a bit harsh don't you think?" Naruto said. "But anyway there are some things I need answers to regarding you're villages jinchuuriki."
"Like I'm about to tell someone who's about to die!" The rock leader said charging at naruto who jumped over him and shot him in the back with air rifle. He fired a few more shots at him before taking cover to avoid the missiles aimed at him.
If that's how it is, then bring it!" Naruto said calling out Icy wave aiming it at the ground.
The rock ninja leader used the trusters on his suit to fly to the sea and decided to once again aim at Naruto who then used a smoke screen spell to cover him as he went to hide among the many crates.
"Nice try but this thing has Chakra sensors, I'll be able to find you." The Rock ninja said pulling up a scream near his face to try and find Naruto only for him to not find anything. "Oh come on! where is he-"
"Icy water!" Naruto said launching his water/ice spell at the rock ninja's face blinding him causing him to squirm around in around in the sky. "Now, Down draft!" Naruto's next spell created a downward wind push causing the battlesuit to fall to the ground into the small puddle of icy water that naruto made earlier trapping him as the water turned quick ice kept him bound.
"What the? What just happened, why can't I move!" The rock ninja said as his eyes were still covered with icy water.
"because you're stuck in a puddle of water that quickly turns to ice." Naruto said approaching the Rock ninja aiming his spear at him. "Now about those questions I went answers to, talk or this will get very messy."
"I'm a Jonin kid, you think death threats with a spear is going to make me talk?"
"Probably not. But me throwing you out of this base into that horde of fiends outside as they tear you limb from limb might." Naruto replied with a cold expression.
"Ha! No way you wouldn't-" The rock ninja saw the look in Naruto's eyes and knew he was serious.
"Good, you understand. Now tell me why are you ninjas here in Tiron?" Was Naruto first question.
"We're just here to collect some special rocks and help Tiron with security that's all." The Rock ninja said scared.
"Where is the dark dragon blade?" Naruto's second question.
"In the castle with the emperor. That's the sword's beginning to mess with his head, I'm surprised he's lasted this long without going insane."
"Good to know. Now then, what happened to the 4th and 5th jinchuriki and why did you make pellets that give you similar abilities to the four tails?" Naruto asked his 3rd question.
The Rock ninja try to think of a way out of this so he wouldn't have to tell until he got an idea in his head and decided to answer. "The 4th and 5th jinchuuriki are dead. The holder of the fifth went on a mission in Aselia but never came back and is presumed dead, the holder of the 4th died of old age."
"So that's it then. The Rock Village no longer the 4th tails and 5th tails which is why they created those lavaman. If the rest of the Village's knew about this they would have been attacked no doubt about that. But I feel like he's leaving something out... wait a second? What's that ticking that I'm hearing?" Naruto I asked hearing the faint sound of ticking.
"Oh nothing except the faint sound of the self-destruct protocol!" The Rock ninja said before using the mechanical suits arm to grab Naruto so he wouldn't Escape. "I may die here but I'll at least take you with me! Only 15 more seconds before we both bite the dust!" Naruto just looked at him before smiley. Not a second too soon Naruto poofed away showing the rock ninja that he was fighting a clone. "Oh... OH SHI-!"
From a distance everyone in the compound could see the warehouse exploded taking with it the rock ninja leader.
Back with the real Naruto he was still fighting the soldiers and rock ninjas. Thanks to his new suit he was able to shrug off most of their attacks while countering with brutal punches, knee strikes when in a close distance and lethal slashes from his blades. As he fought more rock ninjas he began to feel follow up inside him as his eyes began to Glow greenish blue. A rock ninja summoned an Earth Golem the size of an elephant to attack him while he was riding on its back.
Naruto in responded by making his two swords glow the same color as his eyes before spinning unleashing a twister that destroy the Golem and killed the Ninja that summoned it. (Think of one of Zoro's twister attacks)
Naruto then had a slight headache and from a distance could see an explosion and a battle chopper fall to the ground.
So the guy blew himself up, Well at least he gave me the information I wanted, But what did my clown do to that chopper...Wait what's she doing here?!" Naruto wondered until he was brought out of his thoughts by seeing some soldiers run into a tank. "Wow guys really? You're gonna use a tank just to beat me? I'm flattered!"
Naruto took out two Explosive throwing knives at the tank only for it to be ineffective as it launched a tank shell at him forcing Naruto to dodge although the impact of the cannon shell was so strong that Naruto could feel the explosion as It pushed him farther than he intended and just barely landed rolling a bit before getting back on his feet. "Ok This is definitely not going to be easy." Naruto said before seeing that the tank was aiming at him again.
Naruto was now the one struggling as the tank was very endurant. He tried landing on the tank to try to Pierce the armor with his swords but it was too tough. Clearly this metal is very durable. Naruto decided to go for the offense by using one of his strong spells. "Gigano Gusta!" Is naruto summoned a green spell circle that blast a Green tornado at the tank That seemed to stop it from moving but it's cannon was about to aim at him. Thinking fast naruto used his shield spell Repel. However, The tank shell was Too powerful and destroyed his shield but managed to Tank most of the damage that would have Seriously hurted Naruto. Naruto was pushed back and was now dazed. Due to his enhanced hearing when the shell hit the shield he felt a powerful sound wave hit his ears that had his head ringing.
Naruto Although His division was blurry could see that the tank was ready to fire again and brought out his bo staff And put it in shield mode and called out his guardian spirit of his guardian spirit sercia who entered the shield Making it glow blue blue and the shield part Expanded. Once the shell hit the shield it managed to protect them creating a smokescreen which gave naruto time to run. Clearly this tank was too powerful to take head on so it was best to Withdraw and rethink his strategy.
As he was hiding inside a small warehouse catching his breath he noticed 2 crates that had arrows in them. Curious as to why a military base would have arrows he went over to examine them. After examining them and seeing a note label on the boxes It seems they're explosive arrows and armor piercing arrows. "This could work." Naruto said Transforming his bo staff into a bow and adding string to it. He took out a summoning scroll where he stored the entire two crates of arrows in it Then using molding magic and some metal He turned that suddenly scroll into a quiver which allowed him to summon the arrows as he put his hand in it. "Alright then, Let's fight fire with fire."
The Tank was searching for Naruto with its cannon ready to fire Until Sunday an arrow hit It from the back piercing its armor slightly One of the people inside the tank stuck his head out Only to get hit in the head with another arrow that killed him instantly. After pushing the dead soldier out they closed the hatch and began chasing after naruto who was behind them the entire time. Naruto being faster because began shooting piercing arrows at it arrows added hitting it And it's wheels making it hard for it to follow it and twell and then aimed an arrow At the part where the cannon rotates causing it to struggle To move. With this chance naruto used an explosive arrow arrow and got in front of the tank's cannon and fired. The arrow went inside as they were ready to fire another shell causing it to explode Destroying the tank and killing everyone inside.
Naruto was able to breathe peacefully as he fell on his knees feeling extremely exhausted. He felt he just needed a few good minutes10 or 20 at best but just then he heard something that made him groan. "You have got to be kidding me?" Naruto said as his Dragon natural energy was building up and he took out 3 explosive arrows each between his fingers.
At That moment another warehouse opened and I'll came another tank ready to finish what the other one started as it was ready to aim at Naruto but the blonde ninja unleash His dragon enhanced explosive arrows on the tank. When the 3 arrows hit the tank It created a powerful explosion that destroyed it instantly.
Now Beyond exhausted Naruto began to lose consciousness falling onto his back. As his eyes began to shut he saw what looked to be a girl with yellow wings slowly ascending towards him before falling asleep.
Dream within a Flashback.
Naruto was dreaming of his Christmas That he spent in twilight city when he officially moved back in. (Think of the ending of tales of the elemental nation. But you weren't expecting we would come back to this did ya?!)
Naruto and Marie were upstairs In his bedroom Still kissing each other. The other girls were already asleep leaving those to the only ones awake. After another minute the 2 finally stopped finally stop kissing for now.
"You still not tired yet Marie? I mean it's already past midnight and the others are already asleep." Naruto said wearing his pajamas while Olga was still wearing her santa outfit.
"Well You're the one that said We could keep going as long as I wanted right? Well I'm just not ready to go to bed yet." Marie said stubborn is always.
"We're not doing anything important tomorrow so we can continue this later." Naruto said tired and wanting to go to bed.
"...Oh alright. But before that can we do one more thing?" Marie asked.
"Sure what is it?" Naruto asked. Marie replied by showing her magical circuits while blushing. "Oh!... Are you sure about this, Marie?" Naruto asked blushing himself now.

"Of course, Just try not to push yourself ok? Whhhooo!" Naruto gasped as Marie pierced herself using Naruto and was already moving regardless of the slight pain she was feeling. "You really don't beat around the Bush do you?" Naruto said feeling is dragon instincts kicking in, he was about to take over until Marie surprisingly overpowered him using her hands to keep him grounded as her eyes glowed and wings sprouted.
"Sorry to say this to you Naruto but I prefer being the one on top. So just sit back relax and enjoy what's about to come next." Marie said stopping confusing naruto until she started doing a circular motion With his rod still in her causing her and him to moan.
"Marie I'm about you to." Naruto said barely hanging on.
Marie was in the same boat too. "Me too! I'm Cummings Too!"
"Ahhhhh!" They both screened as they came at the same time.
Marie laid on naruto's chest for a bit before pushing herself up slightly above him. "So Mr. Devil of the hidden leaf you still good to go?"
Naruto rolled himself and Marie over so that he was on top. "Oh you bet I do!" Naruto said grabbing her legs and doing her in a mercenary position not holding back on his trust making Marie moan in ecstasy as she lift herself up to put her arms around him oo kiss him. After 5 minutes of doing this they finally reached their limit and climaxed. Exhausted they both fell onto the bed Still holding each other.

After finishing their little mental session they were back in naruto's room. Marie was sleeping forward looking at the ceiling while naruto was sleeping sideways looking at the window.
"Hey Naruto... Naruto?" Marie said trying to see if naruto is somewhat awake.
"Yeah Marie? If it's another makeout session then I'm all spent out. Check back with me later." Naruto answered.
"I'm not asking. I'm just trying to say that... I'm really glad you're back." Marie said.
"Yeah I know. I'm glad to be back." Naruto answered.
"Do you miss that place?" Marie asked referring to the leaf village. "Do miss Going on missions with them? Cuz now you'll be you'll be going on last Missions meaning things could get boring for you here."
"Maybe but I'm happy how things are for right now. Sure I no longer hate the leaf village but Twilight City has and always will be my Hometown." Naruto answered Still tired. "Is Is something the matter Marie? It's not like you that asks question like this out of the blue."
"Well. I Just can't help but remember the 1st time you left and you made your promise you would always come back to me. I've been waiting for so long for you to come back and stay instead of just visiting for a short time. I want to spend more time with you and even more than that more time alone with you." Marie said being completely honest. She turned around and hugged naruto from the back. "I love you Naruto." Marie said before falling asleep.
"I love you too Marie." Naruto said before going to sleep himself.
End of flash back, Unknown location
Naruto was starting to wake up as he Look up to see someone standing over him. His vision finally cleared and who he saw was Marie in her new Kiana outfit (White Comet) Sitting down with his head on her knees. Naruto looked around to see that he was in some kind of old Japanese style room.
"You going to keep laying here staring off into space or are you at least going to say Hi?" Marie asked.
"Hey Marie, where am I? How long have I been out?" Naruto asked.
"For Nearly 2 hours. As to where you are? Don't panic but you're in the Hyabusa village on Mount Fuji." Marie answered.
"What?" Naruto said trying to get up but Was still too exhausted to so Marie set him back down on her lap. "What happened? Is the mission over? Did Ryu get the black dragon blade back? How did you get me to Mount Fuji in under 2 hours?"
"That's a lot of questions. Let see, where should I start? I guess it should be that no, The mission isn't over and Ryu still hasn't gotten to dragon blade back. Has for what happened to you, You over exerted yourself fighting those 2 tanks and I had to go pick you up before some lingering soldier or rock ninja found you. You're welcome by the way." Marie said.
Naruto Rolled his eyes at that last statement. "Thank you Marie, now how exactly did you get to Tiron and get me here to the hyabusa village?"
"Well that's what Ayane wanted to show you. Here I'll help you walk it's best to see this for yourself." Marie said helping Naruto up.
She took him outside where there are fewer people in the village. Most of them were moved to The other hayabusa village in the land of Eddie. She brought him to an open location in the village And pointed towards a black metal talisman with purple marking. "I found something similar to that in the forest of Fort meadows I was taking a walk when I found it and when I touched it I suddenly teleported here, When I touched it again I suddenly found myself in Vigoor where Ayane was just passing by. I wasted no time in showing her this and she was just as shocked as I was, Then suddenly you messaged her. She wanted to investigate this more so she sent me to go and get you." Marie finished explaining.
Naruto stared at the Talisman as a theory began to form. "Was there one in the land of Eddie too?"
"We don't know yet? We called someone to go check But chances are there is one there somewhere. Do you know what this means Naruto." Marie said.
"Yeah, This is how they got in for their 3 way attack. They set these talismans here And sent their army through while also also sending a group of small teams to the land of Eddie and twilight city that's why no one saw the attacks coming until it was too late." Naruto said putting the pieces together except for one piece. In order for this invasion to work someone on the inside had to place these In the locations which means one thing. "There's a traitor. Someone sold out the hayabusa village to Vigoor and the Rock Village."
"Yeah Ayane got the same feeling so she went to go inform Ryu's uncle Murie." Marie said before they both heard someone coming and it was Ayane.
"Hey Ayane, so what did Murie say about about this?" Naruto asked.
Ayane didn't say anything at first as she had a worry expression on her face. "Master Murie is gone." Ayane said surprising both Naruto and Marie. "I went to his ninja fortress to tell him what I found but when I got there he was nowhere to be found, and apparently he sent all of his ninjas out on missions and when one of them came back they tried to help me find him too but couldn't. This isn't like him, he wouldn't just walk off somewhere without at least telling someone where he was going."
Hearing her explanation naruto look back So look back towards towards the road that leads to the ninja fortress and at the Teleporting talisman. Naruto skin went pale as he came a shocking conclusion. "That Bastard!"
"What?!" Both girls said.
"I think I figured out what happened. After I tell you too I gotta go back in there and tell Ryu and Tsuru too." Naruto said as he began explaining.
(Well well! It looks like naruto figured it out. Is of those of us that actually seen or play Ninja Gaiden should already know the answer but let's try to avoid spoilers. Or not I don't control what people say in the comments. But anyway it's been a while since we've checked back with Joe.)
Land of Earth, Rock Village, Night
Joe made it to the front Entrance of the rock village and standing there was none other than the 3rd Tschikage Onoki hovering in the air. "Joe the white dragon." Onoki said.
"Onoki the Fence-Sitter." Joe said looking at the small Kage.
"You don't belong here, leave now!" Onoki ordered.
"You helped Vigoor attack my home, I wanna know why." Joe said.
"I have no Intention of listening to your pathetic accusations. Leave or be turned to dust!" Onoki demanded angrily as the ground began to shake.
However Joe was not the least bit intimidated. But instead pulled out his sword. "So that's how it's gonna be then. I would feel bad for having to fight an elderly man such as yourself. But after what you did I'm going to make an exception." Joe said as a white aura appeared him.
End
And Done! Once again I apologize that this took so long I won't bore you with the details just know that days were long and time for writing was short.
But anyway next time will be mostly focusing on Ryu and his rematch with Doku, and Tsuru finding Rachel.
I Did keep my promise about the lemon and it was with Marie this time. In this story I'm looking to give those 2 more time time together considering in both stories they only had brief tendered moments Even though I've made it clear that those 2 love each other so deeply after all they are Childhood friends in my universe. For those who are hoping it would be Ayane, Don't worry she'll get her a time in this story too.
