"Happy birthday Nathan." Selina said while she was making breakfast. It's been 5 weeks since they've returned to Gotham. They had waited 2 weeks before they started robbing places so Batman wouldn't make a connection. Sometimes they would escape before Batman came but there are more times when they had to fight.

"Thanks mom." Nathan replied as he sat at the table.

After Selina finished making Nathan's favorite breakfast, which is chocolate chip pancakes with eggs and bacon, she made both plates and went to the table. "So, anything you want to do today.?"

Nathan thought for a moment then replied. "I thought that maybe we can watch the new "Mortal Kombat" movie?" Selina nodded as she took a sip of her coffee.

"Don't forget get to text him." Selina reminded Nathan. "I know mom. I'll text him after breakfast."

After Nathan finished his breakfast he grabbed his mother's phone and texted Damian.

Nate:'Hi Dami, happy birthday.'

Dami:'Hello Nathan.Happy birthday to you as well.'

Nate:'Are you and your family going to celebrate?'

Dami:'No, my family is busy and besides, I don't like parties.'

Nate:'Oh. Well, when I go back I'll give you your gift.'

Dami:'That is not necessary Nathan.'

Nate:'It's very necessary to me. Besides what kind of friend would I be if I didn't get you anything.'

Dami:'There's no talking you out of getting me a gift is there?'

Nate:'Nope.'

Damian rolled his eyes.

Dami:'Fine. What are you and your mother doing today?'

Nate:'We're going to watch the new "Mortal Kombat" movie. It came out yesterday and I've been dying to see it.'

Dami:'Hmm, the movie does look interesting. Perhaps I might watch it.'

Nate:'Good.'

Dami:'I have to go, I've got something to do.'

Nate:'Okay I'll text you tomorrow, bye.'

Dami:'Bye.'

Damian was training. After texting with Nathan, Dick and Kori had told the Titans about Brother Blood. He and his cult had gone off the grid for a while but now they've been spotted. So tonight they're going to go to the location where they've been spotted. But Damian had a bad feeling about Brother Blood.

After a few minutes Dick went to the training room. "Hey little D, you good."

Damian ignored him and continued to fight the holographic bad guys.

Dick sighed and turned of the simulation.

Damian glared at Dick.

"Turn the simulation back on Grayson." Damian said with anger in his tone.

"Only if you tell me what's wrong. You've been acting weird since me and Kori told you and the others about Brother Blood and his cult." Dick replied.

Damian looked down. "I don't know. I just have a bad feeling about Brother Blood and his cult."

Dick was shocked at what Damian had just said. But he understood why Damian felt like that, Dick always thought that Brother Blood and his cult were up to something big.

"Well we got pizza, so let's go."

Dick grabbed his little brother by his arm and dragged him to the kitchen. "Oh and happy birthday Dami."

"That. Was. AWESOME!!! Did you see Sonya kick Kanos sorry butt? It was awesome!!" Nathan said as Selina was driving. Both while and after the movie, Nathan had been quiet. But once they were in Selinas car he immediately started talking about how great the movie was.

After a few minutes of taking, Nathan noticed that they weren't heading in the direction of their home."Mother, where are we going?" He asked while turning to her.

She smiled and said. "You'll find out soon, just be patient."

After 10 minutes of driving they arrived at a new steakhouse that had opened recently. Selina turned to Nathan. "I figured that after the movie that I could take you to out to eat for the first time. And when we go home you can see your surprise."

Nathan looked at his mother with wide eyes. He had never eaten out before, since he had been hiding most of his life.

Nathan smiled and put his cap on, since he had take it off while Selina was driving.

"Let's go." Nathan said in a happy tone.

"This is really good." Nathan mouthed as he took another bite of his fry. He had ordered a medium rare steak with some fries a Pepsi and a Caesar salad while Selina got a medium rare steak and mashed potatoes with green peas a Coke and a Caesar salad.

"Indeed." Selina replied as she took a sip of her soda.

Selina loved her son more than anything. She still remembers the day she found him.

~Flashback~

*8 years ago*

Catwoman was running through the rooftops, with a bag full of money, running away from Batman and Nightwing. She had been in the thieving-business a few weeks. And she enjoys it and she likes messing with Batman. After running a bit, through the rooftops, she jumped into an alleyway and hid near a dumpster.'Note to self, take an hour shower when I get back home.' Catwoman thought to herself as she saw Batman and Nightwing jumped to the other rooftop.

She waited a few moments before she started to leave. But then she heard... soft snoring?

She looked around to find the source but, didn't see anything.

She heard the snoring again and it sounded like it came from the dumpster. She walked to the dumpster, puts the bag down, and opens the lid. She was shocked at what she saw. She saw a little boy with a white long sleeve shirt and white long pants.

Catwoman was surprised to see the little boy in the in a dumpster and wearing those clothes. She made a choice, but little did she know that her life will change forever.

Forgetting about the money she gently picked the little boy up and stared to run to her penthouse.

Once she got home she placed the boy in her room, got out of her cat suit, took a quick shower, and went to the kitchen to make macaroni and cheese for the boy.

When Nathan woke up he expected to be in the cold hard dumpster, but he didn't except to wake up on a warm soft bed. He didn't know where he was, he knew he wasn't back THERE.

He then smelled something that made his stomach growl.

He got up from the bed and followed the smell.

Once he got to the kitchen he saw Selina and froze. He was about to go back to the bedroom but Selina turned around to go check on him and saw him.

They stared at each other.

Selina made the first move and slowly walked up to Nathan, with a small smile on her face. Nathan was scared but didn't show it as Selina bend down to his level. "Are you hungry?" Selina asked in a soft voice.

Nathan didn't have to answer, his stomach answered for him. He blushed in embarrassment as his stomach growled.

Selina got up and motion Nathan to sit at the table.

Nathan kept his eyes on Selina as he sat down. After a few moments Selina put a plate of macaroni and cheese in front of him.

Nathan stared at the plate in front of him.

He didn't know what it was.

Usually he would just eat plain rice and water. He looked at Selina for an answer on what she gave him.

Selina understood and said. "It's macaroni and cheese, it's good." Selina grabbed a spoonful of Mac and cheese handed it to Nathan. Nathan grabbed the spoon closed his eyes and took a bite.

After he swallowed he looked at Selina.

Then he grabbed the plate, held it to his chest, and ate the Mac and cheese like there's no tomorrow.

Selinas eyes widened a bit. She was shocked on how Nathan was acting. But she wasn't surprised, especially on how he was dressed.

He looked like he came from a lab!

Selina got up to get him some water.

"What's your name?" Selina asked in a soft voice.

Nathan stopped eating and glanced at her. He then looked away. "Nathan." He mumbled quietly and went back to eating. But Selina heard him.

She brought the glass of water and placed it next to him. He grabbed the glass and drank the whole thing and continued eating.

After a few moments Nathan finished and Selina grabbed the plate and the glass and washed them.

When she finished and turned to see Nathan by the window, staring out at the city. Selina walked up next to him and said. "Would you like to take a bath?" Nathan nodded and followed Selina as she went to her room to grab a spare towel and handed it to Nathan.

She then went to the bathroom and started to fill the bathtub with water. Nathan stand by the doorway, watching Selina add bubbles to the tub.

After she finished she told Nathan what was the shampoo,conditioner, and the bar of soap and then left.

Selina went to back to her room and began to look for a shirt that might fit Nathan. She managed to find a black shirt that looked like it would be the closest thing to fit Nathan.

After a few minutes, Nathan came out of the bathroom and went to Selinas room. She saw Nathan put the towel in the dirty basket. "Nathan can you come here, I have something for you."

Nathan slowly made his way to Selina, who was sitting at the edge of the bed.

"Put your arms up for me, please." Nathan tensed a bit. Selina noticed. "I won't hurt you baby kitten."

Nathan could tell that Selina meant those words, so he lifted his arms up. Selina took the shirt off of Nathan and put the black on. She giggled a bit when she saw that the shirt was all the way to his knees.

Nathan blush in embarrassment.

Selina then got up and motion him to get on the bed. Once he was on the bed Selina put the blanket over him and kissed his forehead.

Nathan raised an eyebrow. Not knowing what she just did.

Selina gave him a confused look. "You've never been kissed on the forehead before?" Nathan shook his head. Selina sighed and said. "Get some sleep, if you need me I'll bed in the living room, okay?" Nathan nodded as he closed his eyes and for the first time in a long time he fell into a peaceful sleep.

Selina smiled as she left the room and went to the living and laid down on her couch and fell asleep, wondering what the next day will be like.

*Flashback over*

Selina and Nathan got home after they finished their dinner. Selina lead Nathan to his room and opened the door. Nathan expected a few things that was the surprise. But what he didn't expect was to be tackled by his best friend, Daisy. Daisy was Poison Ivy's daughter, and like Selina, Ivy kept her daughter hidden from the world. Nathan and Daisy met when Nathan was 8 and Daisy was 7. They met on Daisy's 7 birthday, which is on May 4, Ivy had decided to introduce her daughter to her best friend.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BESTIE!!" Daisy shouted as she continued hugged Nathan. "D-Daisy, c-can't breathe. Can't b-breathe!" Nathan said as he was struggling to breathe and to get out of Daisy's death grip.

Daisy's eyes widened as she let go of Nathan, help him up, and patted his back as he was coughing.

"Sorry Nate, I was just excited to see you." Nathan looked at Daisy. She had red medium length hair with orange streaks, hazel brown eyes, and light green skin. She looked like her mother, except for her orange streaks and her eyes. "It's fine Daisy, why are you so excited you and your mother were here three days ago?"

Daisy smiled. "I'm excited because my moms letting me stay here for a week." Nathan smiled and blushed a bit. "That's great but, where are you going to sleep? Nathan asked. "Your mother said is was okay if I sleep in your room." Daisy said with a smile.

Nathan glared at his mother, knowing exactly what was going on in her mind. Selina just had an innocent smile and said. "Well it's getting late, we should get some sleep."

Nathan rolled his eyes and just went in his room. Daisy ran and flopped herself on the bed, already in her pajamas. Which was dark blue pajama shorts that were a bit above her knees and a light purple tank top. She grabbed the blanket and threw it over herself and buried her face in Nathan's pillow. "You bed is ssssoooo much better than mine." Daisy said a bit muffled. Nathan put on a white tank top and dark grey sweat pants.

"You say it like if you sleep on a rock." He said as he got in bed, laying on his back. Daisy then moved so her head and one of her hands was on Nathan's chest. "Oh zip it. Once you sleep in my bed back home then you can talk." She replied as she fell asleep.

Poor Nathan was as red as a tomato. He looked at Daisy and smiled a bit and fell asleep.
