I originally wrote a one shot about a possible scenario that made R.J. who he was. The idea of the defining moments that made the team who they were too stayed with me so I decided to add to it, including one for each team member.

Jane had talked Lisbon into hanging out with him on Labor Day weekend. He couldn't bear the thought of her being alone in her apartment for 3 days. So he talked her into spending the weekend with him on the coast. Pure JISBON fluff!

We've had so many season 5 spoilers lately, this is just a little something my mind concocted from some of them.

Jane has hurt her too much, so Lisbon decides that working with Jane won't work out anymore. But stubborn as Jane is, he doesn't want to have any of it. This one starts real Angsty, but it'll be better eventually. One-shot, Jisbon, Rated K plus, set somewhere after the Season 4 finale, but you can read it without the finale.
