"could i see all the participants from the N.A.S.A. test in my outer office?" came the announcement Monday morning. It was the first inclination that the lengthy test Saturday morning hadn't been an odd joke.
Students from every grade, every classroom were pooling into principal kelly's office.
"Alright." Kelly said to the room as a whole. "The winners, so to speak, will be announced at this afternoon's assembly." At the many groans, he continued. "BUT... we are to imform you all now." Cheers were heard.
"The winners in absolutly no order are: Pietro Maximoff, Kitty Pryde, Scott Summers, Tabitha Smith, Lance Alvers, and um... Rogue. Could the six of you stay a moment?"
Everyone else pooled out quickly so Rogue couldnt see the evil look sent toward her by jean.
"So, whats the next step?" Scott asked, always the first to take charge.
"Well... the assembly." came the principals reply.
