Con la intención de solucionar esto, Jimmy crea un sistema operativo femenino con gran personalidad. Esta nueva OS y Carl desarrollarán algo más que amistad.

Es el regreso a clases en Lindberg MiddleSchool pero Sheen se topa con un inconveniente, al no haber cursado el último año de escuela por haber estado fuera del planeta tiene que presentar un difícil examen para poder estudiar en el mismo grado que sus amigos. La solución que le sugiere Jimmy les traerá consecuencias inesperadas.

Tras los sucesos de planeta Sheen, el hiperactivo adolescente de ahora 13 años decide que es hora de volver a su hogar en la tierra. Sin embargo, las cosas en casa no son ni cerca como el las dejó, ya que la tierra está vuelta una distopía y sin Jimmy Neutron para protegerla.

Luckily, Jimmy was able to defeat him with his "book gum" invention. However, after an incident in the lab that revives the Salesman robot. Jimmy does get sold to Cindy this time. It's up to his friends to rescue him.
