Jimmy leaves for Harvard at 13, & Cindy is heartbroken because she never told him she loved him. She begins to isolate herself from people, which Libby notices. She tries to help, but THEN her parents announce that they're moving to Florida in a month. Libby moves, & now no one talks to Cindy. 3 years later, she has now become the cold, cruel Cynthia Vortex. All because of HIM.

Jimmy neutron has always had a normal life, except the fact that he has a super powered mind and a mechanical canine! When his friends fall deeply in love with his duck prone father, things get complicated.
