Mercer, once a terrorist that brought the world to the brink, contents himself with pretending to be a hero. Not on the world he nearly destroyed but rather another that seems worse off. He is one of a kind, less than human but more at the same time, yet when he does a sweep of the city with his bugs he finds somebody able to hijack control. An interesting development for sure.
