A year or so after the group turns off the supercomputer, They turn it on again in order to insert a program into it that should detect Xana,just to be sure. When the gang discovers that Xana's still alive, they try to find a way to destroy it again. With William rejoining the group, the 6 warriors have more mysteries to solve and more problems to fix. It's over, the fight with X.A.N.A is over. Everyone has moved on except Jeremie, and the group is worried for him. One day, the find him doing something they'll never forget.

X.A.N.A has exposed the secret of Lyoko and the Lyoko Warriors. On top of that he ruins their lives as well forcing them to live in hiding from the government and fend for themselves. Now exiled from society and their families, can they survive long enough to defeat X.A.N.A once and for all or will they be hunted down like animals? AXJ, YXU pairing featured.
