Part II of Back to the Ferbture: Phineas and Candace arrive back to the future to find sometnings have changed but for the worse

Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, Candace, Jeremy, Jenny and Monty decide to go to the city of Townsville to visit their friends the AllStars for two months. On one of the days, they battle against their friends' nemesis, Mojo Jojo and his new robot threatening to destroy the world. Can they defeat him and bring peace once again, and still have the best two months ever?

Ferb has spent the past eight years living with an accident he couldn't prevent. But when tragedy strikes a second time, he finds his life turned upside down and discovers that letting go might be the hardest thing of all.

A few weeks after the events of the first story, the Flynn-Fletcher family decide to take a trip to Miami, Florida. Perry gets stuck on the wrong plane and ends up in New York City. When the Wet Bandits end up there to they try to kill him as revenge for what happened in the first story. Also, there's an evil taxidermist who wants to stuff Perry for the museum! Can Perry win again?

Phineas, Ferb and their friends travel to 200 million years in the future to make a civilization of the Squibbons in the Northern Forest. Meanwhile, Perry goes with Dr. Doofenshmirtz to see his own created civilization of the Squibbons.
