This story takes place almost right after 4x08. After everyone has gone to bed, Phil is still in the break room, drinking and deep in thought. Mace more or less bumps into him, ready to head to bed as well. He eventually asks his best SHIELD agent if he wants to help him train for more upcoming field missions by becoming his sparring partner. Phil might regret his decision.
