Grant Ward had a chance to run, to escape with HYDRA when they tried to rescue him but he stayed. He fought HYDRA, saved agents who beat him for fun and stayed beside the girl who he'd betrayed and lost. When asked why, he only stated "somethings are more important than freedom." And she is, more important than his own freedom but is she also his chance at redemption?

Set after "Seeds," Coulson still struggles to find out why Fury resurrected him. Lady Sif visits to provide some answers, a prophecy, and a tough choice. Coulson's decision will affect the prophecy and S.H.I.E.L.D. Is he ready to understand what this all means and how his life, S.H.I.E.L.D., and the lives of his team will be changed? Spoilers and speculation for "What They Become". Skye's subconscious seems to be trying to tell her something as the dreams continue on the way to her father.

Before she saw things that changed her, Melinda May would dream of first Christmases and houses drenched in white lights and glittering snow while she decorated a tree with a faceless man and Bing Crosby playing on a CD player and wish lists stuck to the refrigerator. She didn't tell Lance about the pregnancy, and now, she could never tell him about his son. Set after S02E09 "Ye Who Enter Here". A possible interpretation of what "that other thing" that Mack mentioned to Bobbi could mean.

In midst of the chaos that is their lives, Bobbi and Hunter find that the one thing that broke them can put them back together, if they're both willing to have a little faith. (Huntingbird with a little FitzSimmons because how can you not!) ONE SHOT that might turn into something else later, if I ever finish my other stories.

Skye breaks Ward out of his cell to help her find her father. They get a little distracted when they're around each other in enclosed spaces without cameras watching their every move.
