He had been locked up for three months, then treated for six. Now, Ward was being placed with a very special S.H.I.E.L.D. team to integrate with society again. This story is about Jemma coping with the events of the season finale and how I think their relationship will change after Fitz's confession.

One Shot: Jemma is struggling to cope with the aftermath of the finale, feeling distraught about Fitz's condition and suffocated by the pity of her team mates. The reappearance of former agent, Grant Ward does nothing to aid the situation. [This may well develop into a series of one shots, which is why I haven't marked it as complete.]

When Agent Grant Ward is given a mysterious extraction order to save a hacker from her van before a team of unknown mercenaries capture her and go into hiding, things get complicated... fast.

A time comes when you realize you have to enjoy simple things. Like the fact that you slept through the night. Or that the person next to you still sleeps. That, perhaps, you have a half an hour to do whatever your fancy. SkyeWard smut. Post redemption.

When the team wake up in a room with no idea of how they got there, the have to figure out who took them and more importantly how to escape. Pairings include: SkyeWard, FitzSimmons and hints of Philinda. I own nothing Agents of Shield.

They had never considered sweet, reliable Simmons' life in much detail. Finding out the well known agent they were being made to work with had a past involving Simmons came as a surprise. Putting down her hesitance around him as bitterness though was a mistake, none of them automatically questioning the fact Jemma seemed to hover the furthest corners of the room when he was around.
