Following the Emperor's Coven's attack on Hexside, Viney notices something is bothering Hunter and decides to find out what, only to learn just how deep his emotional scars run.

Luz is not okay. Seeing Eda so willing to send her away, knowing she was so close to losing her mentor again...it keeps her up at night. But she isn't the only night owl. Luz and Eda talk some more after the events of the episode. Eda opens up to Luz, Luz opens up to Eda and finally, they begin to understand one another.

The time has come. The Resistsmce has a plan to take down Belos.

When Hunter needs advice about girls, he goes to one of the few older men he knows and can can trust: Steve the former coven scout, who has always been courteous to him and defected to fight against Belos, giving King some great advice along the way.
