After she turns sixteen, Amity Blight's father decides she should be a part of an arranged marriage. Unsure how to handle the situation, but knowing that her father is old-fashioned, she lies and says she's in a serious relationship with a boy. After hearing about this, Luz offers to be Amity's fake boyfriend to get her dad off her back. Fluff ensues.

Luz has returned to The Boiling Isles for Winter Break in hopes to escape her Mother for at least the week. But in her time away a lot has happened. Can Luz enjoy her first Grimmas and accept these changes, or will this experience be forever ruined by what she can't accept?
