Hi guys! How are you doing? We are back! Thanks for all the reviews! We really appreciate this and it motivates us more to write! Sorry for a long time between updates, work, school, You know;)Observation: paragraph 2 of District 21 is kind of inspired by NF's song Thing Called Love, by Nathan Wagner's song Lonely and in Erin Lindsay's quote. So here we are with chapter 6! Enjoy it!
Next day
As every morning, Josh leads Jay to the set table. This time Jay had to be fed, his condition worsened after another series of vomiting during the night and the first signs of serious weight loss started to appear. Of course, after each attack, Josh gave him salt water for change with grape juice and prepared a light meal, as Will recommended for his sensitive stomach. Bite after bite the kidnapper praised Jay by stroking his cheek, who accepted his touch without protest. On the contrary, Jay reciprocated every form of affection. After the last bite of breakfast and the juice (a smaller dose, but still drugged), Josh couldn't stop himself and his hand hit the crotch of an almost unconscious and naked man. He begins to massage the penis, slowly moving to the testicles. Cheerful, seeing Jay's hardening, he begins kissing the man passionately again without any protests.
Josh helped him up from his chair and led him to the bed. He strippes naked, lays down comfortably and maneuvers the intoxicated man to land in his hard cock, shoving it into the other man. Jay groans in pain, but he interprets it as pleasure. Once fully in, he moves his body up and down. Jay is so tired that he just surrenders, drops his upper body against the body beneath him, rests his head on the rapist's neck and hugs him while being raped.
"You are wonderful, I love you so much honey, you do it so well. You ride wonderfully." Josh melts with delight raping his victim, knowing that the other kidnapped will surely hear what is going on. "I love you, the most in the world, you know baby?"
"I love you too..." Jay mutters, drugged and indistinctly. "I love you Josh..." he repeats what Josh had been teaching him. When Josh cummed, he maneuvered his almost asleep lover again, taking him off himself. Wanting to repay him, he places him on the bed in a reclining position so he has access to the already half-hard penis. He starts kissing the tip, licking the pre-cum pearls, sucks it like a lollipop, then just takes it all in his mouth and slowly finishes the job. He feels the man beneath him about to cum and take it with pleasure. He kisses his mouth while letting some of the liquid into Jay's mouth, swallows the rest and kisses his soft penis. The owner doesn't even flinch. "I love you too...Josh," Jay mutters sleepily, causing the man in question to smile broadly. The kidnapper fills a glass of grape juice, pours the crushed tablets, mixes it, and, after inserting the straw, gives it to Jay. He embraces him, one hand holding the glass, the other touching his manhood and humming in a calm voice.
"Little sips, okay?" The man just nods and obeys, unconsciously, for the second time on the same morning, taking a substance that during his time captive, turned him into a submissive, devoid of energy and memories and dependent on the other person. After drinking the juice, Josh sees Jay feels sleepy and lays him. Next step is injecting a dildo turned on to the highest level, delivering a tender kiss on the lips with mumbling another declaration of love, and placing a warm blanket over him. Josh leaves the room thinking. I have to buy a stronger vibrator.
Will's POV
I didn't sleep all night. How can I sleep? The annoying heavy chains on my wrist are working properly, don't allow me to make myself comfortable on the bed and my wrists are now raw for my useless and miserable attempts to free myself. That is the first not important reason.
The second and now important reason is Jay and our captor. They are together in the next room doing that. Just like this morning. Although I couldn't watch, I could hear as my room isn't soundproofed and my imagination, helped by that ugly brutal video, is working in full force against my will on building, in every single sick details, the rape. I heard the rape, heard everything that Josh said to Jay but what I wasn't expecting and I cried for the thousandth time (I'm feeling an emotional fool) when I heard my brother's learned reply. Because this is happening. Jay isn't consenting to any of this. Jay isn't fighting back for his lack of knowledge of his surroundings, and it's not like he's denying, it's because he is drugged high as a kite. Jay isn't being himself. I will never say it aloud to conserve my overprotective older brother role, but man, what I would give to see my kickass superhero stubborn sarcastic brother to get us out of here! To see the Intelligence breaking into this damn house and putting the devil in his right place. To see Natalie again, ask for forgiveness of how an ass I was being with her, tell my feelings and come back with her and Owen while helping in Jay's recovery. Suddenly the door opened, revealing the person that wasn't on my 'I want to see' list.
"Hi Will, how did you sleep?" he asked with a smile and a tone as if I was a friend invited for the night. It is impossible not to notice the crying's red spots on my face and his smile intensified because he knew the reason behind. His plan is to break me down using my brother as bait and I, like a fish on a hook, am falling directly at it. I don't answer, just look away from the bastard trying to calm another wave of tears. "You don't want to talk, don't talk. Now I'm going to unrestrain you and we're going to the kitchen for breakfast. I don't know about you, but I'm hungry after all my physical exercise." Physical exercise my ass! I curl into a fetal position with my back to him as much as the restraints allow, hoping the reaction would tell him that I'm not going anywhere. "What is it, rebellion? It wasn't a request, you will eat what I have prepared. You know my conditions, I can free you and you will never see me and your brother again."
"I'm not hungry. Even if I sit at the table, I won't be able to eat, because I can imagine and hear what you are doing to him and it disgusts me. I can't pass my brother's door after what you just did. You are hurting him, you are intoxicating him with God knows what do you use, for how long and of how much. He doesn't love you, you taught him to speak." For the first time since we were kidnapped, I tell the bastard the truth.
"Always the overprotective older brother." He rolls his eyes. "If you are obedient, as promised, maybe we will invite you to the wedding. It is approaching, we will be a family soon..." sneers the kidnapper. "Now I will unrestrain you, we will have breakfast then you will check your brother carefully" He ends his speech with a hint of aggression in his voice. I'm left without options but obey him. I close my eyes while passing in front of Jay's door, unable to look without remembering the morning rape and forced love affairs. Arriving in the kitchen, I sat down in front of my plate and started playing with my food. "You're starting to annoy me, eat, you're not 5!!!" He screamed.
"I already said I have no appetite. You want to know why? I heard everything. I can still see the video you played for me in the basement. How you raped Jay and put that vibrator on him while he is semiconscious. You still have the audacity to call this shit love! You're crazy, it's not love, it's obsession. Yesterday he said that you were taking care of him... after you had repeated this fucking phrase uncountable times. He confessed love to you in the morning? It was taught and forced by drugs. You kidnapped us and took his memories. You changed him, your son of a bitch!" My voice intensified while talking to the point I scream, which I don't realize until he grabs my neck, choking me.
"First, be quiet, or you'll wake your brother. He has been sleeping badly recently, having nightmares with you in the lead role. Second, I purposefully make you hear everything." he smirks. "Whether you approve of our love doesn't interest me. We will be together. Have you seen me hit him or make him writhe when we make love? I don't hurt Jay, I enjoy him. He has such strong beautiful orgasms…is it hurting him? No. He said that if it wasn't for me, he would be worse. He believes it and believes he loves me." Josh let go of my neck, and I had a hard time regaining my breath. "You are a snap of your fingers away from losing our deal. Keep talking this shit and pretty soon you'll be home alone while Jay and I leave together! Did I make myself clear?" I cautiously nibble at the cold scrambled eggs, aware that the bastard is capable of poisoning or drugging me again without hesitation. I'm sure that their departure is only a matter of time. My only option is delay it as long as I can for the Intelligence to find us or I help Jay regain his memory enough to get us out of here. However, I'm glad to hear about the nightmare, it's a sign he still remembers something. "Soon you will check Jay. Remember when you talk to him, watch what you say. I will be there and I won't hesitate to intervene and punish you. Go!" I, devastated by the situation, obey him, close my eyes again in Jay's bedroom and make my way into the room. Josh locks my room outside, that is why I'm not restrained again. I sat down, hid my face in my hands and sobbed silently while praying for help.
Jay's POV
I wake up slowly. I'm getting used to having this damn headache all the time. I constantly feel pain in my lower body and feel like my butt is vibrating. And as if I had…an erection? What the hell! I want to check it out, but I can't move. My arms and legs seem paralized. I'm terrified. I'm not aware of what is happening to me. Not knowing the reason but I'm looking for Josh. He is a fantastic person. He keeps saying he's my fiancé, he repeatedly says that he loves me, and as long as I hear his affection, I realize that I am feeling the same (the longer he keeps telling me that he loves me, the more I feel like I love him too) and 'I love you Josh' became my personal mantra as affection and kindness always comes later. I remember from his story that our wedding is coming soon, we had an accident that ended up with me badly hurt and he lovingly takes care of me since then are the only things I know. He takes care of me so well, I should repay him as best I can, right?
Last night I dreamt with a red-haired tall man, a bar and a gorgeous blonde woman. Another man shows up in this exact dream. He has a grey-haired, always serious but in my dream, he treats me like his son. It feels like he's saying to me "Kiddo". Is he my father? Are they my friends or family? Josh had never mentioned anything about my friends or family. Neither his friends or family. Where are they? Do we have one? Where did I used to work? Should I ask him? Amnesia is a shit! I don't know if it's right what I will say now but, god-damned, the blonde is definitely the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. She seems so nice and friendly, her curly blond hair falls perfectly straight over her shoulders and fits in beautifully with her pretty features, her blue eyes shine like freshly faceted diamonds and her smile is brighter than the sunlight. She is perfect. It would be a pleasure to know her. The red-headed man of that unknown bar seems familiar to me, coincidentally he seems like my fiance's friend, the doctor that examined me yesterday. Apparently, he knows me very well for how caring he was towards me and how angry he was at my fiance while examining me yesterday. He said something about limiting physical activity. I don't know what he meant. I'm not doing any physical exercise, I spent the whole day lying down and just getting up to eat or using the bathroom with my fiance's help. By the way, where's he?
However, all the memories fade away when I drink. They are replaced by nightmares. What is in my drinks that weakens me and clears my memories? Maybe when I stop drinking it, the memory will come back? Now, I don't have energy because of this huge headache… It'll be better if I go back to sleep, hoping that this time won't be any nightmare. Hoping that this gorgeous woman shows up again.
Josh hurries to Jay's bedroom. It's time for a shower. He woke up his beloved affectionately, maneuvered his practically inert body, checking the water temperature beforehand and guiding Jay into the cabin. He washes his slightly sweaty body, ending by washing his head. With each movement he spoke to Jay in a low and passionate voice, touching the hardening manhood.
"I love you, you can't even imagine how much. I've been waiting for you for a long time and here you are with me. Our wedding is soon, remember?"
"Wedding? When? I don't remember...Josh. Help me regain my memory, please." The young man cries softly from helplessness.
"We're getting married, silly. Next month. I'll help you get your memories back, I promise." he hugs the crying man.
"Please, don't cry, I hate when you're sad." Josh hugged Jay until he calmed down.
"Josh, when was the accident? Do I have any family or friends? What did I do for a living? And your family and job?" These questions surprised Josh.
"Why are you asking this now, did you have another nightmare?" He tried to distract him. He had to work on the story.
"If we are going to get married, we should invite someone." Jay babbled.
"Honey, I'll tell you anything you want. Do you trust me?"
"Yes, Josh...I trust you...You take...You take care of me so well" he says sleepily, cuddling up to the other man, making him happy.
"Yes, I care about you and I love you, so trust me" while saying this, Josh caressed his almost hard penis while kissing him on the mouth and the neck, which was met with the expected response.
"I love you too… Josh, I trust you..." he mumbles sleepily, completely unaware of being touched and being about to have another orgasm. Josh is so wound up that after another few minutes and the appropriate stimulating movements on his rock hard penis, he makes Jay orgasm for the second time in one day. This one is louder, stronger and longer than the last one. By the time it was over Jay was exhausted. Josh carries him back to bed, prepares a syringe, applies around the old injection site and rubs it.
"Jay…" Time for the rest of the story. "About your earlier questions...It is only us, there is no one else. No family. No friends. You used to help me at my work."
"Thanks...I love...I love you Josh" He says slowly, he has no energy to talk more. Josh smiles hearing it, kisses Jay and makes another decision. No matter what had been promised, Will should disappear soon. His brother isn't stupid. He will try to tell something to help Jay gain his real memory. It is dangerous to leave both alone.
In order to finally provoke Will, Josh decided to go one step further. Until now, Will had watched a movie showing Jay's rape or heard it through the wall. Now it's time for the redhead to see it live, with his own eyes. Thanks to this, he will break faster, it will force him to make a mistake. He got up, unlocked the door of the room in which the still sleeping doctor was lying, and changed his position in a chair in Jay's room. He secured his arms and legs and put a piece of cloth on his mouth to serve as a gag. Then he brutally woke Will.
"Showtime, brother-in-law, I encourage you to watch," he laughed derisively as he left, leaving the door wide open. The doctor realized that he was unable to move, and he had to, willy-nilly, watch again when his brother was harmed.
Josh picks a tray with a milkshake and pieces of variety fruits and slowly feeds him. When the food and drink is over, the tray is set aside. He rolls himself to be on top of him and, to his double satisfaction, he sees in his peripheral vision Will in the chair, paralyzed as tears appear in his pale face, while he massages Jay's almost hard penis. He glances at him with a dangerous malicious look and intensely kisses him, Jay kisses back without a fight. Without warning, the dildo is pulled out and replaced by Josh's hard penis. Josh purposely takes his time to delay their orgasm to torture the doctor as long and far as he can, knowing how much he loves his brother and hates when someone is hurting him. Finally, Will sees Jay has strong orgasm. Then, Josh finished and slowly comes out of Jay, adjusting his clothes and Jay's blanket making a sickly eye contact.
"Baby, I understand you are tired but remember the doctor from yesterday?" A slight nod is the only answer. "He has to check on you again now. I'm calling him." After the kidnapper releases his second victim, he gives him a warning look.
"Hi, Jay, how are you feeling?" Will goes straight at the man laying on the bed, ignoring an angry man standing next to the bed.
"I didn't pass last night very well. My head is killing me all the time and also my stronach… I vomited all night." His brother's condition deteriorated even without him saying a word. Like yesterday, he does a complete checkup and is negatively impressed by the huge loss of weight in just one night, his ribs are defined under the skin and a red hand mark above his hip angered him. He can't handle it anymore.
"I see he is deteriorating. I can't do anything here, he needs a hospital because I don't have the necessary instruments and medicines in this bag."
"List what you need and I'm buying." He says, annoyed.
"That is the problem; what I need isn't able to buy in a simple street drugstore. They are only available in hospitals and, due to this dangerously, must be administered by an experienced doctor and with the appropriate structure and right dose, what isn't going to happen here. Did you see how much weight he lost in just one night? Simple medicines in drugstores aren't strong enough to fix the shit you have been doing on my brother." Unintentionally but rightly, the words split out his mouth. He sees Josh's face become red for pure anger as he turns around. He thinks about it as the perfect moment to talk to Jay, grabbing his arm and forcing him to look at him. "Jay, look at me."
"Brother? Josh said that I don't have a brother… I don't have a family" Jay is slightly shaking trying to sit on the bed, his voice hoarse, low and fearful.
"Jay, I'm William Halstead, I'm your brother. You are Jay Halstead, son of Patrick Halstead and Kathleen Halstead, former Ranger of the US' Army and Intelligence detective from the Chicago Police Department. You work for Sergeant Hank Voight and your partner is Detective Hailey Upton. This psycho man, named Josh, kidnapped us some days ago in our apartment after a night at a bar called Molly's. He's been drugging you and raping you because in his maniac obsessed mind you are his husband." He says everything in almost one breath, it is his only way to help Jay regain his memory, telling him everything soundly and loudly to penetrate in his drugged and confused mind.
"I...I don't know what you're talking about…please stop...you are scaring me…" Jay starts to cry and escapes from the grab on his arm. But before he could try another strategy or repeat everything, a cloth was put over his face and the devil himself whispered in his ear.
"He said to stop. Say goodbye to your little brother Jay, you will never see him again. Bye, brother-in-law." He's trying to fight with every strength on his human being but the amount of chloroform is big and, little by little, his vision goes black while looking eye to eye at a terrified Jay in the bed. Once the doctor was out on the floor, Josh turned to Jay. "Sorry baby, he would have hurt you. It was the only way."
"I'll do everything you want, just please don't kill me!" In his fragile state, he tries to escape from the man going to his direction at the bed until he falls down at the ground with a bang and a cry.
"I'm not going to hurt you. I want you to sleep, baby boy." He picks him quickly again, sits on the bed next to him and takes out a syringe from the pocket. "I'll help you with that." He injects on the same spot from before and watches Jay slowly fall asleep. "I'll be back soon."
Gaffney hospital
5 days. Will and Jay are missing for 5 days.
Will's absence is tearing them apart. Connor and April still are trying to comprehend the sudden, unexpected and sad abduction of their best friends and one of them being their coworkers while reassuring an overguilty Choi for his previous thoughts about his friend and coworker. Goodwin is driving crazy over the pressure of her superiors in keeping them updated on the case. None of them have slept properly. The agitation for the amount of coffee in the system and the dark circles on their eyes are the sign, some more noticeable, others not so much due to makeup to hide. In the few moments when eyes are closed for pure exhaustion, nightmares of bloody Halstead brothers brought laying on a stretcher through the doors of the emergency room walking the fine line of life and death or Jay's team calling about their beaten deadly body's found on a dirty alley in the middle of nowhere cross their minds. Their only way to distract themselves is working. Or try at least. They can't just pretend like it's another normal day because it isn't. It isn't because the unique tall red-headed man's lock is empty and his person isn't doing his appointments or his stubbornness acting in some situations, driving everyone crazy. He wouldn't want them in such a state for him though. Neither Jay. They would want them doing what they do better, saving lives.
Why am I saying as if they are dead? They are alive. Intelligence is finding them! Natalie thought. Of them all, she is clearly taking the hardest. Not because they care less than her, not at all, but because of her feelings towards the doctor. "You were right, Maggie" Natalie says while drinking her tenth cup of coffee and returning to the hospital with the nurse on her side.
"About what?" The nurse asks intrigued.
"About my feelings for Will. I'm stubbornly denying it but I'm still in love with him." She looks at her with a sad smile, which is reciprocated. "Unfortunately it's not reciprocated. Not anymore."
"No, you are wrong. He's still in love with you but he can be as stubborn as you to admit."
"Will I have the chance to tell him? I'm worried about him. He can be suffering with Jay. He can't die." She lets out a sob. Maggie holds her close while she cries on her shoulder.
"Hey, look at me. Don't think like that, they aren't dying. Intelligence is finding them alive. They're firmly holding on out there for us. I'm praying that nothing bad happens to them but, if it's happening, we are taking them back and helping them recover. And you are telling Will your feelings and taking your shits together like the lovebirds you two are." Natalie laughs. "We still have time. How about we go to the district to know how they are doing?"
"Good idea."
District 21
If the hospital is the definition of a mess, the district couldn't be different. They haven't advanced on the investigation. They assume that the car and its owner were following Jay and Will or one of them for a while now to know exactly where they live so they ask for the CCTV footage, what's going to take a time to see all the cameras. They searched for Will's enemies, thinking about the possibility that he was the principal target and Jay was taken as collateral damage. Resulted in nothing. They thought otherwise too. Nothing. Every real threat has the person responsible in jail for long sentences and the small ones explained with 'I was just kidding' quotes or all have alibi. They also research for some enemy of themselves that would want to take revenge for the abduction of two loved ones but resulted in nothing and, probably, by now they would have received a package or a video from the captor with requests or exchange. The entire building was interviewed by the team to see if they had heard something or saw something awkward. They got out with nothing relevant for the case but minor no evidence accusations, gossip and discussions between the neighbors. Again, the forensics expert researched the brother's apartment to check if any digital or DNA or any lead to the kidnapper was left behind on the first visit but it was unsuccessful. They keep falling down dead ends. They are blind. They are on level zero. Two of them are whereabouts with whomever holding them for whatever reason and they have nothing, absolutely nothing, to search and find them.
Hailey leans on the balcony while pouring herself a coffee. Her feelings are running high on her body. A year of hiding her love towards the former Ranger falling apart in 5 days. Love is a powerful emotion. Love is the most emotion searched for. We spend our whole lives chasing it. Love is a beautiful fearful insane emotion. Love can change you into someone else, to the point where you bury your old you. Love is understandable but inexplicable. Love can make you feel invincible, feel alive, up high in the sky, be the best friend you ever had. However, love can hurt, kill you, bring you down, kick you to the ground, make you miserable. Still, even with all the experiences and pains of the past, once the right person is found, your walls crumble, leaving you vulnerable to a broken heart, you realize it's not worth losing, but worth grabbing and giving your heart willingly. She swore to herself to never fall in love with her partner, especially after Garrett. But it's impossible when your partner and best friend is none other than Jay Halstead. She is afraid to share her feelings. What if it isn't reciprocated and she messes up a beautiful friendship built block by block? She is afraid to share her dark broken past. Will he run away just like every other man has done before? Or, like in Garrett's case, will he stay and help her overcome because he is the same? As she finishes her coffee, a wave of rage passes and she throws the cup on the sink, breathing heavily and feeling tears forming in her eyes.
"Hey." She hears a murmur. Looking at the direction, she sees Kim leaned on the door frame, her eyes red and a weak sad smile. She quickly wiped her tears in hope her friend hadn't seen. "You don't have to hide your tears from me, you know?"
"It's been five days already without them." Without him. "I'm just worried, that's all. Sorry for being emotional." She chuckles, still avoiding eye contact.
"First of all, you don't have to apologize. Second, I know that it's more than just worrying. It's love." The blonde looks at her with a questioning face. "Everybody has noticed the way you look at him, how comfortable you feel and how wide your smile becomes when he is around, how you blush when he talks about you. And well, Jay doesn't help at all, right?" Both chuckles before she continues. "I don't know how you are feeling. Someone you love is missing. I can't imagine my reaction if something like this happens to Adam. But Jay, he is a tough, strong and exceptional detective and caring friend and the most stubborn person I've ever met. Whoever took him and Will is receiving a good and deserve fight from him to both come back to us. To come back to you. Because, just like you, he loves you."
"Thanks Kim." Before the last one could reply, Trudy appeared at the door.
"Hailey, Natalie and Maggie are waiting for you downstairs." She thanks her and makes her way downstairs to the doctor and the nurse waiting outside the building. "Hey, how are you holding on?"
"We're trying, and you?" A nod is the only answer. "Anyways, how's the investigation going?"
"Natalie, I know it's hard but you have to comprehend that I can't share details about an ongoing investigation. It's against rules and ethics."
"I know, I'm just here to see if you have an advance. Seems not, right?" They were so distracted talking that they didn't see a person approaching from behind, putting a desperate hand on Natalie's shoulder until she, desperate for the scary, turned around and shouted out for help.
And this is the end! What do you think about it? See you soon with the next one!
