A new Duel Monsters tournament funded by Boxford Corporation has begun on the Island of Sodor, with Thomas and several of his friends being invited to take part! However, a young man named Marik Ishtar is out to ruin the tournament and get revenge on Thomas for reasons unknown. Not only that, three special Duel Monsters cards—the Egyptian God Cards—are out to be obtained, as well.

What starts out as a harmless vacation to the Island of Sodor thanks to a mysterious letter, spirals into a world of insanity when Yoshi and Birdo are put against many of Mario & Luigi's greatest enemies who have also received the strange letters as well. The duo is forced to team up with the siblings Boom Boom and Pom Pom to keep the island safe and of course, survive each other.

Fourth Sonic/Thomas crossover. With Sodor believing it is doomed to suffer from constant attacks, Sonic the Hedgehog proposes bringing in a new line of defense, in come the Shijin Warriors from the Freedom Fighters to stay and protect the island. When Sir Topham Hatt leaves on a vacation, the Warriors and Engines must work together through an incoming robotic storm.

Christmas is coming to the Northwestern Railway, and a special friend as come back just in time. Thomas and his friends wants to have a party for Christmas to say thank you to that friend that saved Thomas's life a few months ago.
