This story is an au between seasons 1 and 2 where as the title suggests turmoil reigns free. The story starts out with Dick Grayson having to make the decision of a lifetime between the two girls of his dreams (Barbara Gordon and Zatanna). This is the first time I have centered a story on someone other than Wally, so it will be interesting to see where this goes. Enjoy.
