When Luke tells Din he can take Grogu while he goes to visit his sister, Din couldn't be happier. However, then he, Bo-Katan, Axe, and Koska all come down with Spacepox thanks to Ben Solo! Luckily for them Grogu is there and he has plans. Great plans! Including making the Mandalorians beautiful, remodeling the ship and Darksaber, making them "amazing" food, and so much more. It'll

"It wasn't okay for me to yell. I'm sorry." Being a parent isn't always easy, and sometimes Din slips up. A simple shopping trip takes a turn for the worse, and Din wants to fix things with the child before it's too late.

He watched the kid disappear into the lift with the Jedi, and now he has no idea what to do. He also doesn't know, having shown his face, what the Creed still means to him. With a little help, he can start moving forward again, but he has to figure out where he actually wants to go.

After Grogu leaves, Din is broken. Shattered. A shell of his former self. Without his son, he doesn't know what to do with himself. When he returns to Nevarro, he just gives up. He wanders into a cantina and starts to drink. More and more and more. Cara can't bear to see him like this and suggests a getaway. Din knows only one city fit for the much-needed distraction.
