Alison faces her own difficulties at school just like her mother did. This is not about what happened in Iran. This is about what happens in the heart of the McCord family.

What if Henry's demons manifested a little more dramatically? This examines 2.01-03. I'm going to call it AU because I've taken some liberties, and I hope I'm wrong. This is me processing. Let me know if you think I'm completely off-base here. I'd love to hear your opinions on it. I can tidy up some of this in a second chapter, but I kinda want to wait to see what the show does.

The family retreats to their home outside of the city and as Elizabeth tries to relax and heal, her attitudes about her job begin to change. Now she's in his hands, and it's definitely not how his family would have liked him to find out. Knowing nothing about the water his mother is swimming in, he's suddenly thrown into the deep end with her. It's time to sink or swim.
