Akane no Guilty Crown: Supplementary Material

As he put away a book on a shelf, Yuu faced and addressed the readers. "Well, hello again. I'm astounded you're still here but you are curious to see how the second half of this story will unfold. Do you want to see how this differs from the original story? Heh, you've come to the right place, guests."

With that, Yuu materialized another holographic screen, which displayed the second opening for Akane no Guilty Crown. "Why don't we have a look at the second OP and ED then?"

Opening and Ending (Second Half)

Guilty Crown Opening 2 - The Everlasting Guilty Crown

Flashes and flashes of the area are now referred to as Loop 7. Apocalypse Virus crystals are seen in buildings. The walls that cover the huge quarantined area are seen in a bird's eye view. Tokyo Tower. Stainless steel wire fences. Shadows of a group of slasher aviaries lurking. Inside Tennouzu High School's area where a certain king and queen resides even if they're not here in the flashing pictures.

Inori is seen wearing a red dress sleeping in a crystal world. Waking up in observing the crystallized Tokyo.

Akane no Guilty Crown

Next scene shows Inori wandering in the crystallized world, with buildings shaped like artistic abstract squares like patterns of holes getting zoomed in. The images remove these crystal fabrications to reveal what was originally Tennouzu High School.

Inori calmly wanders inside Shu's homeroom. Seeing classmates like Hare, Yahiro, Souta, Kanon, Arisa, Nanba, Sudou, Ritsu, and Miyabi.

Flashes of Inori the queen, and Shu the king. Covering in snowflakes and their faces lean closer.

Apocalypse Virus is surrounding a grieving Shu wearing black clothing and a black scarf. Inori embraces him behind, as she and Shu are slowly encased by the viral crystals. The power of love shatters the cancerous crystals, as Shu's right hand is glowing in neon green lines and reaches above. Snowflakes are falling towards the right arm.

Shu reaches Inori's sword Void while facing each other. Surrounding them are Endlave Ghost Units.

Heath, Akiko, Ayase, and Walter use their Voids in fighting off Endlave Ghost Units; alongside the group of slasher aviaries called the Ouryu Kyōchō (Heath vs. Byakko, Akiko vs. Seiryu, Ayase vs. Suzaku, Walter vs. Genbu).

Next scene shows Inori and Shu reaching out for each other as their clothes keep changing into different attires. The middle of the background shows a flaming Christmas tree. Inori and Shu's appearances briefly change into Mana and Gai, before changing back into Inori and Shu as they hold hands.

Another scene of Inori is shown with the red threads. Scene switches to Shu's determined face and the Void Genome. The following pictures follow: Sasaki, Arima, and Ryōko. Segai. Keido. Haruka. Kurachi. Daryl. Shibungi, Argo, and Oogumo. Gai. Arisa. Ayase. Tsugumi. Heath, Akiko, and Walter. Mana. Yuu. The next scene shows Shu and Inori about to kiss.

The last scene shows Inori in her red dress waking up again, except this time, it's the city of Tokyo restored to normal while blooming flowers surround the songstress.

Guilty Crown Ending 2 - Kokuhaku

Blackness. A petal of a white flower drops into the water. Real-life pictures of a town are seen. Pictures of Tennouzu High School are seen from outside, the classroom, and the locker room.

Silhouettes of Souta, Yahiro, Arisa, Hare, and Kanon are seen. A silhouette of Shu is seen feeling down. One by one, each of Shu's classmates disappears. Until Inori appears by Shu's side, Shu's head raises and holds her hand.

Together, both Inori and Shu holding hands are running towards the left, while real-life pictures of the same suburbs are seen in the background, including blending with a real-life bridge.

Images of Gai and Mana are seen, before returning to Shu and Inori's place.

The last picture shows a pale pink flower blooming.
