Centuries ago: The foundation of Da'ath, alongside their anthropomorphic personification (Yuu) conceived by the collective consciousness of the organization's first members, which the organization has been around since the Freemasons (around the end of the 13th century) and Priory of Sions (around 1956).
1960s: Kuhouin Okina is born.
1980s: General Yan and Major Guin are born.

A meteorite crashed on Earth and was discovered by Mana and Saeko in Izu Ōshima. Shuichiro and Kurosu discovered a virus inside the meteorite, which reacted when the Genomic Resonance was used. Their research earned them Da'ath's attention. Mana became patient zero of the Apocalypse Virus.

-A major event from that year: "Science has been able to bring back the thylacine, otherwise known as the Tasmanian tiger or Marsupial wolf. The last living species named Benjamin died in a Tasmanian zoo in the 1930s, and since there have only been unconfirmed sightings of living thylacines with no concrete evidence. In 1999, scientists at the Australian Museum began the Thylacine Cloning Project and it took many years but thanks to scientists who'd later form GHQ, used an extracted DNA from a female Thylacine tissue and cloned two Thylacine. A male and a female. That was over 15 years ago (2039 - 15 = 2024) and since then a dozen thylacines have been bred and kept in captivity." Haruka's dialogue is sourced from Chapter VII.
2024 - 2025: Samukawa Jun is born.
September 1, 2025: Tsugumi is born.
2026: Kyo is born.
2028: Kurosu, who had kept himself busy finding a cure for the virus, fell in love with his new assistant, Shuichiro's sister, Haruka, who also helped take care of Kurosu and his children. She eventually married him and thus became Shu's stepmother. At the same time, a victim of child trafficking was adopted by Shuichiro. This child was Tsutsugami Gai. Shuichiro subjected his newly adopted stepson to his experiments, which eventually led to Gai escaping and being found by Mana and Shu.
December 2029: The events of Guilty Crown: Lost Christmas.
-December 24 - 25, 2029: The events of Lost Christmas. The death of Ouma Kurosu. Scrooge and Carol prevented the Apocalypse Virus from spreading outside of Japan by sacrificing themselves to do the Guilty Crown.
In-between 2029 - 2039: GHQ controls Japan. Ward 24 (GHQ's main headquarters) is built. Shibungi and Oogumi found Gai as a child soldier in Africa. Ayase and her mother's training in Australia (Chapter VI flashback). Hifumi and Makoto's fallout, Akiko catching up to her parents' act, and Hifumi/Otoboshi/Skyler's intercourse/threeway kiss fight (Chapter IX flashbacks). The Sky Tree Bombing was caused by Kido Kenji. Funeral Parlor is established.
-In-between 2029 - 2039 around May 31: Yuzuriha Inori is created.
