AN: Everyone, and I mean everyone has opinions about Bonnie and Kol and she grows weary of it as she attempts to figure out how to navigate this relationship.

Abby and Kol begin to work together using dark magic to uncover Esther's new plan that Abby's dreams have prophesied and Klaus offers Bonnie an alternative to dealing with Kol

These Klonnie moments amuse me lol also wanna add there is a scene in the first episode of The Originals, I've only seen it one time but I remember it so vividly! Where Rebekah is introducing her brothers and Klaus just laughs and throws the dude he just drained. That is the face I'm channeling in the Klonnie part, cuz he looked super scary and super gorgey at the same time and I still hate Klaus.

Song for this chapter is Control by Puddle of Mudd

"Klaus don't! " Bonnie screamed. She looked at Kol, who was leaning against the wall, in an arrogant pose, watching the scene unfold as if it absolutely bored him. "Kol!"

The Original vampire in question met Bonnie's anxious expression. "Yes, love?"

"Do something! Stop him!" After spending the most innocent day she's had yet with Kol, as much as he claimed to want Bonnie, he could at least help her in a time of need, she figured.

Kol looked over at Tyler and Klaus and sighed. "Nik, would you leave the lad be already?"

Klaus stopped to give Kol an equally bored and dismayed expression. "Yes Kol, your valiant efforts are going to save many lives one day," then he resumed twisting Tyler's fangs out with pliers.

Kol shrugged and went to stand next to Bonnie, wrapping his arm around her. "He can't be saved, darling,"

Unfuckingbelievable! Bonnie ripped his arm off her and sped over to Klaus, grabbing him by the throat. Kol was immediately on her heels. Klaus, of course, released his hold on Tyler and grabbed Bonnie's throat but Kol dived between them, grabbing Klaus in a chokehold.

Bonnie used their distracted scuffle to her advantage, wriggling out of the hybrid's grasp to free Tyler from his vervain ropes, singing her hands in the process. "Hurry!" She mouthed. She hoped Kol wouldn't be as pissed off as Klaus was going to be when he realized Tyler was gone.

"Don't lay a hand on her!" Kol screamed while he choked out Klaus.

The Original Hybrid broke free by throwing his brother over his shoulder. Kol instantly pounced up and squared off with his Klaus, each bracing for a subsequent fight.

"Leave her alone, Nik," his voice cracked slightly while his chest heaved. He had one hand extended as a shield for Bonnie and one hand held up in a halt towards Klaus. His eyes wielded a frenzied, frightened expression. It was evident in his eyes, he was worried his brother would hurt her to punish him.

"Keep your witch out of my business, Kol," Klaus glared at him and then glanced at Bonnie. Then he turned and noticed that the chair behind her was empty, further inciting her rage. "SHE LET HIM GO!"

As Klaus bellowed, he lunged for Bonnie's throat and Kol rushed to shove her out of the way. He latched onto Kol's neck, who threw him off, against a wall. Klaus jumped to his feet and charged for Kol but suddenly Elijah and Rebekah appeared in between them, back to back.

"Stop it, the both of you!" Rebekah said, raising a palm to Kol.

"Niklaus, there are other pressing matters at hand," Elijah addressed Klaus. "We need to address them, instead of this, bickering,"

"Kol, I'm going to take Bonnie out of here and give you, Nik, and Elijah some time for peace talks," Rebekah said carefully. "Come lovey," she held a hand out to Bonnie and pulled her into an embrace when the former witch took it.

"Play nice, boys," she said as she sped away with Bonnie.

She came to a halt at the high school, releasing her grip on Bonnie.

"I'm sorry, lovey. I don't remember where your home is and don't want to risk being hexed by your mum's dark magic," Rebekah explained as she stood before Bonnie.

"It's ok. I couldn't sit still at home anyway. I'm too worried about Tyler," Bonnie said, crossing her arms.

"Kol hasn't attempted to ease your mind about that?"

"He said he wants me to retain some freewill. But he also didn't help him. I know he wants Tyler dead, he just wants Klaus to do it so I could hate him more,"

Bonnie sighed, thinking of how fucked up the situation was. Last night, before Kol claimed Bonnie as his mate, he'd informed Klaus there was a traitor amongst his hybrids. She worried Tyler had been revealed, but it was another hybrid who'd been fucking off, not following Klaus's orders. He had thrown Tyler under the bus as having broken his sire bond first. Naturally, Klaus wanted Tyler's head for the disrespect, but due to her vampire emotions being heightened, Bonnie had overreacted in her efforts to convince to leave Tyler alone, inciting Kol's jealousy. Now he wanted Tyler dead too, thinking she was too attached to him.

"He's quite fond of you isn't he?"

"I suppose he is," Bonnie sighed. "It's all so overwhelming with him. I'm conflicted most of the time. But I can always feel him, it's like I'm attuned to him, he moves, I move."

"That would be the sire bond, lovey. You want what he wants because it's what makes him happy. If only he had the mind to release you,"

"Klaus said I can break the sire bond. Kol wouldn't tell me shit about it. How do I do that?"

"You don't. Kol will if he decides to release you. He can but he won't. Kol is selfish, arrogant, and only cares to indulge himself in life's finest pleasures. Your situation is perfect for him because it will only ever be a relationship that serves his desires."

"That doesn't seem fair at all," Bonnie whispered.

"No, it's not. As if the world needs more men keeping women under their wretched thumbs," Rebekah placed each hand on Bonnie's shoulders, widening her pupils in compulsion. "Now, you're not going to remember this, and you shouldn't because then Kol will pry it out of you,"

Rebekah didn't know that Bonnie was on vervain, apparently her brothers failed to communicate with her. Those assholes really could do more to appreciate women beginning with their baby sister!

"You had the look of a girl who needed to separate herself from all this mess. I myself tend to need a break even to this day. Growing up in a house full of men, being the only girl gets lonely and overwhelming. If you ever need to get away, this will be our signal," Rebekah tucked a strand of her loose waves behind her ear. "And I will get you of there,"

Awww! Was she for real? She had done that already, so this was likely genuine. "Rebekah, that's very sweet but I can't be compelled, I've had vervain,"

"Oh bloody hell!" She scoffed. "Does Kol know?"

"Yes,"

"I suppose we could disappear for two days and then I can compel you. Of course, Kol would invoke the sire bond and summon you back. I could always bleed the vervain out of your system, though that would hurt. It would only take a few hours," she suggested.

"What would we do for two days?"

"Enjoy our Mikaelson brother free time," Rebekah replied with a grin. "You've already had your Mikaelson vacation, though. If you continue to run off, Kol will use the sire bond to keep you where he wants,"

Rebekah had a point. Bonnie was surprised he hadn't already done that, but she figured it was because he'd given her his love bite, he couldn't anticipate she would take her leave again. "Do it," she said, nodding. "Get the vervain out of my system,"

The blonde raised her brows. "This will hurt,"

"It can't hurt half as much as when Kol bit down on me like I was a damn chew toy,"

Rebekah furrowed her brows. "He fed on you while you were still human?"

Bonnie shook her head, ducking slightly in embarrassment. "No, last night."

"Blood sharing doesn't hurt. Unless he- no! He didn't?"

"You've never done it before?" That was both surprising and it made sense because on one hand, Rebekah was as ancient as her brothers, and she appeared to be a hopeless romantic with the way she'd crushed on Matt. On the other hand, she was still single after all this time, there didn't appear to be a vampire mate around for her.

"No, of course not. I've been in love countless times and Nik, sometimes Kol, and more rarely even Elijah, have all killed my paramours. It would be sheer derangement to expect anything less from my brothers." Rebekah replied with a faraway look in her eyes. Then she turned to Bonnie. "Well, are you ready?"

Rebekah grabbed a small branch. "Don't worry, I won't aim for your heart and we'll find someone healthy to feed on, to have you perfectly rejuvenated."

Bonnie squeezed her eyes shut and blew out a breath as Rebekah gutted her with the branch. Blood pooled in her mouth and she was sure she'd pass out from the pain.

~ Back at the Mikaelson's ~

Elijah stayed in between his brothers, still acting as referee as one of Niklaus's hybrids escorted Abby Bennett into the study, where the brothers had relocated to.

She walked in and feigned a coy attitude as she bid the hybrid adieu. She glanced between the glares Kol and Niklaus exchanged and guffawed hysterical chuckles. "What's wrong with you two? Fighting over my daughter already? What, you can't get your own girlfriend, Klaus?"

"Abby darling, do me a kindness and shut your mouth. Thanks, love," Klaus said, still glaring at Kol.

"There's no need to fight over Bonnie anyway, I've already claimed her as my mate," Kol beamed a grin at Klaus then Abby, who's smile faded. Now Kol was amused and Abby wasn't. Kol heard her discussing the mating ritual with Elijah while Bonnie was away.

"Elijah, is that the thing you told me about?" She asked, keeping her eyes on Kol's detestable grin.

Elijah saw no point in hiding it, giving that Kol had already opened his mouth. "It is,"

Her eyes flashed to Elijah, to Klaus, and back to Kol. "And you just let him? Do y'all just let him do whatever the fuck he wants?!" Abby demanded as she brought a fist up. Kol began to choke and stumble where he stood.

The pain was great, he should've expected as much from Abby.

"Abby, I understand you're upset but Kol is your daughter's sire. Any demise you wish to bring upon him will affect her too," Elijah said softly but urgently. "If we can focus, we may find some common ground in keeping her and her friends safe."

"For the record, Abby, Kol went behind my back last night and against everyone's wishes in his haste to claim Bonnie. An endeavor that will no doubt reap the consequences," Klaus added.

Abby halted her strangling spell and walked over to Kol, leaning down to glare in his face. "Listen here, you little shit. I warned you about how you treat my daughter and I told you not to hurt my baby," she hissed.

"She's my baby now," Kol said, meeting her glare in kind. He knew he was pressing her buttons but she was pressing his too. He cared for Bonnie and he was getting sick of everyone's suspicions he was using or manipulating her. "I only wish to protect her, for all time. Your threats are unwarranted!"

"It wasn't a threat Kol, she's stuck with you now! All I know is you better take good care of her, and I mean really good care of her. Or there will be no threats, just this promise. I will make you feel the pain of everyone you've ever killed until you die a permanent death," Abby and Kol stood up at the same time, with Kol's taller stature imposing on her shorter frame.

"And she likes you, so. Treat her right," she added. Kol furrowed his brows and nodded. That was awkward, seeing as how Abby couldn't stand him. But as she said, Bonnie was stuck with him, Kol guessed that meant Abby would have to tolerate him as well. Bugger for her!

With a flip of her hair, she turned back to Elijah. He noticed the way Elijah couldn't take his eyes off of her when she strutted up to him and spun on her heel to face everyone.

"Now let's talk business," Abby said. She went on to explain that she had been having prophetic dreams of the Originals meeting their final deaths and taking the entire population of vampires out with them. Since Bonnie was sired with Kol's blood, she felt it was her natural duty to prevent his demise to keep Bonnie safe. And she had a few select vampires whose sirelines she didn't know the origins of, but she wanted to keep them safe as well, being Bonnie's friends.

"That's preposterous," Klaus snorted. "There is no weapon that can kill us, all the white oak trees have been burned to only ashes,"

"Do you have the ashes?" Abby asked.

Klaus held his hand out, gesturing behind her. "There's a vial right behind you,"

"What's to stop your mother from doing this," Abby asked as she retrieved the vial. The Mikaelson brothers watched as she tapped a dash of ash into her palm and chanted some Latin words before it began to thicken and stretch out over her hand, losing its dark hue.

"Stop," Klaus said, walking over to get a closer look. " Can you reverse the process?"

Abby nodded and proceeded to turn the white oak back into ash. Elijah marveled from his spot, watching Abby work. He didn't notice Kol watching him subtly loosen his tie while he watched Abby.

"Wonderful. Ms. Bennett, I think this makes you a formidable ally," Klaus stated with much satisfaction.

"There's more," Abby held a hand up. "This is all happening because your mother is forming a weapon against you. I'm not sure yet but I'm trying to figure out who or what it is. It's hard because she's not using dark magic to do this, I don't know what magic she's channeling. If I can figure that out then I can try and intercept her signal. So far what she's up to has only been coming to me in my dreams,"

"Luckily, Kol is skilled in all things of the craft. Kol, would you mind attending to Ms. Bennett? I'm sure your research will prove to be quite productive,"

Kol frowned when Elijah volunteered him, but quickly dropped that expression when Abby turned to gawk at him uneasily.

"And please, no more bickering," Elijah added.

Abby clicked her tongue after giving Kol one last onceover before she flipped her hair over her shoulder again. Kol smirked and approached her, placing a hand on her lower back as he attempted to lead her from the study.

"Right this way, Mummy Dearest. Can I call you Mum now?" He said, not dropping his goofy grin.

"Getcho hands off, boy!" Kol snatched his hand away. "It's Ms. Bennett to you. Stop acting funny, don't make it harder to tolerate you," she scoffed as she walked in front of him.

They entered the library and Kol pulled out a select few grimoires. "So tell me about your dreams," he said as he passed some dusty books to Abby, while he opened up some for himself.

"You're all burning to death, you Originals and the woman Esther is just watching you. Then one by one, vampires everywhere start falling over and turning gray. Even my Bonnie," she mumbled as she sifted through the pages of the spell books. Abby looked up, her eyes staring directly into Kol's. "I'll do anything to save her, Kol,"

He nodded in understanding. "As will I, she is mine, I'll always protect her,"

"Then why don't you let her go? Release her from the sire bond so she can have her own free will,"

"You realize I've kept her safe from Nik on more than one occasion? He desires her, he's only ever wanted witches to seduce and do his bidding until he wearies and discards of them." Abby opened her mouth to protest but Kol continued. "Though she's no longer a witch, he still wants her, I can tell. He'd likely kill her for refusing him if it wasn't for me. He nearly attacked her tonight,"

"Oh, hell motha fuckin no. What happened?"

Kol explained to her the hybrid issues brewing, how Tyler was involved, how Bonnie stood up for him and Abby sighed.

"Not helping her friends because you're jealous is the sort of thing that's going to upset Bonnie and hurt her," Abby snapped.

"I suspect he knows where Bonnie's been this whole time," Kol mulled it over.

"So what if he did, she's fine and she's not going to use anything against you. She grew up with him, he's harmless. And like I said, maybe if you release her, she'll come to be by your side if she wants to. Forcing her hand will only push her away,"

Kol clammed up. Suddenly he didn't want to discuss Bonnie with her mother anymore, being that there was no way he'd ever release his little former witch. He wanted her, he had every right to her and his siblings, her friends, her mother all needed to stop interfering. She wanted him as well; he was sure of that.

"Enough of this discussion," Kol said, taking a spell book in his hands. "Let's try this one, Ms. Bennett,"

~ Three hours later ~

Rebekah watched as Bonnie lured a young man, from the bar, with her eyes to the loo before inconspicuously following. Inside the ladies room, she found Bonnie compelling him to hold still and remain silent while she sank her fangs into him. Rebekah joined in, biting into the other side of his neck, releasing him when she'd had her fill.

Bonnie kept going, she ended up draining him near completely before she compelled him to go find a hole in which to crawl and die. "I thought you didn't want to kill your meals?"

"This one had bad vibes. Didn't you feel it?" Bonnie replied, referring to the fact that when she encountered a person after her transition she could feel an energy about them, almost as if their souls were speaking to her. She often chose not to feed or drain those with benevolent energies, instead opting for the kill on those giving off malevolence.

"No, but that's marvelous," Rebekah said, clasping her hands together. "Must be your witch blood, maybe,"

"Maybe. I've always felt it when I was a witch, it's much stronger now."

"What does Kol's energy tell you?"

Bonnie blushed and cast her eyes down. "It's very fucking powerful and demanding, full of desire," she admitted.

"No need for a sixth sense to reveal that. Come darling, we should take our leave now. I'll take you home, I'm sure you've had enough of Kol for today,"

Bonnie laughed as it was true, she'd spent the entire day with Kol after he'd given her his love bite. The two vampires cleaned up their faces and set off for Bonnie's home.

Once outside Bonnie's home, Rebekah compelled her exactly the way she did before, then left in a flash. In a haze being compelled for the first time, Bonnie sat down on her porch swing, gazing out into the night. Distracted, she didn't notice a familiar scent until Jeremy was standing before her on her porch.

"Bonnie," he said softly, albeit urgently.

"What do you want, Jer?" Bonnie asked coolly, not bothering to make eye contact.

"What do I want? I want my girlfriend back, I want my sister to have her best friend back, I just want things to go back to normal,"

"Why don't you just think of Anna, that's who you've always loved. I don't have time for this,"

Bonnie stood up and stepped around Jeremy to unlock her front door. Suddenly, she felt a sharp jab and a burning sensation in her shoulder. The little prick had injected her with vervain!

"Owhhh!" Bonnie fell to the floor and felt Jeremy's arms lift her up. Her vision was foggy, all she could make out was what she heard and felt, which was another pair of arms that retrieved her and in the blink of an eye she was being lowered into her bed. She heard the sounds of a struggle for a moment before her front door slammed.

Then the same pair of arms that had put her in her bed were pulling off her bottoms and a low growl sounded. Cold fingers grazed over the mark Kol had left between her thighs.

"Kol," she murmured. "How'd you get in here?"

He didn't answer, just settled into the spot behind her on the bed, spooning her from behind and stroked her temples.

"Kol,"

"Shhhh, hush darling," he whispered.

Bonnie rolled over and snuggled into his chest, smelling what had to be a new cologne before she drifted off.

~ Dreaming ~

She was in Kol's bed, sitting up on her knees while a shirtless Kol kissed her neck from behind with a palm on each breast covering the eyes of her chest. Looking into the mirror Bonnie was pleased to see that her dark locks were curled to one side, tumbling down until they reached her waist. The silky nightgown she wore was pulled off of her shoulders and Kol squeezed on the mounds he was grabbing.

He nibbled her earlobes and kissed down her neck, grabbing her more roughly.

"Kol," she moaned, turning around in his arms. He paused and looked down at her. "You smell different,"

He gave her a devious grin before he leaned in and kissed her and pulled her legs to wrap around him. His lips traveled down to her neck again and this time he bit into her flesh, the thrum of a low growl could be felt emanating from him. An unusual pain seared through Bonnie and she bucked against him, struggling to get free. When he released her, Bonnie glared at him with hurt evident on her face that morphed into shock when she realized she was looking at Klaus. With glowing golden irises and emphasized fangs, in full hybrid form, he threw his head back and laughed before he rushed Bonnie onto her back. Something about his scent was so familiar…

"Get out of my head!" Bonnie shouted.

Bonnie woke up out of her dream and sat straight up to find Klaus was indeed laying beside her. She growled and lunged for his neck, climbing on top of him to choke him.

"I will never let you touch me!" She snarled. Klaus tapped her hands as she squeezed his windpipe. Suddenly he flipped her over and was on top of her, wrapping one hand around her throat. She bared her fangs at him, fuming at the position he had her in, pushing her leg up around his waist.

"But I'm touching you now and you are helpless to stop me," he taunted with a grin. Then his face lost all trace of amusement and his grip on her throat tightened slightly. "Now, retract your fangs if you want my help,"

"With what?" She asked through her fangs. Klaus only cocked his head. "With what?" Bonnie repeated when her vampire face dissolved.

"Challenge him with a blood contract. If you can get him to submit, you'll be free. All you need to do is get the upper hand, take him by surprise,"

Bonnie considered this for a moment, then zipped around Klaus, preparing to snap his neck. "Like this?" She hissed.

"On the contrary, Bonnie," Klaus flipped her over his shoulder, pinning her down from behind. "If you were mine, I would never let you go," he rasped in her ear. "But I would claim you the proper way, with your consent. I'd take my time with you,"

"Klaus you can't touch me. You know I'm his. Even if I don't want to, he's claimed me & I can't take that back,"

Bonnie didn't want to blame the sire bond, she just didn't want to disappoint Kol no matter what he'd done to her. She wasn't ready for him but this was her life now and of course Klaus would interfere and complicate things for her yet again. Kol would probably kill her and everyone she'd ever met if he witnessed the position Klaus had her in.

"I could always kill him. Or give him the dagger," Klaus suggested.

Bonnie fumed internally. That wasn't the solution, this was her eternal mate that Klaus so casually suggested wasting! "Get off of me and get out of my house," Bonnie demanded lowly, through gritted teeth.

To her surprise, Klaus did get up. She glared at him as he stepped backwards toward her door, grabbing his leather jacket that was tossed over her desk.

"It's in your power, darling," he reminded her as he turned around. Bonnie jumped up and shut her bedroom, grabbed her phone, and dialed Kol's cell.

"Bonnie Bennett!" He said when he answered. "I was just thinking of-"

"Where are you?"

"What the fuck are you doing here?!" She heard Abby exclaim downstairs. "Yeah get the hell out of my house!"

"You don't even live here," Klaus called.

"Oh shit, I gotta go. Meet me at my school!" Bonnie disconnected before Kol could reply.

Abby bounded up the stairs as Bonnie knew she would. "Bonnie what the hell was the hybrid doing here?" She asked, barging into the room.

"Trying to mess with my head again. He keeps saying I can break the sire bond. I wish everyone would just leave me and Kol alone, our business isn't their business," Bonnie sighed.

Abby's face softened. "Baby, it's not right the way he has you captivated like this,"

"If all the noise could just quiet down, then I could think for myself. I know, Abby. But it's like I'll do anything for him and I feel he'll protect me. So far I've been able to leave when it's too much, sometimes with the help of divine intervention. He's a part of me, and there's nothing I can do about it, even if I do break the sire bond because-"

She paused, not ready to admit to her mother the level of intimacy she'd developed with Kol. "I don't know, it's complicated,"

Abby raised her brow. "Mmhmm. I'm sure it is. That's why I had to lock your boyfriend in his house until this morning. The spell will lift in about an hour. Don't be late for school!"

Before Bonnie stepped out of her home for school that day, Abby briefed her on the fact that Esther was engineering a secret weapon against her children, that she and Kol were working together with dark magic to try and figure what it was so Bonnie doesn't inevitably meet her death if she succeeded, and Abby reminded her that Kol was manipulating her with an unfair advantage. But he would protect her which is what kept Abby from hexing him as much as she wanted to.

On her front porch, Caroline Forbes stood there, looking like the very picture of teenaged perfection. She hasn't spoken to Caroline since the night she was turned; she couldn't bring herself to deal with her bossy and judgey attitude. She hated Kol as much as she hated Klaus and like everyone else, from the messages she'd ignored, Bonnie figured Caroline would jump on the 'let's blame Bonnie for more things she had no control over' train. She heard it from Klaus, Abby, Stefan, Elena, Jeremy. She ignored all of it the best she could.

So when she saw Caroline standing there, she braced herself for her second quarrel of the day, the first being Klaus.

"Caroline, I-"

"Bonnie Bennett, I have been crying my eyes out all night because the love of my life is gone, exiled from his own town because Klaus Mikaelson had to go all alpha male on him. He said if he ever sees him again he's dead on sight and he has his sired hybrids hunting him down, right now. I know I look like I'm holding it together, but I worked so hard to create that look. Please talk to me, before I break down. I love you, and I need a friend. Why are you avoiding me?"

Bonnie pulled her into an embrace. "Caroline, I'm so sorry! I didn't know Tyler was gone, I was hoping-"

"It's ok," Caroline sniffed. "He told me you helped free him from Klaus. You don't know how grateful I am,"

"I know you're still adjusting. Everyone is saying Kol is compelling you and clouding your judgment. But that's not true is it? Not the way Damon did to me,"

"Not in the way you think," Bonnie offered as they got into Bonnie's car and she revved the engine.

"It is different because you guys actually like each other. Damon only used and abused me to get to Elena. He's sadistic and I still hate him for it,"

"Don't we all," Bonnie smirked. "How did you know that Kol and I are into each other?"

"The night of the ball, he couldn't take his eyes off you all night. And the night you turned, I could detect how turned on he was just being in your presence at The Grille. You have to know what I mean by now? I heard you spent all day with him yesterday. I'm sure you were getting his panties tight."

"Is that what that is? His arousal? God, it's overwhelming, I feel it every time he looks at me." That must be why Kol was so hard for her to resist, it's like he was dripping sex every time his gaze washed over her.

"Tyler would look at me like that," Caroline said, with watery eyes. "Fucking Klaus, I swear I hate him,"

Bonnie squeezed her hand after parking in the school parking lot. "Me too,"

As they got out of Bonnie's car, Elena saw them together and began approaching, only to be spun around into Damon's arms. "If you go over there right now, you're gonna be a third wheel," Bonnie heard him murmur in her ear.

Elena just stared at them with her wide eyed expression as she watched her bffs enter the building without her.

~ High school with Stefan ~

"Bonnie, hey you're finally back," Stefan said as stopped next to her locker. "Hey listen, you're not mad at me are you? I know I was bugging but Elena was hurting and I-"

"My world doesn't revolve around Elena," Bonnie snapped. "She chose Damon, over all of us. I'm done with her, Stefan. If you can't understand that, feel free to stay away from me," Bonnie opened her locker and some of her textbooks fell out. Stefan immediately dropped down to pick them up.

"I was going to say I thought you might be hurting too, with how everything suddenly changed in one night. I know it's an adjustment and I understand needing the time away," he handed her books back to her. "But Bonnie, you had everyone worried. People care about you and I heard that Kol-"

Bonnie pressed a book to her chest and held her index finger out, interrupting Stefan again. "I have one person who's not judging me for my relationship with Kol. Please,"

"Elena thinks it's against your will,"

"It is, and it isn't. I'm just glad he doesn't slap me the way Jeremy- know what, I don't wanna talk about Elena anymore," Bonnie said. Stefan and Elena were truly meant to be with anyone else rather than each other, each seeking redemption for lost causes.

"Fine. I guess I'll see you at the game tonight?" Stefan peered at Bonnie thoughtfully before he turned to walk away.

"Wait, Stefan!" Bonnie called.

He turned back to face Bonnie.

"Did you and Elena ever…"

"Of course we did, I heard her telling you and Caroline all about it," he smirked. "And you were right, I am an intense lover," he added with a wink.

"It's just a vampire thing to eavesdrop, right? But that's not what I meant and ew, we all heard you. Did you ever claim Elena?" She looked at Stefan seriously and raised her brows.

Stefan's eyes bulged in surprise. "Bonnie, that's… are you and Kol that serious?"

Bonnie shrugged, not knowing how to confirm the evidence in front of him.

"Did you already?"

Bonnie said nothing. Was it not obvious that's why she was asking?

"Oh my God. Abby doesn't know about this right?"

"No! And she's not going to know until it's been sixty-plus years and she's on the other side or at peace, wherever she is, unable to hex Kol!"

"Oh boy. I need to consult the expert on this," he pulled out his phone and dialed a contact. "Lexi! How soon can you get to Mystic Falls?"

"Why, do you have an emergency?" Bonnie heard Lexi on the other line.

"Oh yeah. Got a baby vampire here who's just been claimed as a mate. Notice I said baby vampire,"

"Ugh, please don't tell me it's a sire bond. Can you say toxic?"

"Thanks for the vote of confidence, guys. Really appreciate your enthusiasm," Bonnie threw her hands up in frustration.

"Bonnie?" Lexi called.

"None other," the baby vampire replied.

"There's a lot you need to know, more things that your sire probably won't tell you for a long time. I was mated when I was a baby vampire, and then to my husband. My sire left out a lot of things because he wanted me to himself,"

Strangely enough, that sounded exactly like something Kol would do. He had a jealous rage over Klaus interacting with Bonnie for anything and he claimed he'd done it to protect her from Klaus, suspicions that were not unfounded seeing as how Klaus was literally up in her sheets that very morning after the fact! "Fine," she sighed. "When will you be here?"

~ Sitting in class ~

Bonnie was nearly dozing off in her chemistry class when a familiar scent she came to know as Kol wafted into her senses. With his hair gently tousled, a fitted white tee over his perfectly toned torso and black jeans, every girl in the room looked up as Kol walked in, wearing a hall pass lanyard, and carrying a slip of paper. He walked up to the instructor and handed her the slip of paper and waited patiently while she read it.

"Tiki and Bonnie, you're needed in the office. This young man will escort you," The teacher announced, scanning the room. Kol didn't need to scan the room, as soon as he looked forward, he locked directly onto Bonnie's gaze. He was giving her 'fuck me' eyes right in front of the classroom! Did this man have any shame? Thankfully, Tiki sauntered up to him, beaming with a smile. He politely turned to her to return a gentle smile. Using the reprieve from his captivating stare, Bonnie gathered her books and her bag. She walked up to the front of the classroom, keeping her eyes faced down as she paused next to Kol and Tiki.

"Right this way, ladies,"

"Where are we going?" Tiki asked as Bonnie silently wondered the same thing.

Kol didn't answer, but he turned around and looked at both of the women, shaking his head with a smile.

"My, my. It must be my lucky day if I've got the pleasure of escorting two young beautiful ladies anywhere,"

Tiki giggled a sultry laugh, prompting Bonnie to inwardly roll her eyes.

"I bet you all have the most handsome boyfriends don't you?"

Tiki shook her head. "I don't have a man, she does though," she nodded her head to Bonnie, who scowled at her. "What, you do! And don't act all innocent, we all saw you and Jeremy under the bleachers at the game two months ago,"

Bonnie blushed profusely as Kol laughed. "What about you, Tiki?" Kol asked as he stepped in front of a classroom door. He opened it for them and beckoned Tiki inside. Bonnie followed, glaring at Kol who ignored her. "Are you innocent?"

"That's personal," she said with a sudden snobbish tone.

"That means yes, doesn't it?"

Tiki looked around at the empty classroom. "None of your business. What are we doing in here?"

Kol closed the door and leaned up against it. "Tiki, my dear. Are you a virgin?" He looked deep into her eyes, pulling her into compulsion.

"Yes," she whispered, visibly terrified.

"Kol, what the hell are you doing? Leave her alone!" Bonnie snapped.

"I brought her for you. I selected a random name off your class roster, I didn't know it would be a tempting little virgin. Don't you want her?" Kol asked.

"Bonnie, what's going on?" Tiki whimpered.

An internal struggle was taking place within Bonnie. Tiki was a friend, not a very good one when it came to male attention, but she had never harmed anyone and Bonnie wouldn't let Kol hurt her, she was only seventeen.

She flashed over to the younger peer and compelled her. "Don't be frightened. Go back to class, forget about this, it never happened. The office didn't need you, turns out it was a mistake," Tiki nodded. "Go now,"

Tiki came out of her compulsion daze and looked at Kol, as if for the first time and her expression brightened as she walked past him.

Kol turned his head, watching her leave before he turned to smirk at Bonnie. "Now, why did you have to go and-"

Bonnie rushed at him and slapped him hard across the face. "What is wrong with you?!"

Shock marred his features momentarily before he growled and grabbed Bonnie's arms with both of his. "No." He said. "We're not doing this,"

She squirmed, trying to pull herself free, but Kol of course overpowered her, dragging her down to her knees before pushing her flat on her back, rendering her arms hostage above her head as he climbed on top of her.

"Domestic violence will not be tolerated in this relationship, Bonnie. It's imperative that you understand that now. No strikes against each other," he looked down at her glaring up at him and his eyes flitted to her lips and back to her eyes. "Just kisses,"

Bonnie turned her head and pressed her lips together as he came down on her lips, but he still worked his tongue through, prying her mouth open. Per Bonnie's request, after Kol had forced the mating ritual on her she had asked him to wait to kiss her again until she was ready and willing as the intimacy was overwhelming and she was trying to give him a proper, sound of mind chance. He had a way of overcoming her when their lips met. During the day they'd spent he'd been surprisingly respectful of that, yet here he was dishonoring their agreement.

Being locked in his dental embrace sent her reservations hurling, she would agree to anything as long he didn't stop kissing her. It was why she needed a break.

Kol finally broke his kiss and sat up shuddering. He looked down at Bonnie lying there, dazed from his kiss.

"I'll be going now,"

Oh God, don't ever leave! "That's a good idea," she said softly.

"Remember, no strikes,"

"Just snogs,"

Kol laughed as he left the room. Bonnie lay there for a few more minutes, her core burning with desire. She had the mind to satisfy herself when she heard footsteps.

"Bonnie?" Jeremy Gilbert came into view. The despicable sight of him helped lay her arousal to rest, instantaneously.

"I'm still not talking to you, you fucker. You injected me with vervain," she said looking up at him.

"What are you doing on the floor?"

"I thought I was dying, but I'm okay now," her voice was low and deeper than usual, the way it was when she was aroused. Which was rare with Jeremy so it was distinctive.

He crouched down next to her, running his hand up her inner thigh. She couldn't help but shiver at the contact now that she detected his own arousal.

"Do you need help?"

"Actually, I do," she reached out a hand and when Jeremy took it, she sped to her knees, yanked his head back, and sank her fangs into his neck.

AN: Snogging means passionate kisses

Someone brought it up to that I'd left out the part where Damon was awful to Caroline so wanted to bring that to light to add to how shitty Damon is here. More on that later and then Lexi will come tell Bonnie how far reaching the sire bond really is.

And take that, Jeremy! (That's for Nique lol)
