Entering the lanes between their was suddenly hit with a blast of dark power. Turning in the direction of the blast Yozora froze in fright his hands shaking. Chasing them through the lane was none other than Vanitas on his Key Glider. Sent spinning by a stream of blasts they spun in an attempt to right themselves. Mid spin the dark warrior caught up to them grabbing a hold of one of their cannons. Jumping from his glider he transformed it into his blade hanging from the cannon.

"No more running kid." He snarled

With a flick of his wrist, he stabbed the underside of the vessel. Sparks flying he sliced to the thruster bouncing off them with a kick. His kick sent the ship spinning from the lane crashing onto the nearest world. With a maniac cackle, he gave chase on his glider with lightning speed. Down on the world Iduna stood doing her best to put out the ship's fire. Behind her, Yozora and Max took in the world around them. The area around them was lined with small shops selling various items. In the distance, an ornate castle could be seen crafted from mismatched materials.

"Looks like we're in Radiant Garden," Max muttered glancing around

"Glad to know the last word you'll see."

Spinning they found Vanitas landing mere steps away from them. Resting his blade over his shoulders he smirked at them raising a brow. The dark warrior rocked on his heels in a taunting manner before pouncing. In a flash, Yozora moved to block his attack with the Kingdom Key. Repealing his opponent the warrior in training glaring at him. Rolling to his feet Vanitas fired a blast of dark fire at him. Before the spell could land a shield blocked his blast with ease.

"Yeah, nice try but not happening."

Between them stood Max and Iduna the shield acting as a barrier. Before he could respond a blast of violet magic sent him flying backward. Looking up he was met with Iduna as violet ice started to engulf him. Trapped up to his neck he watched as they circled him. Slowly Yozora bent down making eye contact with the dark warrior.

"Why are you stalking me like prey?" He snarled

"That's classified," Vanitas stated with a giggle

Suddenly a dark hallway appeared beneath him sucking him inside. Yozora watched as shadows erupted from the gateway in a creeping mass. Iduna was the first to act slinging spells as fast as her body would allow. On instinct, she guided the boys back to their crashed vessel. Climbing inside she created a barrier of spikes around the destroyed gummyship. Hands twitching Max pulled out his Gummyphone as the horde of shadows surrounded them.

"What're you doing?" Iduna asked roasting a number of heartless

"Trying to get help," Max replied clutching the phone

As the words left his mouth gunshots rang out around them. As the shadows near the vanished a golden flash erupted through the mass of darkness. Looking to a pole overhead they were met with a red-eyed boy glaring down at the horde. Like lightning, he fired off shots from a pistol. Following his gaze, they saw the golden blur streaking through the mass of enemies. As the golden beam came to a stop a girl was revealed. She looked to be a female cloud her spikey hair pulled back in a ponytail. Her gloved fists were cloaked in flames as she swung at her foes.

"Hey clean up your mess!"

Leaping the barrier the trio joined the fight weapons appearing in a flash. In a red cloud, the gunslinger stood on the damaged Gummyship. As they fought he fired taking out the monster from his perch with ease. From within the mass, a pillar of flame erupted clearing out the nearby heartless. Pausing Iduna was created walled strategically around the battlefield. Barely able to stand she nudged Max's shoulder.

"See if you can do something with those." She requested weakly

As she tumbled Yozora was the first to move to catch her in his arms. Landing in his arm she could only smile up at him her energy spent. Taking in the sight of the walls an idea struck Max. With a toss of his shield, it bounced from wall to wall slicing through enemies as it ricocheted. As the shield reaches the end of its journey the blonde girl dashed toward it snagging it. Spinning with it she cloaked it in flame before sending it twirling away. Bouncing back off the walls Max caught his weapon stumbling back from the force.

"Just who are you guys?" Yozora inquired placing Iduna in the Gummyship

"That's not important right now." The red-eyed boy snapped

"Lucas, you don't have to be such a grump."

Turning they found the blonde crutched on one of the ice. Her bright blue eyes glanced up at Lucas's face set in a sly grin as she looked at him. She wore a top that went to her belly button and showed her curves marked with flowers. Her panted wore loose with pocket a large belt and steel-toed boots. Around her neck hung a silver wolf charm from brown braided leather.

"Olivia, This isn't the time to do introductions," Lucas grumbled

Olivia gave a loud laugh flipping from the icy structure into the sea of heartless. Smirking Luas spun his gun swiftly reloading it the empty shells falling to the ground. Blood-colored eyes scanning the mass of enemies he fired at the creeping beasts. As the shadows turned to dust Yozora Jumped back into the fray.

"Looks like we owe you guys," Yozora muttered slashing madly

"They don't owe you shit!"

At the voice, everyone turned to see an aged Cid standing above them. He stood against a stone wall tossing a Gummybrick in his hand. The elder mechanic smiled down at them as the group started to widdle down the enemies. As the number of foes dropped they began to slow their attack. Once the problem had been resolved Cid finally approached resting against the damaged ship.

"Looks like you kids need a mechanic," Cid stated with a sly grin

Entering Mama Odie's home Duncan could only smile. At his side, Merida wore a look of amazement at every new sight around her. As they walked the older woman stood waiting for them to reach her. In front of her sat a large pot with a golden liquid that had various things floating thing inside. Upon reaching her she started to stir the pot with a knowing grin on her lips. Eyes locked on the pot they watched as an image formed.

"Now let's see who's to blame for all the trouble we're in." She muttered stirring the pot

As the liquid spun the image of Maleficent speaking to Dr Facilier. He had just been given a black feather that had a strange purple glow. Placing the feather in his hat the shadows around him seemed to dance with glee. The voodoo man grinned as his new employer left in a puff of green flame. Tipping his hat he spun on his heels and the image faded out into the gold liquid.

"Looks like someone's been makin' deals with the shadow man." Mama Odie stated with a sigh

"Why am I not surprised Maleficent would be the one making the deal." Duncan snapped hands clenching at his side

"T'is nah like we haven't fought worse, 'sides how bad can he's puny?" Merida asked grasping Duncan's hand

"The shadow man ain't no joke girlie you got some real problems ahead." Mama Odie whispered
